<p>Peningkatan kadar unsur atau mineral dari bijih/ ore hasil penambangan biasanya selalu dilakukan dalam industri pertambangan, bagaimana menggoperasian peralatan secara optimal diperlukan kajian yang mendalam. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan mengamati parameter-parameter mempengaruhi peningkatan kadar dengan mengunakan alat meja goyang (<em>shaking table</em>) yang merupakan alat yang mengunakan prinsip metoda grafitasi, bijih yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah bijih kromit yang berasal dari Kabupaten Morowali - Sulawesi Tengah. Percobaan dilakukan dengan memvariasikan ukuran feed/ umpan dengan rentang 106 - 900 µm (mikron) hasil crushing dan grinding yang sudah dilakukan pengayakan, kemiringan deck/meja dengan rentang 5 <sup>O</sup> -15 <sup>O</sup> dan frekuensi stroke 35 rpm - 50 rpm. Hasil percobaan memperlihatkan bahwa makin kecil ukuran umpan, kadar Cr (%) makin meningkat nilai optimal pada ukuran -150 + 106 µm, hal ini disebabkan makin bebasnya mineral kromit terpisah dari gangue mineral juga meningkatnya derajad liberasi. Kemiringan meja antara 5<sup>O</sup>-10<sup>O</sup> meningkatkan kadar konsentrat Cr (%) namun mengalami penurunan 10<sup>O</sup>-15<sup>O</sup> nilai optimal dicapai pada kemiringan 10<sup>O</sup>. Frekuensi stroke rentang 35 rpm -50 rpm memberikan hasil optimal pada kadar Cr (%) pada stroke 35 rpm. Perhitungan recovery pada hasil optimal /kadar Cr (%) paling tinggi memberikan hasil 44,92 % masih tergolong rendah, memungkinkan diperbaiki dengan peningkatan homogenitas ataupun pengaturan persen solid umpan yakni dengan penambahan conditioning tank.</p>

The population in this study were students of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu who shop online at shopee with a total of 140 people, anddtheesample was taken usinggpurposiveesamplinggmethod. based on the resultssoffmultipleelinearr regression, it issobtained theeregressionnequationnY = 2.621 + 0.060 (X1) + 0.540 (X2).The resultssoffthe research and hypotheses show that electronic commerce (X1) is t-hitt-table (3.328 1.9774) and (sig α = 0.001 0.050), brand awareness (X2) is t-hitt-table (7,418 1.9774) and (sig α = 0.000 0.050) simultaneously haveea significantteffectton purchasing decisions. Partially the two variables of electronic commerce and brand awareness have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
Judul penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Thamrin Brothers (Studi Kasus Cabang Salak Lingkar Timur Bengkulu). Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh bebrapa Faktor diantaranya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Thamrin Brothers Cabang Salak.Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Thamrin Brothers Cabang Salak. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 20 responden, serta metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik analisis data regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karywan, Motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kinerja karywan, dan Disilin Kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karywan pada PT Thamrin Brothers Cabang Salak Lingkar Timur Bengkulu.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kepemipinan, Motivasi, Kinerja, Karyawan
This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust, brand image, and perceived quality on customer loyalty for Yamaha NMax motorcycles in Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Perceived Quality. The objects in this study were 60 Yamaha NMax customers in Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City. In this research, the author uses data collection methods by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Quality Perception have partial or simultaneous effect on Customer Loyalty of Yamaha NMax Motorcycles in Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City. From the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 0.398 + 0.945 () + 0.330 (X2) + 0.315 (X3). This study aims 1) To determine the effect of work experience on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu. 2) To determine the effect of personality on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu. Based on the results of research regarding the Effect of Work Experience, Personality and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Hypermart Bengkulu, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) Work experience (X1) affects employee performance (Y) Hypermart Bengkulu City means that if work experience increases, employee performance also increased. 2) Personality (X2) affects employee performance (Y) Hypermart Bengkulu City means that if the personality is good then the employee performance is also good. 3) Job satisfaction (X3) on employee performance (Y) Hypermart Bengkulu City means that if job satisfaction increases, employee performance also increases. 4) Work experience, personality and job satisfaction together affect the performance of Bengkulu City Hypermart employee.
