Families experience with the deaf child. The family plays a fundamental role in the person's development and in the health maintenance of its members. Most studies on families with deficiency have focused on etiology and on therapeutic methods instead of family´s experience. The aim of this study was to identify some aspects of families' experience, as well as the difficulties and facilitators of relationship with a deaf person from the family´s perspective. A descriptive exploratory survey with deaf people's families attending Anpacin -Associação Norte Paranaense de Audio Comunicação Infantil (Paraná Association for children's audio communication) was performed. A semi-structured script to collect the data was used, and the analysis was categorized. By approaching the families, its structure, family's concept and the difficulties in dealing with deafness were known. Communication is the major difficulty faced by the family although school has facilitated the family relationship with the deaf person.Key words: family, family and deficiency, deaf child.
ABSTRACT. The health communitarian´s work in view of Anastacio community, state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The health communitarian agents are in permanent contact with the community, connecting two different culture universes, the scientific one and the popular one, helping in vigilance work and health promotion. The aim of the research is to identify if the population care for the health communitary agents program, recognize the role and the importance of health communitary agents activity and if they are satisfied with their job. A description research was carried out with the sample of 180 families cared for health communitary agent programm in Anastácio city, state of Mato Grosso do Sul in 2002. The families cared for health comunitary agents recognize the link between the comunity and health services and they are satisfied with the job. Concerning the action, the role´s performance is suitable and recognized as an element that makes easy the relationship between individuals-families-community and the local health system.
Hence, professionals working in this strategy must adopt differentiated attitudes, based on respect, ethics and commitment to the families they are responsible for, by creating bonds of trust and affection and by taking part in the construction of healthier environments in the family space (2) .In practice, the strategy has faced some difficulties to sustain FHP team professionals' actions, as its theoretical framework has not been considered easy to read and its practical application still represents a challenge for active teams (2) . However, we believe that the main problem derives from the fact that the market does not offer a satisfactory quantity of qualified professionals with the profile to work in this new model, as neither professional education nor professional training has decreased this gap. With respect to nurses, although nursing and the family have always been close, as care is inherent in both, the reality of working with families has basically covered orientation and the search for information, mainly in theoretical studies This confusion is even observed in scientific research, as some studies (5-6) affirm, for example, that FHP nurses focus their care on the family and do not manage to demonstrate this when they describe the activities they perform. This is specifically the case for home visits which, although indicated as a familyoriented activity, are made in those cases when patients need special procedures (5-6) .In the FHP scenario, families are addressed in different ways: family/individual, family/home, family/individual/home, family /community, family / social risk and family/family, but there exists neither mutual dialogue nor complementariness in this whole diversity, which makes it difficult to achieve care integrality and produces comprehension difficulties in planning, in care, in professional education advice, besides causing frustrations due to unattended expectations (7) .It should be underlined that the FHP went through moments of reformulation, trials, expansion and that, nowadays, it has reached the age of facing challenges, an opportunity that demands targets to be reconsidered and courses to be readjusted (8) The obtained data were processed according to Bardin's content analysis (12) . After transcribing the tapes, the material was read, starting the preliminary analysis and exploration of data. Next, data were systematically organized and grouped in units, which allowed for the exact description of relevant characteristics. Then, categories were established, which consisted in isolating discourse elements and imposing RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONGetting to know the nurses under study . The university teaching in the medical area has been internationally recognized for its diversity and pedagogical innovation, making the discussions on teaching and the pedagogical training in this context relevant. Hence, the objective to reflect on the experience of teachers at a Medical School, aiming to identify limits and possibilities for the development of an innovative practice, was stablished. Understanding innovation as a paradigmatic rupture, with an emancipatory and argumentative character, the concept of innovative teaching was adopted, articulating the institutional, professional and personal dimensions. Relying on this theoretical framework, a qualitative research was carried out, using action research based on Paulo Freire's itinerary, adapted by Bueno, which provided two research moments: the investigative and the educational ones. The study was carried out from February 2016 to December 2017 and, collaboratively, nine teachers from a Private Higher Education Institution in Southern Brazil who taught the Community Interaction module participated in the study. The project was approved by the research ethics committee (Case No. 1350157/2016) and the Term of Free and Informed Consent was duly signed by the participants. Data were collected through convergent interview, focal group and field diary record. They were categorized into two topics: 1) Teachers' characteristics and experience; and 2) Identifying limits and possibilities for innovative teaching. Thus, the following limits were identified: the need to revise the teacher's development model which is traditionally adopted in educational institutions; the nonarticulation between theory and practice by the organization in the teaching-learning process; and the constant improvement of the teachers' relational skills demanded by the diversity of relationships. These limits served as a basis for the planning of the educational moment, for which three meetings were developed aiming to know the reality, analyze it and propose new paths. In this context, the following possibilities were identified: 1) To take teacher's knowledge and its reality as a starting point to reflect and learn so as to enable the construction of new knowledge and collaborative work in the institutional environment; 2) To build educational processes that use reflection and analysis to transform reality and produce knowledge; and 3) To use the dialogue as an instrument for enhancement and qualification of interactions. To ponder on innovation in the current context requires the technicist model be extrapolated and the institutional, pedagogical and personal dimensions of teaching be considered.
