Ergonomically considered unsatisfactory processes for maintenance and repair of motor vehicles. Also it provides a methodology for the implementation of ergonomic analysis in order to create a safe working environment in the service station.
Protein glycation is usually referred to as an array of non-enzymatic post-translational modifications, formed by reducing sugars and carbonyl products of their degradation. Resulting advanced glycation end products (AGEs) represent a heterogeneous group of covalent adducts, known for their pro-inflammatory effects in mammals, and impacting on pathogenesis of metabolic diseases and ageing. In plants, AGEs are the markers of tissue ageing and response to environmental stressors, the most prominent of which is drought. Although water deficit enhances protein glycation in leaves, its effect on seed glycation profiles is still unknown. Moreover, the effect of drought on biological activities of seed protein in mammalian systems is still unstudied in respect of glycation. Therefore, here we address the effects of a short-term drought on the patterns of seed protein-bound AGEs and accompanying alterations in pro-inflammatory properties of seed protein in the context of seed metabolome dynamics. A short-term drought, simulated as polyethylene glycol-induced osmotic stress and applied at the stage of seed filling, resulted in dramatic suppression of primary seed metabolism, although secondary metabolome was minimally affected. This was accompanied with significant suppression of NF-kB activation in human SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells after a treatment with protein hydrolyzates, isolated from the mature seeds of drought-treated plants. This effect could not be attributed to formation of known AGEs. Most likely, the prospective anti-inflammatory effect of short-term drought is related to antioxidant effect of unknown secondary metabolite protein adducts, or down-regulation of unknown plant-specific AGEs due to suppression of energy metabolism during seed filling.

Исследуется влияние параметров дизельного топлива, показатели и функции чувствительности изменения параметров математических моделей. На основании экспериментальных данных построены регрессионные модели процессов, происходящих в топливном насосе высокого давления дизеля (ТНВД). Характер зависимостей был получен кубической сплайн-интерполяцией. Получена математическая модель процесса сжимаемости топлива в плунжерной паре ТНВД дизеля с возможностью количественной оценки влияния значений коэффициента сжимаемости, коэффициента кинематической вязкости дизельного топлива, величины зазора в плунжерной паре, изменения скорости движения плунжера, изменения объёма топлива над плунжером на результаты моделирования
The polystyrene composites, received by application polymeric solution (polystyrene) on teflon base sheet with the following samples drying at 293 K to constant mass were studied. The hydroxiapatite particles immobilization in polysterene matrix was made by mechanical dispersion. The polimeric’s systames hydroxiapatite concentration were 0,03; 0,1; 0,5 mac.%. The authors determined sorption and structural hydroxiapatite’s characteristics such as specific surface area and pore volume. The authors studied the influence of hydroxiapatite concentration in composites on lipid free radical processes and antioxidant activity of confluent blood serum and confluent serum after contact with composite, including hydroxiapatite in vitro. It was noted that polymeric composites with 0,1 and 0,5 mac% hydroxiapatite concentration increase the hemiluminescence parameters based on hemiluminescence analysis: fast flashes Imax and lightsum S. These data argue for free radical processes activation, so curve slope ratio increased tga and parameters A and Z decreased. It’s reflects the antioxidant activity increasing. The authors performed the investigation of malonic dialdehyde content and total blood serum antioxidant activity by spectrophotometry. The antioxidant activity increasing after composites impact, including 0.5mac% hydroxiapatite in confluent blood serum was determined. These data argue for composites’ antioxidant effects in comparison with control blood serum.
