The method used is survey research data collection techniques using questionnaires to determine the respondents assessment of the variables examined. The sample size of this study based on the technique of proportional cluster random sampling from the target population of small-scale seaweed entrepreneurs spread over ten districts of South Sulawesi province. Testing hypotheses using structural equation modeling analysis (SEM) based on the framework of the measurement model and the structural model of causal relationships between variables. Implication of this research is that the entrepreneurial commitment has contributed more dominant than the influence of achievement motivation and self-efficacy on seaweed entrepreneur's performance, either directly or indirectly through entrepreneurial commitment.
This study aims to test and find out how the influence between relationships of personality factors and contextual element to entrepreneurship decision making through characteristics entrepreneurial. This type of research is a quantitative-qualitative approach (Mixed Methode). The population in the study was the overall micro small and medium enterprises MSMEs which amounted to 8,756 people / businesses. The sample used in this study using probability sampling was obtained by a sample of 382 respondents / businesses while informants amounted to 3 people who were determined using technical purposive sampling that had the capacity as a key informant in accordance with the criteria. The analytical technique used in hypothesis testing is to use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the help of the AMOS Ver,- program,-. The results of quantitative research and transcripts of the interview process conducted at qualitative stages analyzed descriptively showed that the influence of indirectly personality factors had a significant effect on characteristics entrepreneurial, contextual element had a significant effect on entrepreneurial characteristics. The direct influence of personality factors has a significant effecat on entrepreneurship decisions, contextual element has a significant effect on entrepreneurship decisions and characteristics entrepreneurial have a significant effect on entrepreneurship decisions.

This research aims todetermine the potential for Financial Distress in cement manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The equation model used is the Altman Z-Score and the Taffler model. The data collection technique used is the documentation method with quantitative descriptive research data types. The results of the study show that cement sub-sector manufacturing companies for the 2018-2021 period have varied analysis results depending on the type of model implementation used. Companies that are in a healthy condition (safe area) for the two equation models are INTP in 2018-2021, and SMBR in 2018 for the Altman Z-Score model, while the SMGR Taffler model in 2018 is in a healthy condition (safe area). SMGR 2018-2020, WSBP 2018-2019, WTON 2018, and SMBR for 2020-2021 is in a gray area position for the Altman Z-Score equation model. While in the taffler model, companies that are in a gray area position are SMGR in 2019-2021, SMCB 2019-2020, WSBP in 2021, and SMBR in 2018 and 2021. Meanwhile companies that are in a bankrupt position are SMGR in 2021, SMCB in 2018- 2021, 2019-2020 WSBP, 2019-2021 WTON and 2019 SMBR for the Altman Z-Score model. In the taffler model, bankrupt companies are 2018 and 2021 SMCB, 2020 WSBP, and 2019-2020 SMBR. 2019-2020 WSBP, 2019-2021 WTON and 2019 SMBR for the Altman Z-Score model. In the taffler model, bankrupt companies are 2018 and 2021 SMCB, 2020 WSBP, and 2019-2020 SMBR. 2019-2020 WSBP, 2019-2021 WTON and 2019 SMBR for the Altman Z-Score model. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 69 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the variable Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t count of 2.964 > t table of 1.996. The Employee Commitment variable has a significant effect with a t count of 2.943 > t table of 1.996. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at the Makassar City Social Service. Therefore, if job satisfaction and employee commitment continue to be improved, it will certainly increase employee performance.
