Purpose This study aims to examine the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational commitment, motivation, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance. Design/methodology/approach This research is located in the province of Papua, and more specifically at the District Secretariat Papua Province. The study was conducted in the months from April to June 2016. This study tested the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, OCB and performance Officer Regional Secretariat Papua Province, then the variable research is transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, OCB and performance officer. Structural equation modeling (SEM) calculation tool is commonly used is the program analysis of moment structures. Findings The results of studies show that moderating OCB does not significantly affect the relationship between organizational commitment, transformational leadership, work motivation and the performance of employees at the District Secretariat in Papua Province. Originality/value Originality of this paper is on the comprehensive study that combines the variables of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, work motivation, OCB and performance into a complete model of study. Originality for this paper shows the moderation effect of OCB on the effect of organizational commitment, transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. This research is located in the Province of Papua, and more specifically at the District Secretariat Papua Province.
The design of this study aimed to examine whether factors such as: supply, demand, and strategy promotional mix can affect the performance of tourism marketing in Sulawesi-South and located in the Municipality of Makassar, Tana Toraja, Wajo, Municipality of Pare-Pare and District Bulukumba, and time of execution carried out from September to December 2004. The population in this study is the "Foreign tourists and Travelers archipelago" which came in South Sulawesi, district and municipality which he visited to make use accidental sampling method as the sample collection method. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis of the research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasi analysis shows that there is a variable mediating effect on the influence of marketing mix strategy between Supply and Demand for performance marketing.
In the context of an increasingly competitive industry, customer loyalty is seen as a key factor in winning company. Forming a loyal customer is an important thing for company management. This article is a literature review of the factors that are the determinants of customer loyalty in the service industry. Through this article, the authors attempt to identify the various factors that are determinants of customer market share and to develop a sustainable competitive advantage. Customer's loyalty is one key to the success in the service industry.
This research aims to (1) know the description of PT. Parlevliet Paraba Seafood in creating, sending, and capturing values on economic, environmental, and society using Triple Layered Business Model Canvas. (2) Formulate a strategy using SWOT Analysis that can be applied based on the description of Triple Layered Business Model Canvas PT. Parlevliet Paraba Seafood. (3) Knowing the results of alternative strategy recommendations using SWOT Analysis in the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas that can be implemented by PT. Parlevliet Paraba Seafood. This type of research is qualitative research. In this study, primary data sources came from observations and informants related to PT. Parlevliet Paraba Seafood (stakeholders). Secondary data obtained from various literature and related research results. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. The results of the study show that the business of creating, capturing, and sending values to the three layers of sustainable concepts is the Economic Layer: (1) Partner, the company does not have a cooperative relationship with suppliers. (2) Activities, key activities are on purchases. (3) Resources, key resources are in raw materials. Environment Layer: (1) Supplies and Out-Sourcing, namely water, ice, electricity and soap. (2) Production, there are no production activities that affect the environment. (3) Materials, there are no raw materials that affect the environment. Layer Society; (1) Local communities, which carry out the development of fishermen. (2) Governance, which is a centralized decision and lacks transparency in decision making. (3) Employees, which are positive workplaces. (4) Social value, namely service to suppliers and economic activities around the company.
This study aims to identify (a) the factors that influence the optimization of Bank Negara Indonesia outlets for consumer credit breakers at the Makassar Regional Office; and (b) identify the strategies used by BNI SKK Makassar Branch of Peer Control as a consumer credit breaker outlet. This research is a type of exploratory research by identifying and developing a strategy for optimizing consumer credit breakers. Research location at Bank BNI SKK Branch Mattoangin Peer Makassar. Data collected includes primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through in-depth interviews and distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) to 17 informants. Secondary data in the form of financial statements, and bank performance reports. The population and sample in this study are all leaders and employees, so the sample in this study is a saturated sample. Data analysis uses internal and external environmental analysis, TOWS analysis and General Electric. The results of the study show that internal factors (strength) that support the BNI Branch of Mattoangin as credit breakers are absorbing new business potential, adequate human resources, distributing Mattoangin branch outlets that are evenly distributed, increasing deposits, and improving HR knowledge. External factors (opportunities), namely the potential of new business, cooperation with business people, and a holistic understanding of business. An alternative strategy for BNI Branch Mattoangin as a consumer credit breaker in the form of increasing mortgage loans that focuses on the potential consumer credit segment, strategies to increase cooperation with housing developers who have extensive networks, strategies to increase CASA and growth in demand deposits.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style to team performance. This type of research is explanatory research. The approach used to analyze is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Maintenance & Utilities Department, PT Vale Indonesia (Tbk). The population in this study were all department leaders and employees as many as 567 people in several positions in Maintenance & Utilities. The number of samples is 235, with purposive sampling (purposive sampling) as a sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership style variables have a positive and significant effect on team performance.
The study site was Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research object was customers of BRI. The study took place in three (3) months. The first and second months were when the researchers contacted Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) to conduct research, then the researchers distributed questionnaires to respondents. In the third month, the researchers collected questionnaires that had been filled in and performed data processing. The population in this study was BRI customers throughout Southeast Sulawesi, totaling 11,800 people. This study took 8% sampling precision to maintain the representativeness of the research sample. Based on the population, the sample size set in this study follows the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 156 people.
