This research entitled The Role of Islamic Boarding Schools in Preventing Radicalism in the Al-Ma'ruf Lamongan Islamic Boarding School, in this study there are several things that will be examined, namely 1) the role of teaching in the Al-ma'ruf Islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism? 2) the role of kiai in the Al-ma'ruf Islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism? The researcher used qualitative methods and a case study approach. The results of the research of the subjects studied were first through the role of teaching books to understand religion, then the inculcation of disciplinary values, methods and aspects of the curriculum used in the Al-ma'ruf Islamic boarding school based on books or books that teach the values of understanding. moderate Islam, and the cultivation of the ideology of Ahlussunnah Wal jama'ah Annahdliyah (NU), the two roles of the kiai as role models, the kiai as advisors, and the Kiai as guides, hereby researchers want to know about the Role of Islamic Boarding Schools in Preventing Radicalism in Islamic Boarding Schools Al -Ma'ruf Kranggan Sidokumpul Lamongan.
Titled the implementation of culture religious to students moral development in MTs Tanwirul Qulub Sungelebak Karanggeneng Lamongan years lessons 2017 / 2018 aims to answer the question of how the application of religious culture in school impact the moral development in MTs. students Tanwirul Qulub Sungelebak. The implementation of tolerance attitude to the religious culture in schools it is incredibly important to be implemented.With in achieveing the goal of tolerance attitude to the religious culture will tertanamkan in the soul of a student to lose their indirect kind of way, as well as be an increase in the peace from us and the ketaqwaan students as well as strongly influenced the development of the act of moralizing school tuition. It is very relevant if we dock in the high number of a case that appear in the holy land, as as well as among students, they are promiscuous, immoral actions and ill treatment of an equality accompanied by murder case of not a few of the students cause reluctance of the doers.To express this researchers used qualitative research approach.In data collection, researchers used the interview, observation and documentation. And in data analysis, the use writers interaction which includes reduction interactive data, presentation of data and verification.The results of research obtained was first, form the implementation of culture religious in MTs. tanwirul qulub in the form of religious subjects additional namely Nahwu Shorof, Faraid, Ta’lim, Aswaja.And also be habituation of religious activities that is read the al-waqi’ah, read asmaul belong, prayer dhuha, read Tahlil together every day thursday.Second, the implementation of culture religious gives the effect on moral development school tuition.This is proven with a civility the school tuition and empathy high on teachers and others friend.Keywords: Implementation, Religious Culture, Moral Development
A teacher is demanded to be able to deal with any learning and teaching process in addition to having other capabilities that are summarized in four teacher competences, namely professional competence, personal competence, pedagogic competence and social competence so as to attract student attention in the learning and teaching process. Therefore not only should he or she create a conducive learning atmosphere, the teacher should also be capable of producing students having such characteristics as intelligent, critical, innovative, democratic and moral values. On this stand, the teacher could purposefully be a professional teacher. In general the requirements of becoming professional teachers in Islamic perspectives are, among others, taqwa, knowledgeable, having broad interesting, authoritative, Ikhlas, having divine purposes in addition to being able to plan and implement the evaluation of education
Educator is one component in education that has an important role. Given the importance of the presence of an educator in front of students, Educators are required to master various learning methods, one of which is the demonstration method. The demonstration method is a teaching method where both educators and students together do something as a practical exercise from what they know. The demonstration method will provide a clear picture and concrete understanding of a process or skill in learning concepts rather than just hearing, explaining or just verbal statements from educators. The use of demonstration method provides many benefits including; making teaching clearer and more concrete, focusing the attention of students, more directing the learning process of students on the material being studied, more attaching experience and impressions as learning outcomes to students, making students easier to understand what is learned, making the teaching process more interesting, stimulating students to actively observe and adjust between theory and reality, helping students understand clearly the course of a process of an object, and facilitating various types of explanations. Thus, the use of demonstration method can broadly increase students 'motivation to learn, if students' learning motivation increases, eventually learning objectives can be achieved.Keywords: Demonstration method, increase, motivation to learn
Catur Gatra Tunggal is a pattern of urban planning in Java that originated from the establishment of the Islamic Mataram kingdom in the 18th and 19th centuries which influenced urban planning in Java in particular. The purpose of the study was to identify the old urban planning pattern in Lamongan Regency, which has an essential role in the spread of Islam in Java, especially East Java. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with field observations and surveys to identify the elements that makeup Catur Gatra Tunggal pattern compared to the theory of public space and architectural preservation. The study results found that Catur Gatra Tunggal pattern was still well identified with its constituent elements; Alun-Alun, Pendhopo Lokatantra, Traditional Markets, and the Great Mosque. It is hoped that the results of this study will be used as a reference in the development of Alun-Alun area regarding buildings and values that must be maintained to remain a pearl of local cultural wisdom that must be held.
