The article presents the results of research and monitoring of agricultural landscapes exposed to the combined effects of water and wind erosion in the context of the administrative regions of the Stavropol territory. This problem is significant for the region and timely detection of negative processes in agricultural landscapes allows you to respond appropriately to protect the land involved in agricultural turnover. Mapping of erosion processes is a significant problem for agriculture and the use of modern tools for monitoring agricultural landscapes contributes to the solution of this problem.
The ever-increasing pace of cadastral work on land plots sometimes leads to a loss in the quality of the work performed, resulting in disputes regarding land issues. This problem often comes to judicial practice, as a result of which a judicial land management examination is carried out. This article discusses the use of digital technologies for the purpose of comparing information about the location of the boundaries of land plots located in the Unified State Register of Real Estate with the actual boundaries existing on the ground, fixed using natural objects or objects of artificial origin during land management expertise. As a result, reasonable decisions were prepared that are applicable in order to resolve cadastral issues and inconsistencies in various information about land plots.
This paper presents studies on the state of agricultural land in the first agro-climatic Stavropol territory, and on the basis of this forest reclamation measures for effective and rational use have been developed. The specialization of agriculture is sheep breeding and cultivation of winter wheat and winter and spring barley. For this agro-climatic zone, only one type of crop rotation is suitable – grain-steam. In the structure of acreage, pure steam reaches 40%, which has a very negative impact on the quality of arable land. Protective forest stands play an important role in protecting agricultural land from the negative effects of water and wind erosion. At present, the total area of protective plantations on the lands of the I agro-climatic zone is 22730 hectares or 1.81% of the area of agricultural land, at least 2.5% is necessary.
