Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak has the potential to affect the mental health of medical personnel. This study aimed to investigate the anxiety experienced by medical personnel during the COVID-19 outbreak and its correlation with individual work performance. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 501 Medical Personnel in Indonesia. Anxiety level and work performance were assessed by the GAD-7 and IWP-1.0. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, Man-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and Spearman's Rank-Order Correlation. The results showed that 33.33% of the participants did not experience anxiety, followed by moderate, mild, and severe levels (31.14%, 27.74%, and 7.78%). Furthermore, the level of anxiety was different in terms of sex, age, and type of medical personnel, while there was no difference in the length of time of work. The results of the correlation analysis showed that anxiety was correlated with task performance and contextual performance, but there was no correlation with the counter-productive work behavior. There is a crucial need for psychological assistance to medical personnel in orders to reduce their anxiety as well as improve their performance.
This study aims to determine: a description of the average condition score of activities responding to students in learning before and after treatment guidance services are given; and the effectiveness of group guidance services to improve student response activities in learning. This research uses quantitative methods. This type of research is pre-experimental, using the one group pre-test post-test design. The selection of subjects in this study uses a non-random sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The subjects of this study were ten people and were treated for six meetings. The instrument used was the Responding scale Rizky Andana Pohan Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using non-parametric statistical techniques using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with the help of SPSS version 17.00. The research findings show that in general group guidance services are effective in increasing response activities in learning, while specifically this study describes: there are differences in the average score of student response activities before and after group guidance services are provided. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the activities of responding to students in learning can be improved through group guidance services.
Academic procrastination understood as maladaptive behavior that can hinder academic success. Guidance and counseling implementation is can contribute to reduce the students academic procrastination. The service is can be optimally, the team assisted individualization of learning models combined in class format. This research uses quantitative methods. This type of study design is a Quasi Experiment with the design of the non-equivalent control group. The population are students MTS Negeri Koto Tangah Padang selected by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data using a scale, then analyzed using Wilcoxson Signed Ranks Test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov 2 Independent the samples. The findings of this research are, differences significant on academic procrastination the experiment group before and after the learning model technique team assisted individualization, There are differences in the control group on academic procrastination before and after the conventional learning model, and there are differences in the experiment group which given learning model technique team assisted individualization and the control group which given information service, learning model team assisted individualization technique can significantly reduce the students academic procrastination, it was can be used for a variety of problems related with learning activities.
Setiap orangtua memiliki gaya pengasuhan tersendiri dalam mengasuh anak, begitu pula dengan orangtua single parent tentu memiliki gaya pengasuhan tersendiri dalam mengasuh anaknya. Sebagai orangtua single parent yang menjalani tanggung jawab yang seharusnya dijalankan oleh dua orang, tentu sangat memberatkan selain harus mengasuh anak mereka juga harus bekerja untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan empat ibu single parent dan empat orang anak. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui satu responden dari keempat ibu single parent menerapkan pola asuh yang mengarah pada pola asuh permisif didalam mendidik anak, dikarenakan kesibukannya sebagai single parent yang menjalankan sebagai dua peran sehingga tidak banyak waktu dalam membimbing dan memperhatiakan kegiatan anak, sedangkan tiga ibu single parent lainya menerapkan pola asuh yang mengarah kepada pola asuh demokratis saling terbuka dengan anak, perduli, dan juga memberikan kasih sayang yang cukup serta bertanggung jawab kepada anak walaupun sebagai single parent. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi oleh single parent antara lain terdiri dari dua hambatan yaitu internal dan eksternal, yang sering terjadi dalam sebuah keluarga kurang komunikasi dengan anak dan kurangnya berinteraksi dengan masyarakat.
