The subject of this study is to examine the impact of Islamic work ethics, organizational commitment, and attitude toward organizational change to work performance, where attitude toward organizational change as an intervening. Organizational commitment consists of affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuance commitment. The samples of this research are theacers of state Islamic school in Sragen Regency. The instrument analysis to test the model is AMOS. The result showed that Islamic work ethics has no positif significant effect to work performance and attitude toward organizational change. Either organizational commitment has no positif significant effect to performance. Organizational commitment has positif significant effect to attitude toward organizational change and attitude toward organizational change has positif significant effect to performance. The variable of attitude toward organizational change has no mediation effect between Islamic work ethics to work performance, and has no mediation effect between organizational commitments toward work performance. Keywords—Work Performance; Islamic Work Ethics; Attitude Toward Organizational Change; Organizational Change; Commitment Abstrak Dalam penelitian ini, diuji pengaruh etika kerja didalam lingkup Islam, komitmen pada organisasi, dan sikap dalam menghadapi perubahan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, komitmen organisasi didasari pada tiga aspek: affective commitment, normative commitment, dan continuance commitment. Sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah guru yang dikhususkan pada sekolah Islam (madrasah) di Kabupaten Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan AMOS sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa etika kerja Islam, komitmen, dan sikap terhadap perubahan di organisasi tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Sementara itu komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap pada perubahan organisasi. Sikap terhadap perubahan organisasi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Variable sikap terhadap perubahan organisasi tidak memediasi antara variable etika kerja Islam pada kinerja dan tidak memediasi antara komitmen pada kinerja. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di UMKM emping jagung Desa Milangasri Kecamatan Panekan Kabupaten Magetan Jawa Timur. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan kemasan produk UMKM yang baik dan menarik (Smart Packaging).Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya kemasan dalam menarik minat konsumen untuk membeli produk serta memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM bagaimana membuat kemasan produk yang baik dan menarik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama satu bulan yakni pada Bulan November dimana terdapat empat sesi pertemuan masing-masing sesi dilakukan kegiatan selama 2 hingga 3 jam. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah pelaku UMKM sadar akan pentingnya kemasan dalam menarik minat konsumen. Rekomendasi dari kegiatan ini agar kegiatan sejenis bisa terus dilakukan dengan melibatkan banyak pelaku UMKM serta melibatkan instansi terkait.
Masih minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat pelaku UMKM terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pemasaran menjadikan pemasaran produk UMKM kurang optimal, apalagi ditengah kondisi pandemi seperti saat ini. Oleh karena itu pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperkenalkan pemanfaatan teknologi internet dalam pemasaran produk UMKM. Objek kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah UMKM jajanan tradisional yang berada di Desa Tempursari Kabupaten Madiun. Kegiatan ini meliputi pengenalan teknologi sebagai media marketing, pembuatan logo usaha, pembuatan kemasan produk, dan pembuatan akun usaha UMKM pada market place. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan seperti: identifikasi masalah, survei lapangan, perencanaan kegiatan, implementasi kegiatan, evaluasi, dan penyusunan laporan. Adapun indikator keberhasilan program ini adalah dengan mengukur tiga indikator seperti pengetahuan, sikap dan kesadaran, serta keterampilan. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Bertambahnya pengetahuan pelaku UMKM terkait manfaat pemasaran secara daring, 2) Mulai tumbuh sikap dan kesadaran pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya teknologi dalam menjalankan bisnis mereka, 3) bertambahnya keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam hal marketing berbasis daring serta adanya keterampilan dalam membuat kemasan produk yang menarik.
Law No 32 year on 2004 about Regional Government and Law No 33 years on 2004 about Fiscal Balance between the Central Government and Regional Government are a new regulation relating to the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. Giving the authority to manage its own region required an internal control system that can monitor of all by central government. The problem in this study is: Is there are any influence between growth, size, and PAD through Regional Government Internal Controls weakness with PAD as an intervening variable. The research populations are the financial statements and reports on the results of the entire province in Indonesia totaling 33 provinces. Source of data which are used are secondary data, and data collection by using the documentation method. The results of partial testing showed that PAD and Growth have significant affects to the Internal Controls, whereas size has not significant effect. Simultaneous testing showed a significant effect between the independent and dependent variables. The test results path testing showed that growth has no significant effect to internal control through PAD as an intervening variable and size has a significant effect to internal control variable through PAD as an intervening variable. The results of determinant coefficient by simultan test amount 28.7%. Its mean that Internal Control can be explained by Growth, Size and PAD, the remaining 71.3% influenced by factors other than study. Keyword: Internal Control, Size, Growth, and Income
Recently, coffee is no longer a drink for parents. Many millennials are starting to enjoy drinking coffee. This can be seen from the growth of coffee shops in the Madiun City which continues to grow from time to time. This study aims to find empirical evidence of the reasons coffee shop owners are interested in entering the coffee business. This research is focused on aspects of self-efficacy, innovation, and passion. This research is a quantitative using a saturated sample technique, namely observing all populations. This research was conducted in Madiun City with sample size of 50 coffee shop entrepreneurs. The research instrument test used validity and reliability tests, while the data analysis technique used was MRA. The results are: self-efficacy has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, innovation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, and passion does not mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and innovation on entrepreneurial interest.
