Les auteurs s’intéressent ici à la violence au sein du couple au regard des dimensions de dynamique et de crise conjugales. À l’appui de deux cas cliniques, ils montrent en quoi la violence conjugale doit être pensée dans une perspective dynamique articulant trajectoire de vie, modalités du fonctionnement psychique, construction, expérience et mouvement de la relation conjugale. Plus précisément, les auteurs discutent l’hypothèse de la répétition de la violence comme tentative d’élaborer le trauma et la mise en échec des fonctions contenante et de pare-excitation de l’enveloppe psychique du couple. Ils concluent sur les enjeux du travail clinique auprès du couple auteur/victime de violences conjugales.

Cet article prend appui sur une recherche en psychopathologie clinique réalisée auprès des femmes auteures de violences sexuelles. À partir de l’étude de dossiers de 35 femmes incarcérées et condamnées pour des infractions à caractère sexuel, et d’un entretien clinique de recherche avec 13 d’entres elles, nous questionnons le mode d’émergence de l’agir sexuel violent et la dynamique de sa mise en acte au regard du parcours de vie. Les résultats distinguent quatre configurations cliniques des auteures de violence sexuelle et signalent, pour chacune d’elle, les caractéristiques du parcours de vie, le mode d’émergence, les modalités de mise en acte de l’agir sexuel violent. Ces résultats contribuent à la connaissance clinique de la violence sexuelle des femmes.
