In Indonesia cases of stress due to workload in the work environment of the police have occurred in several areas and have had quite serious impacts. The Research was conducted at the traffic police Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2019. This Research is a quantitative non experimental research with correlational descriptive. Data analysis techniques using multiple linier regression analysis. Respondents as many as 50 police Bantul Police Traffic Unit, the sample uses a saturated sample.The Study aims to determine the relationship of workload and work environment to work stress of Bantul Police Traffic Unit. The results of the study stated that the traffic police unit that has a light workload of 3 people (6%) moderate 39 people (78%) and weighs 8 people(16%) while the traffic unit police who have a light work environment are 6 people (12%) moderate work environment as many as 31 people (62%) and high work environment as many as 13 people (26%). While the traffic police who have low work stress are 6 people (12%) moderate are 34 people (68%) and heavy are 10 people (20%). Data Analysis using multiple linier regression with a coefficient of deternination. 1,907 and F calculated 49,41 and F table 3,23. The results of the study concluded that there was a relationship between workload and worke nvironment on the work stress of the traffic police at Bantul Region Police Station in Yogyakarta Keywords : Load, environment, Stress, Traffic Police unit

Zimmer twins media is an animated movie maker based on the website for the students to create their short stories in movies with many emotion, etc. The sample of this research the Eleventh of MA YASI those are XI- 1 class as the experimental class, and the X1-2 class as the control class consisted of 20 students. The method in this research was a quantitative method. In addition, the design used was quasi-experimental research, and the instrument used a test. The research was taken by using non-random sampling. Moreover, this research was conducted through the following procedures: giving pre-test, applying treatments and giving post-test. The data analyzed and processed by using the statistic data calculation of ANCOVA by SPSS 23 program. The significant was shown by the students post-test mean in experimental class is 76.55 and the mean post-test in control class is 70.55. The result of the statistical hypothesis testing found from p-value was 0.000. It is lower than the level significant of 0.05. If p-value ≤ from the level significant 0.05. It means that H<sub>1</sub> was accepted and H<sub>0</sub> was rejected. This study concluded that social intelligence is a person's ability to understand other people and care about the social environment. This is based on the two dimensions of social intelligence from the perspective of the Koran that the authors found, namely the feeling dimension (affective aspect) and the action dimension (psychomotic aspect). In the feeling dimension (affective aspect) consists of empathy and sincerity, while the action dimension (psychomotic realm) consists of helping, friendship, caring and communication. This means that the Qur'an describes the balance between habl ma'a Khaliqih and habl ma'a ikhwanih. Thus, this Quran-based cooperative learning model can help improve children's social intelligence. Cooperative learning is a learning model using a system of grouping students, who have different academic backgrounds, gender, race, or ethnicity (heterogeneous). Cooperative learning can form interpersonal skills because there are elements of working together, helping each other, helping out and discussing. This is based on the two indicators of cooperative learning in the perspective of the Qur'an that the author found, namely helping and deliberation. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. While the method used is a thematic interpretation method. The data collection technique used is through literature study
Melakukan penelitian tidak semudah menulis artikel. Menulis sebuah artikel dari hasil penelitian mungkin menjadi sesuatu yang sangat sulit bagi mereka yang belum pernah mengenalnya. Dalam menyusun susunan bagaimana sebuah artikel harus dibuat atau disusun guru perlu disesuaikan dengan cara bagaimana mereka seharusnya bekerja melakukan sebuah artikel. Melalui workshop online ini, tim pengabdi mencoba membantu para guru agar terbiasa menyusun sebuah penelitian menjadi sebuah artikel yang siap dipublikasikan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara online di mana terlebih dahulu guru diberikan penjelasan bagaimana seharusnya sebuah artikel dibuat. Setelah itu, mereka dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok dengan tutornya untuk membantu mereka mengerjakan lokakarya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan dan menambah wawasan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana menulis karya ilmiah utamanya menyusun artikel dari hasil penelitian. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan penyampaian materi. Hasilnya, salah seorang guru berhasil menyusun penelitiannya menjadi sebuah artikel yang siap dipublikasikan. Workshop ini sangat membantu para guru untuk membuka pikiran mereka tentang bagaimana artikel yang bagus dapat dibuat dari penelitian mereka sendiri. Sebagai kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan ini adalah hal yang memang dinantikan oleh semuanya walaupun kenyataannya menulis karya ilmiah adalah hal yang cukup berat mengingat guru dengan faktor usia dan pekerjaan sekolah lainnya. This research was done to investigate the students’ perceptions and barriers in using Edmodo in their writing class. Besides, the barriers can be also the main points within the implementation of their writing class process. Edmodo is a free and secure learning platform that can be used in all lesson especially in university. It provides a very simple ways and simply make good pathway for teachers and students to communicate for a particular lesson especially for writing because the constructive comments were already stated within the platform. Since the focuses are perceptions of the students, a qualitative method was used through the use of documentation and interview were utilized to gather data. The findings showed that they strongly agreed that Edmodo very helpful in writing class, they can directly obtain the feedback, save their data safely and they can read it after a while and the rest perceptions will be explained more clearly.
