This study aims to analyze the variation of language used in AMOEBA (Bajang Youth and Youth Generation) meetings and social gatherings in Pandak, Bantul, and Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data was obtained from the recordings made at the wedding ceremony of a community in Bantul Regency. According to Scarlet, the speech act analysis in this study is based on the speech act theory. This research produces written data. The results of the study show that the use of language found in the AMOEBA hamlets of Daleman, Gilangharjo, Pandak, and Bantul are as follows; (1) Switching external codes from Javanese to Indonesian; (2) switching extercodescode from Arabic to Indonesian; (3) internal code-switching from Javanese ngoko to Javanese krama; (4) mix code into; (5) mix the code out; (6) and speech acts which are dominated by the presence of illocutionary speech acts, in the form of expressive speech acts and directive speech acts. Based on the sociopragmatic analysis, the use of the language is strongly influenced by the social conditions of the speaking community, both age, kinship, and the same language, because they live in the same area
Language politeness is an important element in communication, by paying attention to language politeness, someone is considered to have good character so that what is conveyed can be accepted by the interlocutor. The application of language politeness is very necessary in every speaking activity. This study aims to determine describe the forms of language politeness among teachers and students in English learning activities. This research is included in the type of descriptive qualitative research. So that the data obtained in qualitative form and analyzed descriptively. The method used in this research is the padan pragmatic method by Sudaryanto. The data collection technique used in this research is the technique of with dasar or basic technique in the form of sadap and its lanjutan or advanced technique in the form of simak bebas libat cakap then are continued with rekam or recording and catat or note-taking technique. The results of the analysis show that there is an application or use of language politeness in the teaching and learning process in the English class which is represented in the transactional text English subject for 9th grade at SMP N 1 Pandak.
Pembelajaran abad 21, termasuk pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia menuntut siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Kebijakan kementerian mengenai pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis teks menjadi gambaran bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia saat ini bukan hanya sekedar pada level mengingat melainkan sudah mencapai level mencipta. Selaras dengan kebijakan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis teks di SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro dan respons siswa terhadap implementasi pembelajaran tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam menjawab pertanyaan penelitian adalah hasil observasi dan wawancara, serta analisis dokumen berkaitan dengan Rancangan Perangkat Pembelajaran (RPP) yang dibuat dan diterapkan guru kepada siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMPN 1 Bambanglipuro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam mengajarkan teks-teks kepada siswa, guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran sudah mampu merancang RPP sesuai dengan kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis teks yang mengedepankan proses dan menciptakan luaran. Siswa merasa senang karena dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis teks, siswa diajak untuk gemar membaca. Kebijakan ini dinilai sangat baik, karena saat ini, kegiatan membaca sangat penting untuk dibiasakan agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa.
