A Lógica Dominante do Serviço (SDL) apresenta a ideia da cocriação de valor como um processo dialógico, em que consumidores e empresas interagem para criar valor. Logo, o objetivo do artigo é analisar o processo da cocriação de valor em estabelecimentos hoteleiros na cidade de João Pessoa/PB por meio do site TripAdvisor. A pesquisa adotou uma abordagem qualitativa, em que foram entrevistados os participantes do processo da cocriação no ambiente hoteleiro: os gerentes dos hotéis mais bem avaliados pelos usuários do site na referida cidade, bem como 12 hóspedes que fizeram as suas avaliações no site TripAdvisor. Para a análise das entrevistas, foi utilizada a técnica da análise de conteúdo. Em termos de resultados, observou-se que alguns aspectos contribuem significativamente para a criação de valor, quais sejam a localização, conforto e atendimento, além do desejo dos clientes terem as suas expectativas atendidas e superadas. Dessa forma, percebeu-se que as avaliações no site TripAdvisor são fundamentalmente úteis para a criação de valor antes da hospedagem, cujos usuários entrevistados disseram buscar informações sobre os hotéis em que pretendem se hospedar neste portal.
Por muitos anos as pessoas com deficiência eram relegadas as camadas mais inferiores da sociedade. Em muitas culturas ter uma deficiência era sinônimo de estar doente, ser improdutivo e inválido. No decorrer dos anos estes indivíduos conquistaram direitos antes inimagináveis, como por exemplo, o direito a acessibilidade em qualquer ambiente de consumo. Assim, com uma abordagem qualitativa do tipo descritiva e através da análise do discurso de vinte e três entrevistas semiestruturadas, este trabalho pode identificar as ações de acessibilidade em meios hoteleiros, principalmente no tocante a dimensão atitudinal e programática, assim como verificar sua implantação na visão dos gestores hoteleiros e das pessoas com deficiência física consumidoras deste serviço. Para tanto, observou-se que os gestores entrevistados sempre atrelam as dimensões de acesso tão somente às questões estruturais do hotel. Já os consumidores com deficiência, na maioria dos discursos, ligam a acessibilidade principalmente ao direito ir e vir. Diante disso, infere-se que esta pesquisa se mostra fundamental tendo em vista que estas pessoas com deficiência física são consumidoras e tem o direito ao acesso em todos os ambientes, inclusive o serviço turístico.
O cinema é considerado como lazer, porém nem todas as pessoas têm acesso ao mesmo, podendo se configurar como um cenário de atuação para a Transformative Consumer Research (TCR). Logo, o objetivo do artigo busca analisar como o consumo de lazer, mais especificamente o cinema, vivenciado pelos consumidores que não tem acesso em sua cidade a salas de cinema, pode influenciar o bem-estar e a qualidade de vida. A pesquisa adotou uma abordagem qualitativa, em que foram entrevistadas nove pessoas que participaram do projeto “Cine Sesi Cultural”. Para a análise das entrevistas, foi utilizada a técnica da análise de discurso. Em termos dos resultados, observou-se que a experiência com o cinema é favorável ao bem-estar dos consumidores baseado mais em uma experiência do que em uma curiosidade. Assim, foi verificado que o consumo de filmes, influencia de forma positiva o bem-estar e a qualidade de vida dos consumidores de baixa renda.
As pessoas com deficiência física enfrentam diversas dificuldades para exercerem o seu papel enquanto consumidores, e se veem inseridos em um sistema que parece desprezar o seu potencial de consumo. Nesse sentido, o objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar, sob a ótica da pesquisa transformativa do consumidor, a interação das pessoas com deficiência física com o ambiente de consumo dos hipermercados da cidade de João Pessoa/PB. A investigação possui natureza qualitativa e o método utilizado foi a entrevista em profundidade, realizada com um corpus de 14 consumidores com deficiência física. As perguntas foram conduzidas por um roteiro de tópicos semi-estruturados, contendo 30 perguntas. Como método de análise das informações coletadas, foi utilizada a análise de discurso. Pelos discursos, percebeu-se o descontentamento destas pessoas quanto à falta de preparo e inadequação estrutural em desses estabelecimentos para atender consumidores com deficiência física, o que ocasiona graves situações de constrangimento e inacessibilidade em aspectos importantes para consumidores, como pisos, banheiros, provadores e estacionamento. Porém, os discursos demonstram que as barreiras supracitadas não os impede de ir aos estabelecimentos que lhes parecem mais adequados, escolher seus produtos sozinhos, verificar preços e qualidade e serem consumidores ativos.
