Development of the hotel markets of regions is connected with diversification of a tourist product, search of the new directions. One of major factors of development of regional tourism is change of economic, social, demographic conditions of development of regions. In work socio-economic indexes of Krasnoyarsk krai are presented, statistics of the market of hotel services and tourism for 2014–2018, their structure are analysed. Problems and current trends of development of the tourist and hotel markets of Krasnoyarsk krai are defined. The purpose – studying of the current state of the hotel market of Krasnoyarsk krai and trends of its development. Within work the following problems were solved: to define the current state of the tourist and hotel markets of Krasnoyarsk krai; to consider the main characteristics of the market and to define trends of its development. Object of a research were the hotel enterprises of Krasnoyarsk krai. Work is based on own researches, data of the state statistics. Research methods: statistical, general scientific methods of the analysis were used. Results: as a result of the proceeding political instability and decrease in real monetary income of the population the tourist market of Russia changed towards growth of internal tourism that led to growth of the hotel market. Development of the hotel market of Krasnoyarsk krai is connected with diversification of a tourist product, search of the new directions, reduction of average duration of trips, but increase in their frequency. Scope of results: results of a research can be useful to the regional authorities, specialists of the industry, the students studying in “Hotel business”.
The relevance of our research is proved by importance of development of digital technologies in all spheres of social and economic activity and also the need to ensure effective interaction in the sphere of hotel business. The objective of our research was to define the role of information technologies in development of regional hotel business and formation of clusters of the leading hotels of Krasnoyarsk krai on a key factor on according to a key factor. Work is based on own researches of authors, data of state statistics, statistical methods and general scientific methods of the analysis were used. Additionally, in this article we provide some of the data on the state of the hotel market of Krasnoyarsk krai for 2014-18. Despite the proceeding economic and political instability demand for hotel services steadily grows in Krasnoyarsk krai that in turn stimulates development of the hotel market. Competitive advantage of any hotel enterprise is implementation of information technologies. Two clusters of the leading hotel enterprises of Krasnoyarsk krai for a key factorto use of digital technologies are created. As factors of the objects having an impact on competitive advantage are defined: the average time of the solution of one task on the website of hotel in sec.; search promotion of the website, arrangement in search deliveries on key phrases; level of interaction of audience with publications, in point; multilingualism of the website of the hotel enterprise. Results of the cluster analysis are characterized by the current situation of the hotel market of Krasnoyarsk krai, and are a basis for more profound analysis of activity of the concrete hotel enterprises for the purpose of search of ways of increase in competitive advantages due to use of digital technologies.
The article is devoted to assessing the competitiveness of 3-star hotels on the example of Krasnoyarsk. Today Krasnoyarsk is one of the centers of attraction for domestic tourism, both in the region and in the Russian Federation. Residents of the Krasnoyarsk region and other regions of Russia form about 90% of the tourist flow. Today Krasnoyarsk is one of the most beautiful cities in the country, a modern industrial city with unique architecture. The number of collective accommodation facilities for 2020 amounted to 174 units for 11305 places. Currently, 3-star hotels are particularly popular among foreign and domestic tourists. To assess the competitiveness of accommodation facilities, the methodology of "analysis of four indicators", which is used in marketing, was selected and adapted to assess the competitiveness of the enterprise. The main factors for assessing competitiveness were: "location", "pricing policy", "service level". Based on the assessment, hotels with the highest level of competitiveness in the hotel market of Krasnoyarsk were identified. The highest rating was taken by the hotels: Krasnoyarsk (19.8), Snowy Owl (19.36), Ibis Krasnoyarsk Center (18.72). Hotels have a low rating: gArage (14.96), Yakhont (14.16), Dvorik (14.4).
