Era revolusi industri 4.0 yang ditandai dengan lahirnya teknologi digital dan internet, pengguaan teknologi digital merambah ke keseluruhan aspek kehidupan termasuk pada bidang pendidikan. Guru dituntut untuk dapat memahami dan menggunakan teknologi, terlebih lagi siswa saat ini merupakan generasi Z yang sejak kecil telah mengenal teknologi dan tidak dapat terpisahkan dari teknologi. Penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajara salah satunya pada media pembelajaran, sehingga kemampuan guru dalam mengambangkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital learning harus terus ditingkatkan. Oleh karena itu guru membutuhkan pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi-aplikasi media pembelajaran berbasis digita. Dengan adanya pelatihan diharapkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan dan mendesain media pembelajaran berbasis digital akan meningkat sehingga media pembelajaran lebih sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa.
This study aims to: 1) To see the negative influence of the use of social media on digital native learning motivation. 2). To see the positive effect of using digital learning resources on digital native learning motivation. 3). To see the positive in effect of the use of social media on digital native learning outcomes. 4). To see the positive effect of digital learning resources on digital native learning outcomes. 5). To see the positive effect of student learning motivation on digital native learning outcomes.Type of this research is associative descriptive. Descriptive research is research that describes or explains something about the relationships and effect between variables as they are. While associative research is research that seeks a relationship between a variable with other variables. The population of this research is Class XI IPS at SMAN 2 Painan. The sample used in this study was obtained with a total sampling of 97 people. From the research results obtained 1). The use of social media has a negative effect to learning motivation. 2). Digital learning resources have a significant positive effect on learning motivation. 3). The use of social media has a positive influence on digital native student learning outcomes. 4). Digital learning resources have a positive influence on native digital student learning outcomes. 5). Learning motivation has a positive effect on digital native learning outcomes at SMAN 2 Painan.
The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has entered the field of education, so that the education sector is demanded to produce competent human resources. Teachers are currently required to be able to use technology in the learning process, one of which is to use digital learning media. Therefore, there needs to be a review related to the use of digital learning based learning media on high school economics teachers in Padang City. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which is an analysis that aims to change the raw data set into an easily understood form, in the form of more concise information. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to look at measuring teacher acceptance of digital learning. The results of this study, the use of digital-based learning media can be well received by high school economics teachers in Padang, this is evidenced by the average value of the four indicators which reached 81.5912, or can be categorized very well. The high school economics teacher who is a respondent can use digital media in the learning process properly.
The design of economic learning planning based on 4C learning skills is a problem, this is in response to the latest policy set by the Minister of Education and Culture related to the preparation of learning implementation plans that began to be implemented at the beginning of the 2020 learning year. The process must include these 4C skills in learning. The problems found in the field of teachers are still not ready and skilled in concocting learning that includes 4C skills, starting from the aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation. The purpose of this research is to develop learning planning, implementation in the form of teaching materials containing 4C skills and evaluations that can reflect the skills of 4C-based students which are expected to form a generation that has competencies that are able to compete in the future.
