The goal of the article is to carry out a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical development of innovative technologies in the energy industry through the energy trilemma "energy efficiencyenergy security -environmental sustainability". Transformation of the world energy industry is accompanied by a change in the dominant types of fuel in the energy balance, technological and organizational innovations, expansion and optimization of the supply chain. The current stage of the international energy market transformation is described by a growth of demand for energy supply, intensified use of renewable energy sources, and increase in the energy efficiency. Respectively, the investments in the energy industry should be spent on the creation and implementation of solutions that will meet the growing demand, compensation of the decline in energy supply production from the existing oil and gas fields, and the development of the infrastructure of traditional and renewable energy resources. The article uses the content, analytical, statistical and functional methods of research to explore the current state and trends in the transformation of the global energy industry, the main areas of which are the development of nontraditional hydrocarbon (shale gas and oil sands) and renewable energy sources (RES); the use of these sources on the basis of technological innovation is considered to be more efficient. The following conclusions have been made based on the materials presented in the article: the use of various nonconventional hydrocarbon fields will spread in the energy industry in the coming decades; the specific weight of new technologies applied to production and consumption of energy derived from renewable sources, in particular, will increase; transition from the use of renewable energy sources of the first order to the use of renewable energy of the second order should be expected in the long term; and new energy servicing technologies based on the concept of smart grids will be introduced, along with the development of technologies for the extraction of energy resources.
The improvement of economic efficiency and reproduction of soil fertility require today a comprehensive study, qualitative characteristics, quantitative and cost assessment of the land. A certain imbalance exists today in the use of land and the preservation of soil fertility. Certification contributes to the rapid development and adoption of management decisions, as well as operational monitoring of agricultural landscapes. The subject of the research is the main integral indicators of soil fertility and degradation processes of agroecological monitoring in the system of land evaluation procedures within the steppe landscapes of the Western Ciscaucasia. The authors have identified the need for a number of measures: to analyze the structure of the lands of administrative districts, which are part of the IV accumulative plain landscape of the Chelbas and Beisug rivers basins with plowed steppes in 2017, to monitor the main integrated indicators of soil fertility of agricultural land steppe landscapes of the Western Ciscaucasia, to substantiate the approval of form “Passport of quality of soils of Krasnodar territory» by legislation.
Blockchain is an innovative IT technology that will undoubtedly determine development of our network society in post-modernity of the coming decades. Being a young technology, blockchain needs a doctrinal explanation and a well thought regulation to ease contradictions that will arise as a result of nonuniform commercial adoptions. Blockchain technologies are already in the phase of active adoptions by the corporate mainstream, the grade of adoption to increase and cover virtually all areas of our lives. Hence it is important to analyze trends and define its prospective developments. One of such areas covers relationships in the labour market, including search and recruiting of new stuff, talent management and retainment, as well as all related activities. The application of blockchain technologies provides benefits to each aspect of HR related activities, in professional growth and career advice, in remunerations and related reductions of costs. For example, blockchain provides job seekers with an opportunity to create, to edit and to deliver their CVs in a fully transparent yet protected environment, while employers may get the provided data on educations, job experiences skills confirmed in the automatic mode by consensys tools. In many situations, blockchain allows to remove intermediaries such as recruiters (headhunters). Also, blockchain allows to simplify compliance with labour, social security and fiscal regulations, enforced by Labour Agencies and trade unions. Labour legislation and regulation falls into the realm of law that regulates one of the most important segments in societal interactions. Hence, the labour law is closely and directly related to production outputs and other important socioeconomic features. To match the need of significant economic developments in the digital space, the quality of relations between the participants of remote transactions become more important then ever. Such relations need to be secured by reliable practices in electronic registrations.
Programming a high-quality winter wheat crop cultivated using No-till technology is an urgent task for an agricultural producer. The use of No-till technology in soil cultivation in arid climatic conditions of the Pre-Caucasus allows increasing its moisture accumulation. Obtaining a given crop yield is solved not only by ground monitoring and crop control, but also by a system for controlling the production capacity of plants based on remote sensing data of the Earth. Thus, satellite images of various temporal and spatial resolutions provide information on the current state of crops, and field and laboratory studies - on the structural and functional state of the photosynthetic apparatus of plants, which is reflected in crop yields. This combined method makes it possible to have operational information and timely adjust technological operations included in the No-till system for its wider implementation in agricultural production. The research was conducted in 2017-2020 in the arid zone of the Pre-Caucasus on the basis of the agricultural enterprise «Agrokhleboprodukt». Temperature conditions and precipitation were not constant. The average annual precipitation in the territory is 506 mm, the average annual air temperature is 10.1 ° C, and the average annual precipitation is 30.7 mm. During the period under consideration, satellite data confirmed the fact that the values of the vegetation index NDVI grew by an average of 12 % in comparison with the average long-term data. The NDVI index increased from 0.41 to 0.49. At the same time, plant productivity decreased from 4.87 to 3.14 t/ha. The obtained data made it possible to identify a regression relationship between the yield of winter wheat and the vegetation index NDVI (R2 = 0.78) and to predict in 2021 a further decrease in crop productivity (provided that previously identified trends remain) and the need for operational remote and ground control over the state of crops.
The ever-increasing pace of cadastral work on land plots sometimes leads to a loss in the quality of the work performed, resulting in disputes regarding land issues. This problem often comes to judicial practice, as a result of which a judicial land management examination is carried out. This article discusses the use of digital technologies for the purpose of comparing information about the location of the boundaries of land plots located in the Unified State Register of Real Estate with the actual boundaries existing on the ground, fixed using natural objects or objects of artificial origin during land management expertise. As a result, reasonable decisions were prepared that are applicable in order to resolve cadastral issues and inconsistencies in various information about land plots.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
