Employee behavior is very important for the organization. When employees are satisfied with their work, it will be easier for them to motivate their work so that the organization can get great results. Job satisfaction is some things that greatly affect employee performance and employee work results. Cancel (2020) states that well-being at work can be a feeling that employees get in meeting personal needs. Welfare obtained by employees will provide a way of satisfaction and happiness at work. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the literature on the factors that influence employee satisfaction. The results of this study have a very important role in well-being at work in giving employees a path to satisfaction. The search method uses a systematic literature search or literature search. Data obtained through a survey of the Internet Journal of Employee Satisfaction and Wellbeing at Work (published 2016Work (published -2022 shows the keywords "well-being at work, employee satisfaction at work, employees, and the role of happiness at work.
This study aims to describe the role of work values on organizational commitment to employees. The method used in this study is a literature study in which data collection is carried out by searching and reviewing various relevant literature from a topic that has been reviewed by previous research. After the data is collected, the data is reviewed or analyzed, and conclusions are drawn. The results of the study concluded that previous research was used as a data source, so the results of the data in the first previous study concluded that intrinsic work value has a stronger relationship with commitment than extrinsic value. However, the extrinsic work value variable has one variable that is stronger than the other extrinsic variables, namely social status, from the results of previous studies, which furthermore shows that the dimensions of work value, namely extrinsic, intrinsic, altruistic, social, and leisure have a significant influence on affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. Affective commitment has the highest position in influencing work value compared to the continuance and normative commitment.
Employee readiness is very important and positively impacts change and the organization. Various factors can affect employee readiness to change, including work values. This study aims to determine work values' role in the readiness to change in employees in a company organization. The research method is carried out by studying literature. Collecting data by looking for theoretical references relevant to work values' role on employee readiness to change. The results of this study show that work values have a positive role in employee readiness to change which is the link to the success of a company organization. This means that work values contribute positively to employee readiness to change.
