Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah sebagai bentuk perhatian dalam membantu mengurangi berat badan pada manusia dan memberi mereka sedikit kegembiraan dan senyuman dengan membantu mereka dengan murah hati di tengah wabah COVID-19 dengan pemberlakuan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) di BSD, terutama di dalam lingkungan perumahan BSD ini. Ketertarikan ini dituntaskan melalui penggabungan dari uang yang telah dikumpulkan dari beberapa orang dengan mengaplikasikan dalam bentuk makanan kotak dengan minimal konversi Rp 250.000. Hasil dari pengumpulan kisaran harga memperoleh 50 Makanan Kotak. Tahapan dalam kegiatan adalah dimulai dari pencarian penerima makanan.  Tahap  kedua  adalah  dengan  membagikan pada sasaran penerima makanan terdiri dari ojek online, pemulung, dan pengemis. Kegiatan ini dimulai pada bulan Mei 2021.

The size of the Indonesian state makes it difficult to create a centralized government system. Moreover, Indonesia is an archipelagic state, where the islands are separated by sea. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a new autonomous region policy to maintain the welfare of the Indonesian state. This study then aims to analyze the New Autonomous Region Arrangement Policy process in Indonesia. This research will be carried out using descriptive qualitative methods. The selection of this method is expected to describe and summarize various conditions, situations, or phenomena of social reality that exist in society. The data source used in this study comes from documentation and observation. The results of this study then found that interests had an important role in forming the New Autonomous Region (DOB). In structuring the new autonomous regions, there are positive and negative sides. Unfortunately, in establishing a new autonomous region, the expected degree of change has not been fully realized. Several factors hamper this process, such as the low quality of human resources and inadequate financing.

So far, the performance appraisal of an organization is inaccurate because the assessment is only based on employee compliance with their superiors without providing an assessment based on the contribution made by the employee to the organization. This certainly impacts the employee’s weak motivation, so that it can affect organizational performance, which affects the quality of public services. This research tries to present the analysis of employee performance appraisal by emphasizing the determined qualities (competencies) to improve the performance of public service organizations in Indonesia. It can be seen that performance measurement can be used as a reference as a measure of the performance of an organization. The research was conducted using a literature review study. And use a qualitative approach in analyzing the data presented in the study. The study found that their direct superiors generally evaluate employees. Concerning the frequency of promotion in o organization, each leader explains that the organization has a clear pattern in determining the promotion and position. This is the authority of management. However, sometimes organizational leaders allow biased factors such as gender issues, appearance problems, specific ethnicity or race or feelings of hatred towards someone. Affect their judgment. Unless appraisals are based on actual job performance, they will continue to be conducted without the goals often required in fair performance appraisal systems.

<span>learning process implemented in universities due to COVID-19 has brought significant disruption to education. Interest and motivation to learn are very important in the learning process. It takes a platform that supports students to be motivated in running the activity hours well. Learning techniques that can be chosen are collaborative and creative learning in achieving effective graduate outcomes with the support of the Merdeka Campus program. This research aims to make gamification techniques to make students more creative, innovative, and interactive by utilizing the concepts of learning and playing. Furthermore, a learning platform based on blockchain technology can support quality universities as a layer of control in implementing security and fun learning. With gamification techniques in collaboration with blockchain technology, all devices connected to the network will become nodes or servers. This study uses agile development methods based on iterative and incremental models to create a distributed storage blockchain algorithm, and IPFS used to build the GamiChain iLearning education model (gamification blockchain). It can be concluded that GamiChain (gamification blockchain) can support the Merdeka Campus program, which can provide facilities for students to develop their potential and prepare excellent and outstanding graduates.</span>

For more than twenty years, reforms that have been going on have mandated the existence of autonomy and decentralization of government to manage their areas and give the broadest possible power to self-determination. The granting of this authority is intended to improve. As one indicator to measure regional autonomy's success, the government will better serve its citizens and guide them towards a better life. The provincial government's performance has not matched the expectations, yet it has not done the community optimally. Increasing the competence of the apparatus to improve the quality of work is a determining factor in local government activities' success. The result of local government officials towards quality performance leads to the development of education, competence, and abilities because of the times' face. The competence that local government officials are expected to have is analyzing and addressing issues within the city under a realistic framework of local government.

Menjalankan bisnis di era modern berbeda dengan bisnis di masa lalu. Bisnis maju adalah mereka yang dapat memasarkan produk dan layanan mereka secara teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang detail tentang strategi virtual marketing produk UMKM. Untuk itu kami memperoleh bukti-bukti yang kami teliti dari berbagai sumber, antara lain karya tulis ilmiah khususnya strategi pemasaran teknologi untuk produk usaha kecil. Hal itu berada di bawah pendekatan fenomenologis, mengumpulkan data sebanyak mungkin untuk mengekstrak esensi untuk menjawab masalah saat ini. Kajian yang masuk meliputi pengkodean data tema, evaluasi informasi, penarikan kesimpulan, dan mencari validitas dalam menjawab permasalahan. Berdasarkan data yang dianalisis dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemasaran online berhasil dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah yang tepat untuk media digital, memetakan pemasaran, memilih media digital yang sesuai, dan menerapkan semua aktivitas pemasaran berbasis internet.

Tata pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) di Indonesia umumnya memiliki karakteristik yang meliputi antara lain, transparansi, akuntabilitas, partisipasi, efisiensi, non-partisipan (keadilan) dan responsif. Dengan mayoritas muslim di Indonesia, Islam mengatur semua masalah kehidupan manusia. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan (library research), dan menggunakan teori good governance sebagai landasan dalam melakukan penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam good governance di Indonesia khususnya dalam prinsip akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan good governance di Indonesia belum cukup baik, masih banyak permasalahan yang berbanding terbalik dengan prinsip good governance dan nilai-nilai Islam. Nilai-nilai Islam telah menekankan kepemimpinan dalam menerapkan pemerintahan yang baik, tersirat dalam ayat Al-Qur'an dan hadist. Masalah seperti KKN masih terjadi dikarenakan aparat pemerintah yang kurang akuntabel. Ditambah lagi kurangnya transparansi dalam proses pelaksanaan kebijakan publik dan dalam pemakaian sumber daya publik membuat masalah ini tidak ada ujungnya. Akuntabilitas dianggap kurang penting, karena tidak ada teguran, kontrol dan sanksi. Upaya pemberantasan penyakit-penyakit birokrasi seperti KKN tidak akan berhasil tanpa komitmen dari aparat pemerintahan itu sendiri.Kata Kunci: Akuntabilitas; Good Governance; Islam
