Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis STEM-Inkuiri pada materi sistem organ dan organisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas modul berbasis STEM-Inkuiri untuk meningkatkan literasi sains. Model pengembangan yang digunakan merupakan model pengembangan 4D oleh Thiagarajan hanya sampai pada tahap validasi para ahli (develop). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan data angket validasi yang dilakukan oleh enam orang ahli yang dianalisis menggunakan formula Aiken’s V serta analisis reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach dengan bantuan SPSS 24. Validitas modul, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan tes literasi secara berturut-turut sebesar 0,87, 0,88 dan 0,90 dinyatakan valid dengan kriteria “sangat tinggi”. Nilai reliabilitas modul, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan tes literasi secara berturut-turut berdasarkan Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,81, 0,88 dan 0,91 yang artinya memiliki reliabilitas “sangat tinggi”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modul sistem organ dan organisme berbasis STEM-inquiry telah memenuhi kriteria valid dan reliabel sehingga layak untuk digunakan. This research is research on the development of a STEM-Inquiry-based science module on organ systems and organisms. The purpose of this study was to know the validity and reliability of the STEM-Inquiry based module to improve scientific literacy. This research used the 4D development models by Thiagarajan, only reached the developer's validation stage. The subjects in this study were experts consisting of academics and practitioners. The data was collected through a validation questionnaire by six experts and analyzed using the Aiken's V formula and the reliability analysis of the Alpha Cronbach formulas with the help of SPSS 24. Module validity, lesson plan and literacy test results were 0.87, 0.88 and 0.90 respectively were declared valid with "very high" criteria. Reliability module, lesson plan and literacy test results based on Cronbach Alpha are 0.81, 0.88 and 0.91, respectively, which meant they had "very high" reliability. This shows that the development of the organ system and organism module on STEM-inquiry-based has met the valid and reliable criteria so that it is feasible to use.
Research has been carried out on the development of Articulate storyline on environmental pollution material. This study aims to test the validity and practicality of the Articulate storyline on environmental pollution material. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE development model up to the implementation stage. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The results of this study obtained high validity criteria with a value of 0.90. The results of the practicality of this study get very practical results with an average value of 95.5%. The product resulting from this research can be continued to the effectiveness stage.
Abstract. The objective of this study is to identify the misconceptions of Natural Science (IPA) on primary school students in Tarakan.The output of this study is presented into a national scientific journal with ISSN. This study absolutely contributes to the schools and the education providers (universities). This study can identify the misconceptions of what happens to the students, so that teachers know how to handle and remediate these misconceptions. This study employs quantitative descriptive research. The population is the sixth grade students of primary schools in Tarakan. It is because the students of this grade have got the learning material on force, light, and simple machine. The technique.;s used in taking the sample is cluster sampling by considering on the three criteria, namely: superior, medium, and low school category which is based on the mean scores of final test (UAS) on natural science subject. So, the sixth grade students of SDN A, SDN B Tarakan, and SDN C Tarakan are chosen as the sample of this study. The instrument of this research is a written test in a form of multiple choice test equiped with the CRI (certainty of response index) answer sheet. The data are collected by distributing multiple-choice test which is consisted of 40 questions that are equipped with the CRI answer sheet.
Utilization of red beans to be used as food ingredients is not maximized. Ice cream at room temperature melts easily and has a less soft texture, this is due to several factors, one of which is the emulsifier. To improve the quality of ice cream, researchers use natural emulsifiers in the form of red beans. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of red beans on the melting power of ice cream and organoleptic properties (color, aroma, taste and texture) of ice cream. The research design was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 different treatments of adding red beans to ice cream, namely 0%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 100% with data analysis using the SPSS One way-ANOVA test for normal data, Kruskall-Wallis test for abnormal data, as well as Duncan's advanced test. The results showed that the addition of red beans had a significant effect on melting power (0.00<0.05), color (0.00<0.05), and texture (0.00<0.05). The addition of red beans had no significant effect on aroma (0.41>0.05) and taste (0.011>0.05).
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terbatasnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan disekolah, khususnya pada materi reproduksi tumbuhan, sehingga dilakukan penggembangan pada sebuah media pembelajaran berupa media pembelajaran interaktif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan validitas, kepraktisan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu R&D dengan model pengembangan Tessmer, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan diantaranya expert review dengan subjek 3 orang ahli, one-to-one evaluation dengan subjek 3 orang peserta didik kelas VIII SMP, Small group evaluation dengan subjek 10 orang peserta didik kelas VIII SMP dan Field Test dengan subjek 23 orang peserta didik kelas VIII SMP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) validitas media pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata validasi ahli media yaitu 92,82% dan ahli materi yaitu 88%; 2) kepraktisan media pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat praktis dengan persentase rata-rata kepraktisan yaitu 91,3% 3) keefektifan media pembelajaran dinyatakan efektif terkategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata ketuntasan yaitu 82,60%.
