This research aimed to determine the differences in job satisfaction factors in Secondary Education teachers of public and private educational institutions, La Libertad Region, Peru 2020. It presents a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, comparative descriptive type; 372 teachers participated in the study. A questionnaire validated by expert judgment was used as an instrument. Reliability was determined through a Pilot Test applied to 20 secondary school teachers, resulting in a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.976. SPSS v.26 software was used to process the final data. 58.1%. It is found that 50.5% of secondary school teachers in public and private education feel dissatisfied at work; Likewise, significant differences were found between the determining factors of job satisfaction in both types of management, obtaining a p-value = 0.200> 0.05 in the Student's t for independent samples. The work concludes that there are significant differences in job satisfaction factors in secondary school teachers from public and private educational institutions. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo utilizar la Chakana pregunta para redactar un texto argumentativo con base en el análisis vertical central. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo-propositivo y experimental que describe la Chakana pregunta como estrategia didáctica que desarrolla el pensamiento crítico, a través de tres preguntas seleccionadas de nueve. Los resultados son significativos porque, mediante tres preguntas, se desarrolla el pensamiento crítico, considerando el aporte de Paulo Freire en la interpretación crítica de Zaylín Brito Lorenzo (texto de 665 palabras). Se ha utilizado 18 fuentes de consulta, de las cuales el 50 % son libros. Entre las citas textuales, solo dos superan las 40 palabras con el fin de lograr que el pensamiento crítico sea el resultado. Se concluye que la Chakana pregunta es una estrategia didáctica que desarrolla el pensamiento crítico a través del ejercicio de la autonomía al seleccionar solo uno de los seis niveles de análisis. Las preguntas seleccionadas se convirtieron en un espacio para la crítica del pensamiento de Paulo Freire y las relaciones establecidas entre la educación popular y el sentido libertario dentro de una escuela emergente y libertaria en la actualidad.
El problema de la investigación fue dar a conocer si existe relación entre las variables. El objetivo fue establecer la relación entre la calidad de atención del servicio y la fidelización de los estudiantes en una institución de educación universitaria. Investigación de tipo aplicada, de diseño descriptivo – correlacional, se utilizó como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta, y como instrumento, el cuestionario estructurado, aplicando el mismo a la muestra de 235 estudiantes de los ciclos sexto al doceavo. Se determinó la confiabilidad de los instrumentos mediante el uso del coeficiente del alfa de cronbach, determinando una confiabilidad buena en ambos cuestionarios, a la vez se comprobó la validez sometiendo los instrumentos a juicio de expertos, obteniendo resultados positivos. Una vez se recolectados los datos, se trasladaron los mismos al SPSS versión 25 y se aplicó la prueba de independencia de Chi2 que obtuvo como resultado que existe una dependencia entre las variables de (402.712), concluyendo que existe relación entre nuestras variables. Se recomienda a la organización hacer investigaciones como esta por oficinas, para poder determinar puntos de mejora específicos.
Usando un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y de tipo correlacional se analiza la relación entre las variables de estilos de liderazgo y gestión administrativa en instituciones educativas públicas en la provincial de Chiclayo en el norte peruano. Se han usado dos tipos de instrumentos, el primero es una adaptación del Cuestionario de identificación de estilos de liderazgo (CIELID) de Dante (2012) y el segundo es una escala de medición de la gestión administrativa. Los instrumentos han sido debidamente validados y sometidos a las pruebas de confiabilidad. La población está conformada por 540 docentes de instituciones relevantes en número y posicionamiento de la zona de estudio, de los cuales se ha tomado una muestra no probabilística de 30 docentes. Los resultados evidencian la existencia de una relación directa, significativa y moderada entre las variables liderazgo transformacional y transaccional y la gestión administrativa, mientras que el estilo de liderazgo laissez faire tiene una relación inversa con la gestión administrativa.
The objective of this study is the development of social skills of high school students in virtual settings. Methodology: Qualitative, phenomenological, hermeneutical study, developed in three stages. In the descriptive stage, planning activities and ethical procedures were socialized; In the structural setting, intervention protocols, contingency plans, methodological memory, approach to participants, and delimitation of roles were foreseen both within and outside the field of study. In the discussion stage, the results were contrasted with recent studies, arriving at definitive conclusions. The technique used was the semi-structured interview, and as an instrument, a guide of questions derived from the subcategories of the study was used. The participants were five students of the sixth cycle of Regular Basic Education (first and the second year of secondary education) with ages of 13 and 14 years, three men and two women volunteers, a teacher (director), and two teachers (without management positions). Experts validated the interview. Results: Reciprocal help in the affective sphere motivates the encounters in virtual settings in the participants. Virtual scenarios mediate effective relationships in a significant way. Conclusions: Reciprocity is a priority element that generates trust and allows participants to understand the needs of their colleagues, virtual spaces serve as emotional support for all their members, and as they all connect with the active cameras, scenarios very similar to those are generated. This research set out to analyze the importance of participatory communication as a critical strategy in the construction of citizenship through an exhaustive review of the specialized literature; whose purpose was to update the knowledge related to citizenship and its structure, participatory communication and its contribution to the construction of citizenship, as well as updated approaches to participatory communication. The scientific information supporting the study results was fundamentally extracted from scientific journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, Scielo, Redalyc, and Dialnet. All citations and bibliographic references were managed using Mendeley. As preliminary results, it is found that participatory communication facilitates the integration and cohesion of the communities, based on joint projects, decision-making, participation, and actions that benefit citizens. It is concluded that citizenship is in constant change depending on the citizen; also, that it is essential to recover the relationship between citizenship and participation in pursuit of socio-cultural development; likewise, that community participation must be legitimate, holistic, and inclusive; also, that the contribution of communication lies in the dynamization of social actors; finally, that participatory communication approaches make it possible to dynamize the determining social behaviors to achieve social empowerment.
