The external environment in which the company as an open system operates is constantly increasing dynamically. Companies accustomed to formulating their business strategies by predicting trends in the next five to ten years are frustrated because changes occur quickly and cannot be expected. As companies continue to emerge that are primarily engaged in the banking business and Islamic banking, the competitive competition between one company and another is increasing. This competition is one of the challenges and obstacles the company faces. To overcome this, one way that can be used to be superior to other companies is to make the best use of the information contained within the company, which can be used to meet the company's information needs. In the course of their business, companies will face significant employee turnover. In addition, the knowledge possessed by one employee becomes an asset of the employee himself. This is an obstacle. If the employee who has this knowledge is not in the office or out of the company, the knowledge will go along with the owner. As a result, the cost and time that the company must spend to provide training to new employees are more detrimental to the company. The concept of science that can answer these challenges is Knowledge Management. This study aims to determine the development of Knowledge Management in Islamic Banks research trends published by reputable scopus publication. The data analyzed consisted of 84 indexed research publications. The data is then processed and analyzed using the VoS viewer application to find out the bibliometric map of the development of Knowledge Management in Islamic Bank research.

Housewives’ Entrepreneurial Strategy from Islamic Economic Perspectives in Rural Areas of Donggala Regency in Indonesia

This study aimed to determine the entrepreneurial strategy of village housewives in the Donggala district from the perspective of Islamic economics. The research was conducted using qualitative methods, and data collection was carried out through observation and in-depth interviews with several housewives who are entrepreneurial. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the entrepreneurial strategy carried out by housewives in Donggala Regency was by changing the menu and adding products according to the wishes and needs of buyers. The product's price prioritizes the social aspect, namely by not taking much profit. Places, where products are sold, are marketed directly to buyers, such as selling in front of the house or to markets close to the local community. However, some products are also sold indirectly, namely by entrusting their products to kiosks. Meanwhile, promotion is done by selling directly and through social media (Facebook). Judging from the Islamic economy, the entrepreneurial strategy carried out by housewives is more focused on trading with Islamic ethics that is halal and beneficial and does not make much profit. Entrepreneurial mothers also always keep their business premises clean and promote products that can be accounted for. The entrepreneurial strategy of housewives is also carried out by paying attention to the nature of shiddiq or being honest in trading by not increasing or decreasing the size of the product. Then the women traders also behave in a trustworthy manner in serving buyers and fathanah with mutual respect between family members, employees, and buyers. Submission of information about the product is also carried out with tabligh or product promotion carried out honestly and correctly.

The aim of this paper is to study the implementation of Wadiah Product at an Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Bank Syariah Mandiri is the first government bank that operates according to the Islamic Syariah system in Indonesia. The Bank Syariah Mandiri provides wadiah products to serve its customers who are concerned with a free interest product in a financial transaction. This study was carried out with a qualitative method, and the data were gathered through in-depth interviews with the bank staff and manager, observation, and written material. The results of this study show that wadiah application in Bank Syariah Mandiri of Palu runs in accordance with the Syariah principles of Islamic Law. The results of this study also show that costumers lack knowledge regarding how to access the wadiah product. Then the Muslim community preferences in wadiah savings products is still relatively small because Muslim society perceived the profit sharing at the Islamic bank is lower compared to similar products from conventional banks.Further study may focus on Islamic banks customers perception of the wadiah product.
