Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk berupa model latihan teknik dasar pukulan lob yang dikombinasikan dengan pukulan smash bulutangkis berupa video menggunakan media aplikasi berbasis android. metode dari penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development. Subjek yang diteliti adalah atlet bulutangkis PB IMARA Kota Kediri yang mempunyai kriteria usia 8-12 tahun dengan jumlah 30 atlet. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan bahwa atlet di PB IMARA Kota Kediri masih kurang pada tingkat keterampilan akurasi pukulan lob dengan pukulan smash, hal tersebut diketahui ketika atlet melakukan kegiatan latihan. Kurang adanya variasi pukulan lob dengan pukulan smash bulutangkis. Hasil analisis data dengan validasi oleh ahli bulutangkis persentase sebesar 86 persen kategori sangat valid, ahli media persentase sebesar 90 persen kategori sangat valid, selanjutnya dari uji coba kelompok kecil oleh 8 atlet persentase sebesar 88 persen kategori sangat valid, uji coba kelompok besar oleh 22 atlet persentase sebesar 91 persen kategori sangat valid. Disimpulkan berdasarkan tabel klasifikasi kelayakan dari produk pengembangan yang dihasilkan, hingga memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dan layak digunakan.

This study aims to determine the profile of the physical condition of female futsal athletes at KONI PUSLATKOT Malang City. This is quantitative research, a non-experimental research design. The approach used is a survey approach using a physical condition test. The population were female futsal athletes at KONI PUSLATKOT Malang City. The subject was takenby total sampling technique, namely the entire population was taken as a subject of 12 athletes. The instrument tests used for data collection were a 30-second sit-up test to measure abdominal muscle strength, standing board jump test to measure leg muscle explosive power, 30-meter sprint or sprint test to measure speed and endurance using the multistage fitness test (MFT). The data obtained from the test results were processed using a descriptive quantitative analysis of percentages. The results showed that abdominal muscle strength was in the “average” category, leg muscle strength was in the “poor” category, speed was in the “poor” category and endurance was in the “very poor” category. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana profil kondisi fisik atlet Futsal Putri PUSLATKOT KONI Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian non-eksperimen. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan survei menggunakan tes kondisi fisik. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet futsal putri PUSLATKOT KONI Kota Malang. Pengambilan sampel melalui teknik total sampling, artinya seluruh populasi diambil sebagai sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 12 orang. Instrumen tes untuk pengumpulan data yaitu tes sit-up 30 detik untuk mengukur kekuatan otot perut, tes standing board jump untuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai, tes lari cepat atau sprint 30 meter untuk mengukur kecepatan dan daya tahan menggunakan multistage fitness test (MFT). Data yang diperoleh dari hasil tes diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atlet futsal putri PUSLATKOT KONI Kota Malang untuk komponen kekuatan otot perut dalam kategori “cukup”, kekuatan otot tungkai masuk kategori “kurang”, kecepatan dalam kategori “kurang” dan daya tahan dalam kategori “kurang sekali”.

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the physical condition of futsal athletes. The method used is a survey with test and measurement techniques. Samples were taken from 15 futsal athletes in Lamongan Regency. The components measured include aerobic endurance, speed, leg muscle strength, arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength. The results of the physical components in the very good category are arm muscle strength and abdominal muscle strength, the medium category is leg muscle strength, the less category is speed and the category is very less, namely aerobic endurance. The conclusion of this study is the level of physical condition of futsal athletes in Lamongan Regency moderate, it is proven by the average value of 32 percent of the entire test. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan kondisi fisik atlet futsal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Sampel diambil dari 15 orang atlet futsal Kabupaten Lamongan. Komponen yang diukur diantaranya daya tahan aerobik, Kecepatan, kekuatan otot tungkai, Kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan otot perut. Hasil komponen fisik dengan kategori baik sekali yaitu kekuatan otot lengan dan kekuatan otot perut, kategori sedang yaitu kekuatan otot tungkai, kategori kurang yaitu kecepatan dan kategori kurang sekali yaitu daya tahan aerobik Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kondisi fisik Atlet futsal Kabupaten Lamongan berada dalam kategori sedang, hal itu dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata 32 persen dari keseluruhan test.

This study aims to determine the level of physical condition of Arema players aged 16 years in Malang City in 2021. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative which aims to provide a real picture in accordance with what is in the field about the physical condition of Arema Football Academy football players aged 16 years old in Malang in 2021. The results on leg muscle strength have an average of 44.24, speed has an average of 7.73, agility has an average of 9.91, flexibility has an average of 16.60, muscle power limbs have an average of 55.88, endurance has an average of 45.98. It can be concluded that strength (leg muscles) is in sufficient category, speed is in good category, agility is in very good category, flexibility is in very good category, leg muscle power is in good category and endurance is in good category. And the overall physical condition is in the sufficient category. Abstrak: Kondisi fisik merupakan peranan yang penting dalam sepak bola karena dengan kondisi fisik yang baik maka akan lebih berpeluang untuk berprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik pemain arema usia 16 tahun di Kota Malang tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran nyata sesuai dengan yang ada di lapangan tentang kondisi fisik pemain sepak bola Arema Football Academy umur 16 tahun di Kota Malang tahun 2021. Hasil pada kekuatan otot tungkai memiliki rata-rata 44,24, kecepatan memiliki rata-rata 7,73, kelincahan memiliki rata-rata 9,91, kelentukan memiliki rata-rata 16,60, power otot tungkai memiliki rata-rata 55,88, daya tahan memiliki rata-rata 45,98. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekuatan (otot tungkai) masuk kategori cukup, kecepatan masuk kategori baik, kelincahan masuk kategori baik sekali, kelentukan masuk kategori baik sekali, power otot tungkai masuk kategori baik dan daya tahan masuk kategori baik. Dan pada kondisi fisik secara keseluruhan masuk dalam kategori cukup.
