Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Guru. Penelitian menggunakan metode peneletian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dari bahan-bahan tertulis yang berupa dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SDN 12 Palu yaitu peran kepala sekolah sebagai educator (pendidik), sebagai manajer, sebagai administrator, sebagai supervisor, sebagai pemimpin, sebagai innovator dan sebagai motivator. Upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SDN 12 Palu yaitu dengan cara (a) Memotivasi guru, (b) Meningkatkan disiplin guru, (c) menciptaan suasana kerja yang kondusif, (d) Meningkatkan kompetensi guru, dan (e) meningkatkan kompetensi akademik. Faktor pendukung dan Penghambat kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru yaitu: (a) Faktor pendukung; Kepala sekolah yang memahami perannya, Sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, Guru SDN 12 Palu memiliki integritas dan profesionalisme dalam proses pembelajaran, dan adanya kerjasama yang harmonis. (b) Faktor penghambat; kurangnya waktu yang tersedia dan adanya hal-hal yang bertabrakan dengan tugas seorang guru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah peran kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam peningkatan kinerja guru dan terdapat beberapa peran kepala sekolah, sehingga berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak sekolah untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja guru agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber teori atau referensi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru.
Local wisdom or in terms of fiqhi is called al-urf is something that is a customs and traditions of a society in the form of words or deeds or things leave something. Local wisdom or tradition, which does not contradict the basic principles of the teaching of Islam may be regarded as confirmed as the shari'a law. The priests madhahib many legal opinion based on the consideration of local wisdom (al-'urf). In Indonesia there are three theories that are commonly used to keep the customary law and Islamic law, namely: Receptio in complex theory, Receptie theory and Receptio a contrario theory. Local wisdom has played an important role towards the establishment of Islamic law in both the establishment and enforcement of Islamic law. Some scholars determined requirements to make the local wisdom ('urf) as a source of Islamic law (1) local wisdom apply in the majority of cases occuring amongs the people and its implementation embraced by the majority community, (2) 'urf existed before the emergence of cases which would set the law, (3) local wisdom is not contrary to clearly expressed in a contract, (4) local wisdom does not conflict with nash.Local wisdom atau dalam istilah fiqh disebut al-'urf yaitu sesuatu yang menjadi adat dan tradisi untuk masyarakat baik berupa ucapan atau perbuatan atau hal lain meninggalkan sesuatu. Local wisdom yang tidak bertentangan dengan prinsip dasar ajaran Islam dapat dianggap sebagai syariat yang dikukuhkan menjadi hukum. Para imam madhahib banyak mendasarkan pendapat hukumnya atas pertimbangan al-'urf. Di Indonesia ada tiga teori yang lazim digunakan dalam menjembatani hukum adat dan hukum Islam yaitu; teori Receptio in complexu, teori Receptie dan teori Receptio a Contrario. The presence of social media allows researchers to consider new data collection and triangulation strategies. Positivist researchers take advantage of the internet's presence as a medium for collecting data. Meanwhile, interpretive qualitative researchers have not utilized the potential provided by social media to enrich data collection in order to deepen understanding of a topic being researched. By using the case of the effectiveness of the application of e-procurement in a district, the researcher conducted face-to-face interviews (offline) and also observed discussions on social media and content sharing about the implementation and use of government e-procurement in a district. This study uses an interpretative qualitative paradigm to describe how social media exchanges, uploads, and conversations can be used as a means of collecting data in interpretive qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that social media observation can be used as a research tool to increase understanding of a topic being studied and also as a triangulation medium. This study also proves that the use of social media in interpretive studies can reduce challenges in informant recruitment, access to research sites, and reduce bias in interviews. The presence of social media has encouraged the merger of online communication between the government and the community. This phenomenon provides an opportunity for researchers to simultaneously understand the process of government communication online and offline by using an interpretive case study approach. This study aims to demonstrate the use of a qualitative interpretive case study approach to explain the effectiveness of local government communication with local business people in the online context regarding implementing the e-tendering system. This study used a qualitative interpretive method. We conducted both offline and online research to compare the consistency of the data in our study. Using the case study of government and contractors' communication in implementing e-tendering in a regency in South Sulawesi, we gathered data through face-to-face interviews and observed online communication on social media. This study's results indicate an inconsistency in government communication between the online and offline contexts regarding the perception of e-tendering issues. Our findings can be used to increase our understanding of the government's communication strategy with local business people in an online and offline context. Our study also shows that using new media in qualitative interpretive studies can reduce challenges in participant recruitment and access to research sites. However, our study faced challenges on ethical issues regarding communication material shared on social media. Future studies should focus on how ethical issues can be reduced.
The presence of information technology in web-based digital mapping, especially using the Google API, has helped various parties make decisions regarding mapping to find out the distribution of various objects. Bidikmisi scholarship recipients are a group of university students who receive fundings Indonesian government every year. They come from various regions and economic backgrounds. However, the distribution of origin of students receiving the Bidikmisi scholarships has never been investigated accurately. As a result, information related to the geographical distribution of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients, both from an economic point of view and the quality of their education, has not yet been mapped. This study, therefore, developed a geographic information system (GIS) application based on google API to map the distribution of students receiving Bidikmisi scholarship based on region and economic geography. Data were gathered through surveys and interviews with experts and stakeholders from the State Islamic University of Datokarama Palu, Indonesia, to obtain information regarding the GIS design and also the criteria for Bidikmisi scholarship recipients. The results of the study show that 305 students received the scholarship from twelve regencies in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. The origins of the students were successfully mapped throughout the province. Our study helped universities, especially in the field of student affairs and the Quality Assurance Department, to monitor the distribution of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients. Our study can be used as a reference in making quick and accurate decisions in future scholarship distribution.
This study examines the learning methods of Islamic religious education in ABCD Muhammadiyah special schools Palu. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and the study of various written documents. The results of research studies on Islamic education in special schools mentally disabled ABCD Muhammadiyah shows that learning in extraordinary schools is done by using examples through direct demonstration to students. In the learning process, the teacher uses a more friendly humanistic approach so that students are eager to follow the learning process. Every day the teachers give various topics of Islamic religious education learning starting in the morning until after hours of study through various demonstration activities. Besides that learning is also done through demonstrations that are carried out together and repeatedly so that students easily practice it.
