Usando un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y de tipo correlacional se analiza la relación entre las variables de estilos de liderazgo y gestión administrativa en instituciones educativas públicas en la provincial de Chiclayo en el norte peruano. Se han usado dos tipos de instrumentos, el primero es una adaptación del Cuestionario de identificación de estilos de liderazgo (CIELID) de Dante (2012) y el segundo es una escala de medición de la gestión administrativa. Los instrumentos han sido debidamente validados y sometidos a las pruebas de confiabilidad. La población está conformada por 540 docentes de instituciones relevantes en número y posicionamiento de la zona de estudio, de los cuales se ha tomado una muestra no probabilística de 30 docentes. Los resultados evidencian la existencia de una relación directa, significativa y moderada entre las variables liderazgo transformacional y transaccional y la gestión administrativa, mientras que el estilo de liderazgo laissez faire tiene una relación inversa con la gestión administrativa.
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar el cumplimiento de la organización del círculo de personas adultas mayores del primer nivel de atención de salud, según el documento técnico RM N° 756-2014/MINSA, en los distritos de Comas y San Martín de la DIRIS Lima Norte.
La metodología utilizada fue de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo no experimental, se utilizó una encuesta virtual a 40 profesionales de salud responsables de la etapa de vida adulto mayor de los establecimientos de salud del primer nivel del ámbito jurisdiccional de la DIRIS Lima Norte.
Los resultados que se obtuvieron en relación con el óptimo cumplimiento del documento técnico, fue el 40%, cumple con los requerimientos básicos para el desarrollo de las actividades del círculo; mientras que el 55% cumple con las acciones de funcionamiento; y en organización resultó el 50%; es así que en gestión el 45% planifica y programa sus actividades, solo el 20% indican que pasan por un monitoreo y evaluación; se concluye que los profesionales de salud tienen una identificación con este grupo poblacional y a pesar de las dificultades desarrollan actividades y del total de encuestas un 50% hace un cumplimiento regular de la normativa.
La investigación tuvo como objeto determinar el rol del docente en la competencia pedagógica técnico productivo y su relación con la Diversificación Estratégica en los CETPROS de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Loca (UGEL) 06 de Ate 2017- 2018, la investigación se realizó bajo un diseño descriptivo correlacional, de tipo básico mediante un enfoque cuantitativo. La población está conformada por 280 estudiantes de educación técnica productiva en los CETPROS de la UGEL 06, con una muestra probabilística de 160 estudiantes de educación técnico productiva en los CETPROS de la UGEL 06, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta validada por la junta de expertos para cada variable. Cuyo valor de confiabilidad alcanzado en Alfa de Cronbach, fue de .842 para la variable educación técnica productiva y .861, para la variable diversificación estratégica, mediante el software SPSS 23, se utilizó la prueba no paramétrica de Rho de Spearman para examinar la relación entre las variables categóricas. Los resultados mostraron que la Educación Técnica Productiva se relaciona con la Diversificación Estratégica en los CETPROS, con una correlación positiva de p valor = 0,001 siendo menor al grado de significancia estadístico 0,05, lo que conllevó al rechazo de la hipótesis nula y la aceptación de la hipótesis del investigador, indicando que la hipótesis general y las hipótesis especificas quedaron demostradas estadísticamente que tienen correlación.
