Resumo Para que a gestão do conhecimento impacte os rumos da empresa com inovações e vantagens competitivas, é necessário integrá-la à estratégia organizacional. Apesar de existirem estudos que apontam a correlação entre gestão conhecimento, desempenho e estratégia organizacionais, a prática se torna divergente. As organizações estão cientes da importância da gestão do conhecimento, mas é preciso sair do campo do discurso e converter ações em resultados. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar o impacto das práticas de gestão do conhecimento no desempenho organizacional, através de uma pesquisa quantitativa com a aplicação de um questionário survey em empresas de base tecnológica. A pesquisa utilizou o modelo empírico de Wu e Chen, para a validação das hipóteses definidas no estudo e a técnica de modelagem de equações estruturais foi aplicada. Os resultados obtidos possibilitam confirmar as relações existentes entre as cinco dimensões analisadas- ativos do conhecimento, aprendizagem organizacional, capacidade do processo de conhecimento, capacidade do processo de negócio e desempenho organizacional-, além de identificar que dentre os construtos analisados, o processo de negócio foi o que apresentou maior influência sobre o desempenho organizacional.
O gerenciamento de projetos tem possibilitado melhores resultados e vantagem competitiva nas organizações. Os projetos, geralmente, são alimentados por uma vasta quantidade de informações que necessitam ser analisadas e seus significados extraídos para a solução de problemas. Manter um gerenciamento adequado e sistemático não é uma tarefa fácil execução e, muitas vezes, se torna uma barreira. Nessa perspectiva, surgem os métodos visuais e a visualização da informação como ferramentas estratégicas para mitigarem os problemas do gerenciamento de projetos. Por meio de métodos visuais e da visualização, as informações são descobertas e explicitadas, a equipe é coordenada e o volume de informações é tratado substancialmente. O objetivo desse estudo é analisar a influência dos métodos visuais e da visualização da informação nos fatores de gerenciamento de projetos: comunicação, demandas (restrições) e ciclo de vida. Com uma pesquisa descritiva e quantitativa, foi aplicado um questionário semiestruturado com escala do tipo likert, composto por cinco variáveis: ciclo de vida, demandas do projeto, comunicação, visualização da informação e métodos visuais. Foram aplicados 386 questionários a alunos de Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu em Gerenciamento de Projetos, Stricto Sensu em Sistemas de Informações e profissionais da área. Obteve-se 359 respondentes válidos e verificou-se que há o reconhecimento da importância dos métodos visuais e visualização da informação no gerenciamento do projeto, além da existência de relações incipientes.
A inovação torna-se ferramenta para geração de ideias, desenvolvimento do capital intelectual e utilização eficiente de recursos. Entretanto, a realidade é a ausência de recursos que viabilizam o processo de inovação. A inovação aberta é uma proposta para criação de valor organizacional, em que as empresas se apoiam. O objetivo desse estudo é determinar quais os fatores advindos da inovação aberta influenciam as Empresas de Base Tecnológica para a criação de valor. Realizou-se uma pesquisa quantitativa e descritiva, com questionário do tipo survey, a colaboradores de Empresas de Base Tecnológica brasileiras. Os resultados apontaram que as redes de conhecimento e o perfil de inovação são necessários para a definição das práticas de inovação aberta e, os fatores de inovação aberta: estabelecimento de parcerias, desenvolvimento de produtos por licenciamento e patentes, spin in e spin off, corporate venturing e cadeia de valor influenciam significativamente a criação de valor organizacional.
O paradigma holístico é pontuado, longitudinalmente, como uma abordagem a ser considerada no desenvolvimento de modelos de Gestão do Conhecimento. Mediante a esse ajuizamento, a Gestão do Conhecimento holística é caracterizada nessa pesquisa e suas dimensões são delineadas, de forma a conceber um alicerce conceitual para que se alcance o objetivo de analisar a aderência do modelo de Bukowitz e Williams (2002) a Gestão do Conhecimento holística. Esta pesquisa emprega a Análise de Conteúdo qualitativa para examinar o referido modelo e a abordagem quantitativa para identificar o grau percentílico de sua aderência a Gestão do Conhecimento holística. Por resultado o modelo de Bukowitz e Williams (2002) se adere em 69,2% pontos percentuais a Gestão do Conhecimento holística, conforme caracterização apresentada nessa pesquisa. Conclui-se que há oportunidades para o desenvolvimento de novos modelos de gerenciamento do conhecimento pautado no paradigma holístico e que esses podem considerar os delineamentos apresentados nessa pesquisa. Desta forma, esse estudo contribui para a discussão apontando elementos a serem considerados em novos modelos de Gestão do Conhecimento que, se acredita, poderão vir a nortear acadêmicos e empresas quanto ao desenvolvimento de possíveis modelos que busquem integrar todos os aspectos aqui apresentados. A análise de outros modelos de Gestão do Conhecimento, considerando os procedimentos metodológicos empregados nesse artigo, é uma sugestão de pesquisa futura para que se possa compreender o quanto a academia tem caminhado para o alcance do holos no gerenciamento do conhecimento.
