Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan motivasi berprestasi, (2) konsep diri, (3) kegiatan merespon dalam pembelajaran, (4) menguji kontribusi motivasi berprestasi terhadap kegiatan merespon dalam pembelajaran, (5) menguji kontribusi konsep diri terhadap kegiatan merespon dalam pembelajaran, dan (6) menguji kontribusi secara bersama-sama motivasi berprestasi dan konsep diri terhadap kegiatan merespon dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X dan XI SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan sebanyak 700 orang, sampel sebanyak 254 orang, yang dipilih dengan teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala model Likert. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana, dan regresi ganda. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) secara ratarata gambaran motivasi berprestasi siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) konsep diri siswa berada pada kategori positif, (3) kegiatan merespon dalam pembelajaran berada pada kategori tinggi, (4) terdapat kontribusi motivasi berprestasi terhadap kegiatan merespon sebesar 7.6% (R= 0.277, signifikansi 0.000), (5) terdapat kontribusi konsep diri terhadap kegiatan merespon sebesar 7.7% (R= 0.279, signifikansi 0.000), dan (6) terdapat kontribusi secara bersamasama motivasi berprestasi dan konsep diri terhadap kegiatan merespon dalam pembelajaran sebesar 11.7% (R= 0.343, signifikansi 0.000). Implikasi hasil penelitian tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai analisis kebutuhan siswa untuk pembuatan program pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri 1
This study aims to determine: a description of the average condition score of activities responding to students in learning before and after treatment guidance services are given; and the effectiveness of group guidance services to improve student response activities in learning. This research uses quantitative methods. This type of research is pre-experimental, using the one group pre-test post-test design. The selection of subjects in this study uses a non-random sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The subjects of this study were ten people and were treated for six meetings. The instrument used was the Responding scale Rizky Andana Pohan Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using non-parametric statistical techniques using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with the help of SPSS version 17.00. The research findings show that in general group guidance services are effective in increasing response activities in learning, while specifically this study describes: there are differences in the average score of student response activities before and after group guidance services are provided. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the activities of responding to students in learning can be improved through group guidance services.
Pandemi Covid-19 telah mempengaruhi dan mengurangi produktivitas masyarakat secara normal, termasuk yang paling terasa oleh masyarakat yaitu aspek ekonomi. Salah satu metode menemukenali aset bersama dengan masyarakat Desa Dua melalui metode Low Hanging Fruit yaitu daun sirih dan kain bekas sebagai kerajinan untuk membantu perekonomian masyarakat. Metode pemberdayaan masyarakat yang digunakan bersama masyarakat berbasis Aset Based Community Development (ABCD). Lokasi Pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa Alue Dua. Lama pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat selama 45 hari. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan antara lain: (1) pemetaan aset bersama masyarakat sehingga didapatkan potensi hutan yaitu daun sirih dan potensi kain bekas, (2) pelatihan pembuatan sirih hias, (3) pelatihan pembuatan bros melalui kain bekas, (4) Penjualan melalui media sosial, (5) Membentuk wadah kerajinan masyarakat desa. Pemberdayaan ini menyadarkan masyarakat bahwa daun sirih dan kain bekas yang melimpah dapat menghasilkan sesuatu yang bermanfaat sehingga dapat menambah pendapatan masyarakat, walaupun itu hanya dilakukan di waktu senggang.
Procrastination is a behavior that is not good or negative behavior including; neglect in completing assignments, and lack of punctuality when entering school hours. Based on the results of research in the field, it appears that there are students who take academic procrastination, procrastination conducted in the form of procrastinating in completing assignments that result in students being hampered in the learning process at school. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The subjects of this study were students of the State High School 1 Muara Sugihan Banyuasin Regency class XII. Based on the results of this study it can be seen that the academic procrastination of Muara Sugihan Middle School 1 Middle School students in Banyuasin Regency is in the High category with a score of 90.92. Thus the expectation of handling the problem is expected so that students can solve the problem. One way to treat the problem is counseling services.
This study aims to determine the emotional intelligence of female students who wear the full face veil. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique was carried out with a total sampling of 38 students who wore the veil from several universities in Indonesia. The research instrument uses a Likert-shaped Emotional Intelligence Scale owned by Dika Sahputra. Questionnaires are distributed online through the Google Forms application from November 2019 to January 2020. The results showed that in general the emotional intelligence of students who wore the full face veil was in the high category. These results can be used as a basis for making programs for guidance and counseling services in tertiary institutions, as well as being the basis for policy making for university leaders and the government towards female students and women who use the full face veil
