Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BJB Di Cabang Balaraja Banten baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh menggunakan dengan 98 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 17,500 + 0.563X1, koefisien korelasi 0,659 artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi 43,4% dan Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung> t tabel atau (8,587>1.985) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 15,802 + 0,607X2. Koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,607 artinya keduanya memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,8% dan uji hipotesis yang diperoleh t hitung> t tabel atau (7,482>1,985). Pelatihan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 11,164 + 0,394X1 + 0,366X2. Nilai koefisien korelasinya yang diperoleh sebesar 0,713 artinya variabel independen dengan variabel dependen memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,8% sedangkan sisanya 49,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai F>F tabel atau (49,032>2,700) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh simultan yang signifikan antara pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BJB Cabang Balaraja Banten.
This study aims in examining the problem of employee performance that has decreased. The main objective of this research is to find out the phenomenon and to obtain empirical evidence and conclusions about the effect of compensation, discipline and motivation toward the performance of employees of Mandiri Utama Sejahtera corporation. This research uses a quantitative design method, explanatory research, by testing the survey technique hypothesis, the questionnaire uses a Likert scale of 4, using a saturated sample, which means using the entire population of 96 employees with headquarters and 5 warehouses in several areas. The results of the study were processed using data analysis techniques: (1) validity and reliability tests; (2) classic assumption test (normality, homogeneity, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test); (3) coefficient of determination (R2); (4) simple and multiple regression models; (5) hypothesis testing with partial test (t test) and simultaneous (F test). Based on the results of the study it was found that the F test showed a very significant effect on the compensation variable (X1), the discipline variable (X2), and the motivation variable (X3) together on the Performance variable (Y). This is evidenced by the calculated Fcount (49,460)> Ftable (2.70) and the significance is less than 5% (0,000 <0.05). R value (correlation) is 0.786 and R Square value (determination) is 0.617, indicating that the variable Y (employee performance) is influenced by variable X1 (compensation), variable X2 (discipline), and variable X3 (motivation) together, of 61.70% and the remaining 38.30% is influenced by other factors not examined. So the conclusion of the research results shows that there is a positive and significant influence of compensation, discipline and motivation on the performance of employees of Mandiri Utama Sejahtera corporation.
As for the purpose of this study is to find and obtains evidence empirical and conclusions about influence style leadership and competence of the productivity employees infrastructure and facilities common (PPSU) in urban lebak bulus of south jakarta. Research methodology used is associative with the quantitative approach. A method of the withdrawal of in the sample have used of these tests are the sampling method of saturated pt pgn promised to supply dating techniques in the entire household sample if all members of a percent of the population used as included in the research sample. Data collection method that we use is to a method of kuosioner and observation to the employees PPSU to officials in urban village lebak bulus of south jakarta . The method of analysis processing the data used was test validity, reabilitas test, test the assumption classical, regression analysis multiple, analysis koefisiensi determination ( r2 ), the hypothesis ( test f and t). Based on the results of the analysis that has been done obtained that is the or relation a positive and welfare between style leadership and competence to productivity employees together or simultaneous is as much as r = 0,377, this showed that productivity employees at PPSU urban village lebak bulus south jakarta effected by force leadership and competence to a category strong contributing 37.7%, while or 62.3% influenced by other factors out variables tested in pengelitian this.The results of the regression equation is linear multiple namely y = 27,117 + 0,008X1 + 0,817X2 means if the force of leadership (X1) up 1 a unit of then will increase 0,008 and competence (X2) up 1 a unit of then will increase 0,817.Influence between leadership and competence to productivity employees is significant.This can be seen of the value of f count 25,972 > f table 3,10 Key Words : Leadership, Competence , Productivity
This study aims to determine the effect of character education and social status on the culture of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (a study at Pamulang University). This research is a causal quantitative research (cause and effect by processing numerical data), using a survey method of data collection through distributing questionnaires to Pamulang University students of Management Study Program, by determining the sample using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test, and F test. Data obtained from respondents were processed using SPSS 26. The results showed that there was an influence between character education, social status and a humanist spirit towards K3 culture. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions of the research results are as follows: the results of character education (X1), social status (X2) and a humanist spirit (X2) together have a very significant effect on the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) culture of students in the Management Study Program at Pamulang University.
Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah melaksanakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu diharapkan dengan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat tersebut keberadaan Pergururan Tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat ini berupa ekspositori yaitu penyampaian materi secara verbal dan inquiry yaitu pembelajaran yang menekankan pada proses berfikir kritis dan analitis terkait motivasi belajar untuk siswa tentang “Motivasi belajar siswa : jaga sikapmu, semangatmu untuk meraih prestasi dimasa yang akan datang”. Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambhanya keilmuan bagi Siswa dan siswi SMKN 2 Tagerang Selatan, dan memotivasi untuk belajar. Ilmu yang diperoleh Pada Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat baru bagi kita dalam menyampaikan materi dan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi siswa dan siswi untuk memotivasi belajar yang positif, prilaku yang membangun Baik di lingkungan masyarakat dan keluarga.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar ABSTRACT The aim of Community Service activities is to carry out one of the Higher Education Tri Dharma. In addition, it is expected that through the Community Service activities, the existence of Higher Education can contribute greatly to the development and application of knowledge to the community.The method used in this Community Service is expository namely the delivery of material verbally and inquiry that is learning that emphasizes the process of critical and analytical thinking related to learning motivation for students about "Student learning motivation: keep your attitude, your enthusiasm for achievement in the future".The results of community service are scientific advances for students of South Tagerang 2 vocational schools, and motivate them to study.
