Studies conducted as part of the Federal target program "Research and Development in Priority Directions for the Development of the Russian Science and Technology Complex for 2014-2020", showed high efficiency of interaction of calculated norms of mineral fertilizers with modern bioagents RECB-50B, RECB-95B and adaptogenic drugs. At the same time, the actual yield of spring rapeseed of the Gedemin variety exceeds the planned one (3 t/ha) by 9.3-12.3 %, respectively, the chemical load on the environment is reduced and the cost of production of oilseeds is reduced.

The aim of the study was to investigate the peculiarities of microbiome and seed bacterial endophytes isolated from different varieties of spring wheat grown in different areas of Eurasia (European part of Russia (Volga region), countries of Central Asia). The main method of the microbiome studies was PCR. Isolation of bacterial endophytes from the seeds allowed estimating their count and evaluating their activity towards Fusarium oxysporum. Quantitative analysis of the microbiome was performed on seeds from different spring wheat varieties (genotypes) obtained from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Tadzhikistan. The differences in the bacterial endophytic microflora of the seeds and their activity towards Fusarium oxysporum were established. The seeds grown in Central Asia have higher count of both total microbiome and bacterial endophytes active against phytopathogens than the seeds grown in Volga region of the Russian Federation. Differences in the species composition of seed endophytic bacteria were established. Active strains of seed endophytic bacteria obtained from Tajikistan belonged to the species Bacillus jeuvensis. Active strains of bacterial endophytes were isolated from spring wheat seeds grown in Tadzhikistan for the development of highly potential biofungicides. The study results confirmed that seed microbiome depends on variety and the area of cultivation. The materials of the study can be useful for the evaluation of the seeds in the breeding of spring wheat and in the search for new biological agents for biofungicides development.

Modern agriculture both in the world and in the Russian Federation is at the stage of profound transformation. The growing natural, socio-economic and production risks dictate the need for a detailed analysis of the medium-term prospects and priorities of agro-industrial complex. Taking into account the need to ensure high competitiveness of domestic food production, the need for such analysis is of great practical importance. The article presents the results of the analysis of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan, identifies the existing medium-term trends. As the most significant medium-term trends in the development of agriculture are highlighted: the adaptation of agricultural production technologies to global climate changes; the development of efficient production systems with maximum environmental safety while reducing the need for labor resources; the formation of a specialized industry to meet the demand for high quality and healthy food; digitalization and computerization of agricultural production, including In addition, the main trends in the development of crop, livestock and agricultural engineering are given. At the same time, the special role of new technologies in the sustainable development of these industries is pointed out. Fungal phytopathogens are responsible for significant losses in agriculture worldwide. Diagnosis of seed infestation by fungal strains causing plant diseases or producing toxins is important for sustainable agriculture. Since plants are always colonized by fungal strains there is a demand in approaches for reliable discrimination between harmless and hazardous fungi both in grains. We tested phytotoxic properties, mycotoxin production and colonization of wheat seedlings among 11 fungal isolated obtained from wheat grains of different varieties. The isolates were identified as Alternaria tenuissima, Alternaria infectoria, Bipolaris sorokiniana Alternaria arborescens, Alternaria alternata and Alternaria rosae. Strains A. tenuissima AB-F 72, A. arborescens AB-F 73, A. alternata AB-F 75, A. rosae AB-F 77 were producing phytotoxins inhbiting growth of wheat seedling. Four strains: B. sorokiniana AB-F 61, A. arborescens AB-F 73, A. alternata AB-F 74, A. rosae AB-F 77 were producing mycotoxins. Five strains A. rosae AB-F 77, A. tenuissima AB-F 76, A. infectoria AB-F 78 and A. infectoria AB-F 84 showed heavy colonization of wheat plantlets suggesting that these strains can be pathogenic to wheat. The results show that toxin production is not an obligatory characteristic for phytopathogenic strain, therefore using of proliferation of fungal strain in seedling tissue can be added as an additional test to seed quality evaluation.

УДК 636.085.12 КОРМОСМЕСИ В СИСТЕМЕ КОРМОПРОИЗВОДСТВА РЕСПУБЛИКИ ТАТАРСТАН Мухамадиев Р.Х., Низамов Р.М., Маликов М.М. Реферат. Смешанные посевы однолетних кормовых культур являются одним из главных ры-чагов сбалансирования животноводческих кормов, в то же время повышение их урожайности и качества остается актуальной задачей. В связи с этим, нами с 2011 по 2013 гг. были проведены полевые опыты с данными культурами. Так, впервые в почвенно-климатических условиях Рес-публики Татарстан на объекте исследования были изучены: эффективность применения расчет-ных доз минеральных удобрений на планируемую урожайность поливидовых кормовых культур; качество и питательная ценность корма; динамика элементов питания на полосных посевах под-солнечника и однолетних трав в зависимости от фона питания. По результатам исследований было установлено, что наибольший сбор кормовых единиц достигается при схеме посева 180+180 см (N 85 P 35 K 35 ), наивысшая прибавка сухого вещества при схеме 180+180 и 360+360 см (N 130 P 60 K 60 ), максимальные сборы сырого протеина при полосном посеве подсолнечника и одно-летних трав с шириной полос 180 см (N 130 P 60 K 60 ).Ключевые слова: кормовые культуры, поливидовые посевы, кормосмеси, минеральные удобрения, бобово-злаковые смеси, питательная ценность корма.Чтобы ответить на вышеуказанные вопро-сы на землях ООО «Агрокомплекс Ак Барс» Арского муниципального района на кор-мосмесях нами были проведены полевые опыты.Условия, материалы и методы исследо-ваний. Полевые опыты проводились на полях ООО «Агрокомплекс Ак Барс» Арского муни-ципального района Республики Татарстан с 2011 по 2013 годы.Почва опытного участка -серая лесная среднесуглинистая, с содержанием гумуса 2,5-2,7% (по Тюрину), подвижного фосфора -177-198 и обменного калия -87-102 мг/кг поч-вы (по Кирсанову), pH солевой вытяжки -5,5-6,8, мощность пахотного слоя -20-22 см.Повторность опыта -трехкратная, пло-щадь опытного участка -0,945 га, включая боковые и краевые защитки -1,2 га. Размеры учетных площадок -по 63 м 2 (2,1х30 м) [6,7]. В опытах использовались следующие сорта однолетних культур: горох -Венец; овес -Рысак; ячмень -Нур; подсолнечник -Родник.В годы проведения исследований (2011-2013 гг.) агрометеорологические условия (осадки и среднесуточная температура возду-ха) были различными (рисунок 1).Анализ и обсуждение результатов. Одни-ми из элементов технологий возделывания кормосмесей, способствующим повышению урожайности и качества кормов является пра-вильное применение минеральных удобрений и оптимальный способ посева [8] (рисунок 1).Как показывают результаты исследований, применение минеральных удобрений в значи-тельной степени повлияло на урожайность изучаемых кормосмесей.
