This research title is “Public Service Quality in Issuing Building Approval at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services, Cirebon Regency. So far, the public’s mind that PBG services seem complicated and convoluted, old services and less than optimal. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this study is how the quality of PBG publishing services, what factors contribute to PBG issuance and what effort need to made to optimize PBG publishing services at DPMPSTP Cirebon Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation techniques used interview, observation and documentation techniques in the form documents and archives related to the quality of PBG services at DPMPTSP Cirebon Regency. The conclusion of the study is that PBG services at DPMPTSP Cirebon Regency have been going well although there are still some things that are not optimal and need to be improved. Researchers suggest that the services provided by DPMPTSP Cirebon Regency must be more professional, effective, efficient and the existing deficiencied need to be improved so that optimal.
Taman Buah Mekarsari mengembangkan beberapa kultivar nangka, antara lain kultivar Telanjang, Mini, Bubur, dan Dulang. Keempat kultivar tersebut dibedakan berdasarkan keunikan buahnya. Keragaman kultivar nangka sangat banyak, namun studi mengenai anatomi daun kultivar nangka yang berbeda belum pernah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari karakter anatomi daun beberapa kultivar nangka koleksi Taman Buah Mekarsari, Bogor. Sampel diambil dari tiga pohon untuk tiap kultivar dengan tiga ulangan cabang untuk tiap pohon. Sediaan sayatan paradermal dan transversal dibuat dari daun keempat dari ujung cabang. Hasil pengamatan sayatan paradermal daun menunjukkan sel epidermis berbentuk tidak beraturan dengan dinding sel antiklinal rata hingga berlekuk. Stomata hanya terdapat pada sisi abaksial daun dengan tipe anomositik. Pada kultivar nangka dijumpai dua jenis trikoma, yaitu trikoma kelenjar dan trikoma non kelenjar. Tidak terdapat perbedaan karakter anatomi daun pada semua daun kultivar nangka yang diamati. Hal ini dikarenakan rentang nilai karakter anatomi yang diamati saling tumpang tindih pada keempat kultivar tersebut. Namun demikian, karakter anatomi daun dapat digunakan untuk membedakan kultivar nangka dengan hibrida nangkadak cv. Bola.
This study aims to test the effect of every element of Quality Control System (QCS) that is leadership responsibilities for quality on audit, relevant ethical requirements, acceptance and continuance of client relationships and certain engagements, assignment of engagement team, engagement performance, monitoring, and documentation on audit quality as well as to test whether the professional commitment moderate effect of every element of QCS on audit quality. The population was the staff auditors working in public accounting firms domiciled in Jakarta City, especially Central Jakarta area with the drawing of 84 respondents. The statistical method used was SEM PLS with the help of SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that from seven elements of QCS, only relevant ethical requirements that affect on audit quality. Furthermore, the study also found that professional commitment cannot moderate the relationship between the seven elements of QCS on audit quality.
True shallot seeds (Allium cepa var. ascalonicum L.) or True Shallot Seed (TSS) has begun to be used widely as planting material. However, not all types of shallot plants can flower and produce true seeds perfectly because the majority of shallot plants in Indonesia are grown in the lowlands with temperatures of more than 30°C. Although there are some local varieties, which naturally flower, they have not been tested until producing true seeds. This study aims to determine the effect of vernalization and benzyl amino purine (BAP) on the Bauji variety onion plants’ generative growth. The research was conducted from July to November 2020 in Jember Regency at an altitude of 89 asl. The research design using a factorial randomized block design. The first factor is vernalization, while the second factor is BAP concentration at 50, 100, and 150 ppm. The results showed an interaction between vernalization factors and the use of BAP, and single-use of BAP did not significantly affect the generative growth of Bauji variety shallot. The vernalization treatment separately actually gave an increasing effect on the percentage of flowering plants, the number of umbels per planting, the number of flowers per umbel, the number of capsules per umbel, the number of seeds per umbel, the TSS weight per umbel, and the weight per 100 seeds.
The study to find out the effectiveness of Carica papaya leaf extract using contact poison on the termite Coptotermes sp., one of the most harmful types of termite, mortality was conducted. This research using an experimental research with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) in seven extract treatments and 3 replications. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and followed by Duncan test at 5% significance level is using to count mortality data and the loss of feed. The lethal concentration (LC) and lethal time (LT) were analyzed by Probit analysis. The results showed that through contact poison methods, the leaf extract of C. papaya Linn. is effectively applied to control termites and it functions most effective at a concentration of 1%. The lethal concentration (LC 50 ) leaf extract of C. papaya Linn. is 0.157% and lethal time (LT 50 ) is 3.976 days.
