Russia's war against Ukraine has caused a humanitarian, social, and economic catastrophe for Ukraine, as well as a major risk factor and uncertainty in the economic, humanitarian, social, and security spheres in Europe. These phenomena in a globalized world can cause a crisis around the world, going far beyond the continent. It is possible to estimate the amount of losses for industry, infrastructure, agriculture of Ukraine only after the cessation of the active phase of hostilities. However, data on losses are needed at the present stage to plan recovery, justify financial assistance to international agencies and donor countries, and to use the total amount of losses in lawsuits against the aggressor country. This was the reason for the urgency of such a study. The article systematizes the challenges of economic and social development in the regional and global aspects, high probability of rising food and energy prices was pointed out. The main negative consequences are expressed in the humanitarian and social spheres, rising prices and food and raw materials, as well as security risks. The authors summarize the data on losses for the Ukrainian economy from the military conflict. The analysis was conducted within certain regions of Ukraine, industries. It is noted that the most affected regions of Ukraine were the regions with the greatest production potential. The dynamics of changes in the production load of enterprises and institutions of Ukraine from the beginning of March to the end of May is analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the share of production capacity of certain industries located in the liberated and temporarily occupied regions of the country. The threatening condition of metallurgy and mechanical engineering is noted. Thus, planning the recovery of Ukraine's economy in the postwar period is impossible without careful and correct consideration of all damage to industrial, infrastructural and social facilities. Obtaining Ukraine's candidate status for accession to the European Union can facilitate the procedure for financing post-war reconstruction and the path to future membership will be the key to the European vector of development of Ukraine.
The article highlights description of the new direction of consumer behavior marketing research, namely neuromarketing, which is an innovative tool of modern marketing science for establishing communication links at the subconscious level between a manufacturing company and a consumer audience in order to activate decision-making services. The methodological platform of neuromarketing research is formed, the theoretical basis of neuromarketing research is developed and the portfolio of neuromarketing research tools is created.
This article analyzes the economic consequences of Russia’s military aggression for directly fighting Ukraine, as well as Europe and the global world. Based on the analysis of statistical reports of international agencies, it was determined that the most significant challenges for the economic life of the countries were the increase in prices, especially for food and energy products, the slowdown in GDP growth, and the increase in the level of indebtedness of the countries. Countries with a low level of income and a high share of food costs in the family budget suffer the most from the increase in food prices. Also inflation dynamics for EU countries was analyzed. It was noted that Ukraine suffered the most from military actions, and therefore the country needs a clear and detailed plan of actions for post-war reconstruction. The main requirements for recovery programs are outlined: urgency, coordination between donor countries and Ukraine, regularity of financial assistance during and after the war, financial accountability and transparency.
The subject of research of this work is the current direction in the financial activities of small industrial enterprises – financial express analysis. The purpose of the study is to develop a scientific and methodological basis for a simplified procedure of financial supervision of small industrial enterprises in the country in order to provide qualified assistance to managers of small industrial enterprises in the financial sphere of their activities. The article solves the following tasks: study of the state of small industrial enterprises and their role in the development of Ukraine's economy, definition of "financial supervision", development of algorithm for financial express analysis of small industrial enterprises, choice of directions for financial express analysis of small industrial enterprises financial supervision, the formation of a bank of input data on four components, testing of scientific and methodological support on the example of a particular enterprise. The following methods are used: theoretical generalization, retrospective analysis, comparative analysis, analytical, analysis and synthesis, rapid analysis. The following results were obtained: the method of financial express analysis of a small industrial enterprise was proposed on the basis of financial supervision; selected areas of financial analysis under a simplified procedure; the scheme of algorithm of carrying out procedure of financial supervision is developed; the bank of the input data which are necessary for the decision of the set task is formed; substantiation of the choice of applied mathematical models is carried out; the experimental approbation of the offered scientific and methodical approach to carrying out the financial express-analysis on the factual basis of the real small industrial enterprise is carried out; appropriate recommendations were given to the management of the researched enterprise. Conclusions: It is determined that in the current unstable economic conditions, small industrial enterprises need professional assistance of consulting orientation in financial activities. Obtaining up-to-date relevant information on the financial condition of small industrial enterprises is a very important task that requires a rapid financial analysis of their activities. The study of this issue showed the lack of consensus of analysts on the directions and methods of financial rapid analysis. This led to the need and feasibility of developing for the management of small industrial enterprises under a simplified procedure of an orderly methodology of financial rapid analysis on the basis of financial supervision.
