Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance dan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang dapat dijadikan acuan manajemen dalam menggunakan tata kelola yang baik dan tepat sehingga dapat menguntungkan perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Populasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan sampel perusahaan BUMN pada tahun 2016-2019. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional, komite audit dan Return on Equity (ROE), sedangkan variabel nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan Price Book Value (PBV). Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian yang yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial, dewan komisaris independen dan ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, komite audit tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Secara simultan dewan komisaris independen, kepemilikan institusional, komite audit dan ROE berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
This research focuses on analyzing the empowerment of social institutions as village government partners in the participatory development process. The location is in Percut Village, Percutseituan District, Deliserdang Regency. The background that is used as a reference for this research begins with the understanding that the urgency of villages in development in Indonesia is so urgent. The village is given authoritative to grow and develop in line with the development of its own community. Furthermore, the village holds millions of pieces of knowledge of the virtues of life and harmony of local wisdom that should be maintained, can be recognized from the mantra of three orders, namely; ordinances, manners, and manners (Zamroni, 2017). This kind of thinking construction is important to restate in order to examine the current relationship between the village government and the community (social institutions). Social institutions as partners of the Village Government have a very strategic role; start to formulate participatory development plans, implement, control, utilize, maintain and develop participatory development, mobilize and develop participation, mutual cooperation and community self-help, and foster dynamic development of the community in the context of community empowerment. Seeing the huge role that village community institutions have, it is important and interesting that this research is carried out to see the existence of community institutions as village government partners in the participatory development process. With this research, it will provide reference data for stakeholders related to community institution empowerment. In addition, it is an academic study in public policy and provides input to the village government regarding the reference to the model of community institution empowerment as a partner of the village government in order to work together to manage development in a participatory village. As for answering the problem of this study using qualitative methods and types of research with a descriptive approach. The targeted research output is a journal article and as a follow up will create a model in the institutionalization of village community organizations.
The purpose of this paper is to reveal the mass media and commodity relations of death to the Medan Chinese in the advertisement of mourning in the Harian Analisa newspaper. The method used in this study was descriptive to reveal the mass media and commodity relations of death to Chinese ethnic in Medan in the advertisement of mourning in the daily newspaper The analisa was clear. Data obtained from the results of direct interviews with speakers are qualitative data used to answer the research objectives. The results obtained were Mass Media and the Relationship of Death Commodities to Chinese Ethnicity in Condolence Advertisements in Harian Analisa Newspapers in Medan are two things that are closely related to respect for ancestors as well as the economy. These two activities were embodied by the Harian Analisa Newspaper managed by Chinese people. The Grief Advertisements in Harian Analisa , became one of the Chinese Ethnic identity markers in Medan, which distinguishes it from other ethnicities in Medan City. There are two types of death advertisements, namely Grief News and Grief. Anatomy of Grief Ads: Headline; Sub Headline; Name; Bodycopy; Family name; Photos and Frames. Chinese Ethnic Identity, seen from the presence of Condolence Advertisements in Harian Analisa Newspaper as one of the teachings that the brand is still doing to Repay Budi to People Who Ever Helped; Maintain Closer Kinship in the family; Social Bonding and Togetherness, Cultural Defense and Respect for Ancestors.
