The development of Jabres cattle is very important to increase the population of Jabres cattle in Brebes. There needs to be a good developmentstrategy so that Jabres cattle can have a higher competitiveness. The purpose of this research is to know the level of comparative and competitive advantages agribusiness of Jabres cattle known from the value of Domestic Resources Cost Ratio (DRCR) and Private Cost Ratio (PCR), and to determine the priorities of the development strategy Agribusiness of Jabres cattle uses the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with Expert Choice program. The results show that the DRCR value is 0.97 and PCR is worth 0.96, it indicates that Cow Jabres has a comparative and competitive advantage so that it can be competitiveness at the national level. Based on the Anaytical Hierarchy Process analysis that has been done, obtained the results that the most important strategy priority used to develop the agribusiness of Jabres cattle in Brebes is by increased effectiveness in livestock maintenance.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi pada kerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Dr. Soeselo Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Penelitian deskriptif adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang ciri-ciri variabel komunikasi organisasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi pada kerja pegawai, sedangkan penelitian verifikatif ialah agar menghitung besaran pengaruh variabel bebas bagi variabel terikat serta sekaligus menguji kebenaran suatu hipotesis yang diimplementasikan dengan pengumpulan data di lapangan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 90 orang responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling, nonprobability sampling dengan memakai sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan tiga cara, yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research), dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berbentuk instrumen kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data primer. Penyebaran pertanyaan ditujukan kepada responden dengan teknik Skala Likert. Analisis data dilaksanakan dengan memakai uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Setelah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, selanajutnya data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji regresi berganda Y = 62.049 + 0.545X1 + 0.437X2 + 0.265X3 menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi pada penelitian ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R sebesar 0,722. Hal itu berarti bahwa variable komunikasi organisasi, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 72,2% terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan 17,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya di luar penelitian ini.
Satu diantara permasalahan nasional yang dihadapi oleh bangsa negeri saat ini adalah penanganan terhadap kurangnya kualitas sumber daya manusia. Jumlah sumber daya manusia yang besar jika bisa dibudidayakan dengan efektif serta efisien akan bermanfaat guna menunjang gerak lajunya pembangunan nasional yang berkelanjutan. Banyaknya sumber daya manusia yang tersedia kini mengharuskan berfikir dengan seksama yakni sebagaimana bisa membudidayakan sumber daya manusia dengan optimal. Supaya lingkungan masyarakat tersedia sumber daya manusia yang handal dibutuhkan pendidikan yang berbobot, penyediaan berbagai fasilitas sosial, lapangan pekerjaan yang mencukupi. Kelemahan didalam penyediaan berbagai fasilitas itu akan mengakibatkan kegundahan sosial yang akan berdampak terhadap keamanan masyarakat. Kini kemampuan sumber daya manusia tergolong rendah baik dari segi kemampuan intelektualnya ataupun keterampilan teknis yang dipunyainya. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan terhadap produktivitas pembutik bawan yang berjumlah 71 orang. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan, penyusunan dan mengisi angket/ kuesioner/wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan metode statistik deskriptif yakni untuk menunjukan masing-masing data variable secara tunggal dengan mengunakan SPSS, dan ststistik inferensial yakni guna menguji hipotesis penelitian. Dengan metode One-Way ANOVA, adapun pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan pada taraf siginifikansi α= 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengaruh pendidikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pembutik bawang ditunjukkan oleh nilai koefisien korelasi Pendidikan (X) sebesar b = 0.811, pada persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 6.
The coffee roasting business at the Kelirumologi Kopi shop has a very big opportunity to run because there are no competitors in the Kersana District area. But on the other hand, is this business financially viable or not? Therefore, this study aims to determine the feasibility of financial analysis in coffee roasting businesses in Kelirumology Coffee. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that is used to analyze the calculation of financial aspects such as Payback Period, Net Present Value and Profitability Index. The results of the study show that the calculation results from financial analysis are declared feasible to run because the Payback Period value is smaller than the investment age, namely 1 year 8.7 months with an investment age of 3 years, the NPV is more than 0 and has a positive value of Rp. 65,922,388 and PI is accepted because the calculation results show more than 1, namely 1.8.
Job satisfaction is what is needed by every employee as a person's feelings towards work as a result of low job satisfaction can lead to low performance. To create job satisfaction itself there are several factors in it, such as employee empowerment, organizational commitment, organizational justice. This research aims to look at the impact of employee empowerment, organizational commitment and organizational fairness on employee job satisfaction. The total population of the research amounted to 947 respondents and with probability sampling techniques, stratified random sampling proportionally obtained by 95 respondents based on work units. Requirements are determined by a tenure of more than 1-15 years, and the level of education of respondents ranging from high school to master's degree. The study's technical test data includes validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis tests, t tests and F tests to test and prove research hypotheses. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires with 72 item statements on a 5-point Likert Scale. Analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed using analytical techniques with the help of statistical packages for the social sciences (SPSS). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the variables of employee empowerment, organizational commitment, organizational fairness have a significant and positive on employee job satisfaction at Kardinah Hospital in Tegal City. The level higher of employee empowerment, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational fairness, the higher job satisfaction with the organization, according to these findings by providing a sense of justice, appreciation, and empowerment of employees, so that job satisfaction grows and they remain with the organization.
