Document is a written letter that can be used as evidence of information. Plagiarism is a deliberate or unintentional act of obtaining or attempting to obtain credit or value for a scientific work, citing some or all of the scientific work of another party acknowledged as a scientific work without stating the source properly and adequately. Latent Semantic Indexing method serves to find text that has the same text against from a document. The algorithm used is TF/IDF Algorithm that is the result of multiplication of TF value with IDF for a term in document while Vector Space Model (VSM) is method to see the level of closeness or similarity of word by way of weighting term.
Decision-making on conditions that involve many alternatives, many criteria, and many judgments is a difficult thing to do. The difficulty is coupled with assessors who sometimes make decisions in hesitant, unclear, and inconsistent circumstances and each person can provide different judgments. One of the methods that can be used is Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets which is the development of Fuzzy Sets that can make decisions by using Hesitant Fuzzy Sets. Hesitant linguistic term has been introduced for capturing the human way of reasoning using linguistic expressions involving different levels of precision. The integration of Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets with Fuzzy Grid Partition will enhance the ability in the decision making process. This research will discuss the use of Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Sets method and Fuzzy Grid Partition for best lecturers determination.
Abstract-Fuzzy Decision Making involves a process of selecting one or more alternatives or solutions from a finite set of alternatives which suits a set of constraints. In the rule-based expert system, the terms following in the decision making is using knowledge based and the IF Statements of the rule are called the premises, while the THEN part of the rule is called conclusion. Membership function and knowledge based determines the performance of fuzzy rule based expert system. Membership function determines the performance of fuzzy logic as it relates to represent fuzzy set in a computer. Knowledge Based in the other side relates to capturing human cognitive and judgemental processes, such as thinking and reasoning. In this paper, we have proposed a method by using MaxMin Composition combined with Genetic Algorithm for determining membership function of Fuzzy Logic and Schema Mapping Translation for the rules assignment.
