This research aims to find out the effect of Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Organizational Commitment and teacher performance at SMU Abdurrohman Wahid Banjarmadu Karanggeneng Lamongan. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all SMK Abdurrohman Wahid Teachers. The sampling technique using census techniques with 42 samples. Technique of data analysis used in this study is analysis using Software smart PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership variables have no positive effect on organizational commitment, work motivation does not have a positive effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance, work motivation does not have a positive effect on teacher performance, and organizational commitment has no positive effect on teacher performance.
This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and spiritual intelligence on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, was conducted on organic employees at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero),, with a total sample of 158 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires filled out by employees then analyzed using SPSS and SEM software.This study will use two kinds of analysis techniques, namely (1) Confirmatory Factor Analysis on SEM which is used to confirm the most dominant factors in one group of variables and (2) Regression Weight on SEM which is used to examine how much the relationship between variables. The results showed that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable had the strongest relationship with Employee Performance, with CR a value of 4.249 with a P-value <5%. which means the higher organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the employee's performance.
For companies or organizations to come forward, it is required to have qualified employees. Qualified employees are employees whose performance can meet targets or targets set by the company. High employee performance demands are already part of every company because a successful company cannot be separated from employees who work at the company. In some conditions, employees' performance in a company is inseparable from several factors that can affect it. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of job involvement on work engagement; the influence of job involvement on employee performance, and the influence of work engagement on employee performance. This type of research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the Branch Heads and Sub-Branch Managers of Bank Jatim. As many as 191 were taken using saturated sampling techniques The number of samples was used as many as 191 Branch Heads and Sub-Branch Managers of Bank Jatim. The types of data used are quantitative data, and the data source used is the primary data. Collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used partial least square (PLS) analysis.
This study aims to discuss the relationship between competence and job satisfaction on the performance of private Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is the type of research used that is explanatory with a quantitative approach with a sample size of 244 of 628 teachers from 44 private Madrasah Tsanawiyah in the city of Surabaya). The results showed that teachers’ competence had an effect on teachers’ job satisfaction with a value of 0.184. Teachers’ competence affected teachers’performance with a value of 0.118. Teachers’ job satisfaction affected teachers’ performance with a value of 0.222. Teachers’ job satisfaction on teachers’ performance showed a high influence with a CR value of 2.772 (greater than 2.00) and a significance level (p-value) of 0.006 (less than 5%). It can be concluded that teachers’ competence affected teachers’ job satisfaction and teachers’ competence affected teachers’ performance. Teachers’ job satisfaction had a strong effect on teachers’ performance.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, work motivation, and compensation on job satisfaction and performance of teaching staff in the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya. This type of research used in this research is quantitative. The sample used in this study were 63 respondents who taken using the NonProbability technique. The data was collected by distributing a questionnaire with severa statements. While the technical data analysis used in this study is to use Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study indicate that 1) Competence does not affect job satisfaction 2) Work Motivation influences job satisfaction 3) Compensation does not affect job satisfaction 4) Competence affects performance 5) Work motivation affects performance 6) Compensation does not affect performance 7) Job satisfaction does not affect performance.
