Denai Kuala Village, a coastal village, is a destination for developing photo tourism potential by utilizing natural conditions that are still natural, located in Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang. Geographical conditions that are still natural, can still be developed as a tourist destination, although demographically it is very possible urbanization. This becomes necessary to get its own attention, because of this condition, one of the solutions is to provide science and technology to the community in order to develop the natural, cultural, and Human Resources potential that is available to increase people's income. If the welfare of the community increases, it will automatically reduce the level of urbanization. In fact, if the growth is significant enough, urban people will flock back to the village and advance their homeland. Based on the results of discussions with the Medan Area University PKM implementation team with the Indonesian Women's Union (SPI) as partners, the problem resolution will be done based on priority scale. Concretely the solution to the problem is: 1) Mapping the tourist area by choosing interesting photo spots for photography; 2) Conducting Training and Website Creation of Denai Kuala Village regarding interesting photo spots for photography and utilizing social media for promotion tools on the internet. From the beach site, grass fields, fish drying fields, rivers, ships and bridges, (landscape), mangrove forests and pine forests, has its own uniqueness if processed into its own tourism potential. Some elements of nature du top, can be made one model for specific spots in areas that are in accordance with the aesthetic of photography. These angles are taken with a photo camera. These results are then disseminated to residents, especially and training to residents, especially female kaun, to recognize site specific photography in Denai Kuala Village, as a tourism potential. Photo documentation obtained, then selected into materials to be marketed for solutions to problems in the field of marketing. These materials are made on the website to utilize social media for promotion tools on blogspot.
This study focuses on the Interpersonal Communication of Children of Indonesian Workers with Their Parents. This study is motivated by the reality of communication problems experienced by children whose parents work as Indonesian workers abroad. The relationship between children and parents is then bridged by the presence of communication technology media such as cellular phones and social media. The purpose of this study was to determine 1) Barriers to interpersonal communication between children and parents; 2) Form of parental attention to children; 3) Interpersonal Communication Process of Children and Parents. This study uses the findings of this study to indicate that First: The weakness of interpersonal communication between children and their parents is due to communication technology connections that are often cut off as well as their parents' busyness so that the network can communicate with children. Another obstacle is the lack of interpersonal meaning due to gestures and expressions that are not recognized because of indirect communication; Second: Parents pay attention to the condition of the child, but not in detail so that violations are often committed by children; Third: The form of the message in the form of closed questions causes a lack of feedback which reduces the dynamics of the conversation between parents and children.
Cyberbullying is a new form of bullying that is commonly experienced in the real world but with the same characteristics and effects. Cyberbullying is the behavior of using information and communication technology that aims to intimidate others repeatedly and intentionally Victims of cyberbullying are "parties who are intimidated by stronger parties repeatedly through electronic media. Bodhicitta High School is an integrated school with internet where every high school student can use the internet in teaching and learning activities. This study aims to find out who is the victim of cyberbullying and also how cyberbullying behavior is experienced by victims. This study used descriptive qualitative method. A purposive technique is used to determine the informants to be interviewed. The results of the study show that not only students who are not achievers, but also students who excel even teachers are also victims of cyberbullying. The anonymity of cyberbullying is one of the most powerful reasons for triggering cyberbullying. Victims mostly experience cyberbullying behavior in the form of flaming, harassment, and also denigration.
This study aims to find out the analysis of Prominence news value discourse at the text level in the "Mayor Performance Evaluation" news. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis. In collecting data, researchers conducted face-to-face interviews with Metro TV Bureau of the North Sumatra Bureau of Information. This type of research is text research. In the method, the researcher uses the Norman Fairclough Critical Discourse Analysis research method on the dimensions of text, on the elements of Representation, Relationships, and Identity, this model was chosen because Fairclough focuses the discourse on language, so that it is more focused on seeing how Metro TV Bureau of Sumbagut in reporting Performance Evaluations Mayor. The results showed that there were three elements in analyzing the text of the Mayor's Performance Evaluation based on Norman Fairclough's theory, namely Representation of the performance evaluation of the mayor, by reflecting the performance of the mayor who had not experienced changes or were realized; the relationship between journalists and news sources is very influential on the development of the mayor's performance; and Identity to see how journalists place themselves in the text and in this news, journalists position themselves as being in favor of the public.
