ABSTRAK Bekerja di tengah perhatian media dan publik yang intens, durasi kerja panjang, masif, dan belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya pada perawat memiliki implikasi tambahan dalam memicu terjadinya masalah kesehatan mental. Stigmatisasi yang ada menjadikan perawat sebagai pembawa virus merupakan sikap yang memicu terjadinya gangguan mental. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja perawat dengan kesehatan mental perawat pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden dengan menggunkan teknik purposive sampling kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan uji spearman rho. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja perawat berada pada kategori beban kerja yang berat selama pandemi covid-19 dengan persentase sebanyak 75% dan kesehatan mental perawat selama pandemi paling banyak dengan kesehatan mental sedang sebanyak 70,0%. Kemudian dari hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,019 dimana nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja perawat dengan kesehatan mental perawat. Beban kerja yang berlebih pada perawat dapat memicu timbulnya stres dan burnout. Perawat yang mengalami stres dan burnout memungkinkan mereka untuk tidak dapat menampilkan performa secara efektif dan efisien dikarenakan kemampuan fisik dan kognitif mereka menjadi berkurang.
Introduction: Motivation is a condition that can influence a person's behavior to carry out an activity in achieving goals. Motivation in students of the Nurse profession can influence their performance in implementing the Nurse profession. This study aims to describe the motivation of students in the nursing profession. Method: The research design is non-experimental with a descriptive method. The research population was nursing professional students in the Jember district, with an accidental sampling technique totaling 255 students Result: The results showed that nursing students' motivation had a mean value of 28.17 and a minimum-maximum of 20-36. Indicators of motivation need for achievement with a mean (9.66) and min-max value (7-12), the need for affiliation with a mean value (13.48) and a min-max value (7-16), and the need for power with a mean value (5.02) with min-max value (0-8). Conclusion: The conclusion of the research shows that the motivation of students in the Nursing profession is not optimal. The motivation of students of the Nursing profession can be increased using the surrounding environment, namely family, educational institutions, and places of practice providing support to students of the Nursing profession. The recommendation for nursing professional students is to keep self-motivated in pursuing the ners profession.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that requires the individual ability of patients to approve the process of disease management. Individuals with DM must take great responsibility for the care of themselves in the treatment of their illness. Empowerment of individuals to control independent life and make choices about self empowerment. Self empowerment in DM patients can be improved through the approach of the health action process approach which is a concept of a patient that is believed to be done by increasing the intention through the motivational phase to realize the intention to action. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in self empowerment of people with type II diabetes mellitus with a health action approach. This study used a pre-experimental study using a control-group pre-test-post-test design. The population was 64 with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. The sample were 32 people in the experimental group and 32 people in the control group, selected by purposive sampling. Self empowerment using diabetes empowerment scale (DES) questionnaire in accordance with the characteristics of the research subjects. Data analysis was performed with the Wilcoxon statistical test signing the rank test and Mann-Whitney with the result of p value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that there were differences between the experimental and control groups. The results in this study were DM clients who have a good increase in self empowerment are clients who have the motivation and ability to recover from illness. Individu dengan penyakit DM mempunyai tanggung jawab yang besar untuk mengatur dirinya sendiri dalam melakukan perawatan pada penyakitnya. Kemampuan individu untuk mempunyai kontrol atas hidup mereka sendiri dan menentukan pilihan mengenai kesehatan disebut self empowerment. Self empowerment pada klien DM dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendektan Health Action Process Approach yang merupakan suatu konsep pendekatan terhadap klien yang meyakini bahwa untuk mengubah perilaku seseorang dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan niat melalui motivational phase untuk membentuk niat menjadi action. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan self empowerment klien diabetes militus tipe II dengan pendekatan Health action proces approach. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre-eksperiment dengan pendekatan control-group pre-test-post-test design. Populasinya adalah klien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 dengan jumlah 64 responden. Ukuran sampel adalah 32 orang pada kelompok eksperimen dan 32 orang pada kelompok kontrol dengan pengambilan sampel menggunan teknik purposive sampling. Self empowerment diukur menggunakan kuesioner Diabetes Empowerment Scale (DES) yang dimodifikasi sesuai dengan karakteristik subjek penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik Wilcoxon signed rank test dan Mann-Whitney dengan hasil p value signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 sehingga ada perbedaan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa klien DM yang memiliki peningkatan self empowerment yang baik adalah klien yang memiliki motivasi dan kemaun untuk sembuh dari penyakit. Caring becomes an essential concept in fundamental nursing and is impactful in the quality of health services and nursing practice. However, factors in educational level among nursing students contribute to shaping and creating good caring behavior among nurses in clinical settings. The purpose of this study aimed to explore factors associated with caring among nursing students. A survey using a cross-sectional study was conducted in this study. It involved nursing students in a clinical phase amount of 256 respondents. The sampling technique was quota sampling and questionnaires were used to assess caring and organizational factors. The Chi-square test and binary logistic regression were employed to explore the determinant factors of caring behavior. Most of the percentage of nursing students caring behavior was 50% good category which was mostly aged 17-25 years (49.4%) and female (51.2%). Emotional (OR=3.49; 95% CI=1.45-8.44) and quantitative workload (OR=0.29; 95% CI=0.10-0.84) were significantly related to caring behavior among nursing students. The proportion of nursing students who have good and poor caring behavior was found equal. Moreover, significant results were also noted between emotional workload and caring behavior. Providing quality education is necessary to ensure nursing students can improve their ability to care for patients.
Satisfaction with the accepted model between expectations (the standard of performance that should be) with the actual performance received by the customer, the value satisfaction felt by patients after getting health services. The quality of nursing services is the most important thing in health service agencies, to achieve the expectations and needs of customers (patients). Good quality nursing service will increase customer (patient) satisfaction. This study aims to see the relationship between patient satisfaction and quality of nursing services in clinics in Jember Regency. This type of research used in this study with a cross sectional approach. The research sample used quota sampling of 33 respondents. Chi-Square statistical test with a significance level of p <0.05. The results showed that patient satisfaction with satisfied criteria and the quality of nursing services with good criteria. Chi-Square test resulted in a value of p = 0.020 and a contingency coefficient of 0.374. These results indicate that there is a weak relationship between Inpatient Satisfaction and Quality of Nursing Services in Clinics in Jember Regency. It is expected from this research that the clinic will improve the quality of nursing services to provide patient satisfaction. Mutu pelayanan keperawatan merupakan hal terpenting dalam instansi jasa pelayanan kesehatan, untuk mencapai harapan dan kebutuhan pelanggan (pasien). Mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang baik akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan (pasien). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan pasien dengan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di klinik di Kabupaten Jember. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan quota sampling sebanyak 33 responden. Uji statistik Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan pasien dengan kriteria puas dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan kriteria baik. Uji Chi-Square dihasilkan nilai p = 0,020 dan koefisien kontingensi 0,374. Hasil ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang lemah Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap dengan Mutu Pelayanan Keperawatan di klinik di kabupaten Jember. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini agar pihak klinik meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan untuk memberikan kepuasan pasien. Kata kunci: kepuasan pasien, mutu pelayanan keperawatan
