Desa Jelok memiliki potensi pengembangan peternakan lebah madu klanceng. Akan tetapi, hasil turunan dari madu klanceng yang berupa bee polen selama ini belum dilakukan pengolahan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk melakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan inovasi pengolahan hasil turunan dari madu lebah klanceng yang berupa bee polen menjadi bee polen kapsul yang berpotensi sebagai sumber antioksidan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi, praktek pemanenan bee polen, pelatihan pengolahan bee polen dan pengemasan dalam bentuk kapsul serta strategi promosi dan pemasaran produk. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menjadikan anggota Bumdes Jambe Mule dan kelompok peternak lebah klanceng di Desa Jelok dapat melakukan pengolahan bee polen menjadi produk bee polen kapsul yang berpotensi sebagai sumber antioksidan dan lebih memiliki nilai jual.

The aims of this research were to isolate lactic acid bacteria from broiler chicken. The main material was a chicken boiler aged 30 days. The identification of LAB was carried out based on isolation and identification of morphological, phenotypic, and biochemical characteristics. Thirteen LAB isolates were obtained and 5 selected LAB isolates were identified based on growth levels, pH, and lactic acid levels. Five selected LAB isolates were identified as Lactobacillus genus which has Gram-positive, negative catalase, non-motility, hetero-fermentative, rod shapes,  rod-colony shapes, and cream colony color.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi bakteri asam laktat dari ayam broiler. Bahan utamanya adalah ayam boiler berumur 30 hari. Identifikasi BAL dilakukan berdasarkan isolasi dan identifikasi karakteristik morfologi, fenotipik, dan biokimia. Tiga belas isolat BAL diperoleh dan 5 isolat BAL terpilih diidentifikasi berdasarkan tingkat pertumbuhan, pH, dan kadar asam laktat. Lima isolat BAL terpilih diidentifikasi sebagai genus Lactobacillus yang memiliki Gram-positif, katalase negatif, non-motilitas, hetero-fermentatif, bentuk batang, bentuk koloni batang, dan warna koloni krem.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Lineweaver-Burk equation, maximum speed (μmax) and maximum specific / per hour growth rate Ks (constant saturation) of probiotic lactic acid isolates BR 12 and BR 17 with limited sucrose. The material in this study was probiotic isolates of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) BR 12 and BR 17 which were isolated from broiler chicken meat, determined media, and sucrose. The method used was growed probiotic LAB isolates in the media determined with a sukora concentration that wasdifferent from 0-1%. The results showed that the Lineweaver-Burk equation of the LAB probiotic BR 12 was y = 3.503x + 10.10. the maximum speed (μmax) LAB probiotic BR 12 was0.0075 hour-1 and the constant Michaelis-Menten (KS) was 0.264g / 100 ml. Lineweaver-Burk equation of LAB probiotic BR 17 was y = 2.809x + 11.40. The maximum speed (μmaks) of LAB probiotics BR 17 was 0.088 / hour and the Michaelis-Menten constant (Km) = 0.2464 g / 100ml. The conclusion of this study was that the Lineweaver-Burk equation BR 12 was different from BR 17. The value of μmax and Ks BR 17 was lower than BR 12.

Currently, the potential development of alternative functional food comes from various types of leaves and mangrove fruit. One of the coastal areas that have a potential mangrove area is Gedangan Village, Purwodadi District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java. The purpose of this program was to the utilization of mangrove into processed functional food as an effort to improve the economy and environmental conservation through creative small industries that utilize the natural potential.
