Lembar Kerja Praktikum (LKP) merupakan panduan atau pedoman yang digunakan peserta didik sebagai pengarah dalam melakukan kegiatan praktikum. LKP yang digunakan peserta didik hendaknya dapat mengarahkan kegiatan praktikum pada penemuan konsep agar kegiatan praktikum yang dilakukan peserta didik lebih bermakna. Faktanya peserta didik masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengaitkan kegiatan praktikum dengan konsep yang telah dipelajari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas LKP yang digunakan peserta didik berdasarkan komponen diagram Vee. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu 3 LKP materi sistem sirkulasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dalam paktikum ini yaitu rubrik keberadaan komponen diagram Vee dan rubrik penilaian kualitas komponen LKP berdasarkan komponen diagram Vee. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LKP materi sistem sirkulasi sudah dapat dikatakan memiliki struktur yang lengkap sesuai komponen diagram Vee, namun komponen-komponen yang ada masih memiliki kualitas yang kurang dan belum mencapai skor maksimum. Kegiatan praktikum materi sistem sirkulasi memerlukan LKP yang dapat menunjang pembentukan pengetahuan dengan langkah kerja yang tepat dan sesuai dengan tuntutan kurkulum, dengan demikian disarankan untuk melakukan rekontruksi pada LKP tersebut.
Kegiatan praktikum yang dilakukan sering kali menjadi tidak bermakna disebabkan Lembar Kerja Praktikum (LKP) yang digunakan hanya menuntun peserta didik untuk melaksankan verifikasi atau hanya sebagai confirmatory pengetahuan peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis kualitas lembar kerja praktikum pada materi sel menggunakan diagram vee. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 4 LKP materi sel yang digunakan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 4 LKP yaitu 1 LKP pada buku cetak, 1 LKP MGMP, dan 2 LKP buatan guru. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu instrumen keberadaan dan instrumen kualitas komponen diagram Vee yang berupa rubrik serta tabel. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dan analisis data menggunakan diagram Vee diketahui bahwa LKP Biologi pada materi sel sudah memiliki komponen diagram Vee. Akan tetapi, masih ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yaitu masih ada LKP yang belum memiliki semua komponen diagram Vee serta skor kualitas LKP belum maksimal yaitu hanya 2 dari 5 komponen diagram Vee yang memperoleh persentase dengan kategori baik. Ketidaklengkapan dari komponen diagram Vee pada suatu LKP maka dapat mengganggu pembentukan dari pengetahuan baru bagi peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKP yang dianalisis sudah memiliki persentase keberadaan komponen diagram Vee tinggi akan tetapi memiliki persentase kualitas yang rendah.
Industrial Revolution 4.0. is a time when human life is very dependent on the information base. This forces everyone to be ready, and have global competitiveness. The trick is to be able to adapt to technological developments, be able to use it, and be able to sort out the appropriate functions of technology, so that their use is effective. All aspects of life are affected, including formal education in high school. Here, the teacher plays an important role. Carry out learning with the orientation towards proficient technology, and wisely use technology. However, the implementation of the learning certainly requires basic thinking, how much ability students have. There are no data that reveal the readiness of students in secondary schools to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0, including in SMA Negeri 8 Padang. Thus, we conducted this descriptive study. We used a questionnaire, JRZ-IR4.0, to collect data from 603 students. Then, the data is analyzed and concludes the students' readiness. The results showed that the level of student readiness was quite ready, with an average of 3.18 and 3.15 points. These results form the basis for considering the direction of the learning process.
Adolescent period is transition from children to adult signed ny phisic alteration, mental and social life. In senior high school is the last adolescent peroid where is in thiss tmie they want to know many things, love chalenges and courageous of the risk. If they take any decision without smart consideration so will happen divergence of phisic, mental, and social life. For example is free sex before mariage. This case happen because the adolecents done get maximal information about keep their reproduction healthy. To fix this problem we can develope a booklet as aa simple media. This reserch purpose to result a education booklet about validation and practical the adolecent reproduction healty. This research is developing of researchusing there step from developing model 4-D. This reserch would held in the eleven grade SMAN 1 Batang Anai with 30 students as a subject of the research. Data collection instrument use validation questionnaire and practically. Based on the research have done, got validation precentage is 89,95% with validity criteria. While practically precentage is 89,42% with practical criteria. Thrus, the conclucion that have been resulted a validity and practical education booklet about adolecent reproduction healthy for senior high school student.
The student's ability to understand evolutionary studies is determined by representing a phylogenetic tree or cladogram. This study aims to determine the tree thinking ability, especially the students' reading ability in interpreting the cladogram. This descriptive study involved 29 students as subjects. Students are selected by purposive random sampling, only students who have attended and studied evolution courses. The data collection instrument used tests and interview guidelines. The test questions consist of 20 multiple choice questions with five answer choices. The difficulty level of the questions used includes understanding, applying, analyzing, and evaluating. The phylogenetic tree interpretation refers to four indicators, including the most recent common ancestor (MRCA), monophyletic group, branch proximity, contemporary descendant, and counting the branch or nodes position. The data obtained were analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and Anates-V4, then presented in percentage form. The results showed that many students misinterpreted the cladogram. Furthermore, errors in cladogram interpretation occurred in monophyletic group indicators (38%), most common ancestor (59%), branch proximity (41%), contemporary ancestry (39%), and branch position calculations (53%). These results indicate that misreading of analysis in cladogram interpretation is moderate to high, so it is necessary to formulate the most appropriate way to teach phylogenetic studies in evolution.
