This research is an experimental study that aims to examine the combination of cattle manure, humic acid, and mycorrhizae to increase mycorrhizal infections in the roots of chili plants in the Udipsamments soil in Puger District, Jember Regency, which was carried out in May-November 2018. The research design used was a factorial complete randomized block design with 3 factors that were repeated 3 times. The first factor is cattle manure (0 tons / ha, 10 tons / ha, 20 tons / ha), the second factor is humic acid (0 ppm / ha, 200 ppm / ha), and the third factor is mycorrhiza (0 g / plant , 30 g / plant). The results showed that the combination of cattle manure, humic acid, and mycorrhiza inoculants to chili plant roots was able to increase the root mycorrhizal infection of chili plants and increase the nutrients available in the soil by 191.84% for nitrogen and 392.93% for phosphorus.

Indonesia is a vast country both sea and land, but as population development and growth continues to increase, the land that is usually used for agricultural land is now changing into residential land. This narrowing land is the biggest challenge that must be faced today. Basically, farming activities require a knowledge base that is land use, seeds/seedlings, cultivation, processing, to marketing. However, cultivation on land is limited by several methods of land use such as the use of roof gardens need to be considered well because it requires a large investment and careful planning. One way that can be done is through modern technology for energy efficiency and time. In this study, a precision farming system was created using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technology. CNC is a machine tool automation system that is operated by command, randomly programmed and stored in storage media. By using CNC technology, it allows the machine to follow the coordinate points that are entered into the system accurately. The command to drive a CNC machine is usually called the G-Code. The accuracy of the machine motion using a stepper motor can reach 1 mm. The system is made, similar to the control system on a 3D Printer machine with a wider work area. ABSTRACT<br /><br />One of the most popular orchids and cultivated by Indonesia and other countries is Phalaenopsis. The main disease of Phalaenopsis orchids in Indonesia is soft rot caused by bacteria Dickeya dadantii. The purpose of this study was to know the resistanctcy of Phalaenopsis hybrid to soft rot disease. The experiment was conducted at the Bacterial Plant Laboratory, Department of Plant Protection, the Greenhouse of Leuwikopo, Bogor Agricultural University, and the plastic house of Alam Sinar Sari Dramaga, Bogor from June 2014 to February 2015. The experimental design was randomized block design with three replications. Five genotypes of hybrid Phalaenopsis were tested, namely Phal. KHM 205, Phal. KHM 1126, Phal. KHM 1318, Phal. AMP 17, and Phal. KHM 2249. Phal. amabilis, Phal. esmeralda, Phal. amboinensis, and Phal. cornu-cervi were used as controls. The resistance testing was performed by inoculating bacteria D. dadantii on leaves of the orchids. The results showed all Phalaenopsis hybrid showed disease symptoms after inoculation. Phal. KHM 2249 had the lowest number of fallen leaves and the highest number of survive plants compared to the other hybrid Phalaenopsis.
