This research aimed to determine the differences in job satisfaction factors in Secondary Education teachers of public and private educational institutions, La Libertad Region, Peru 2020. It presents a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, comparative descriptive type; 372 teachers participated in the study. A questionnaire validated by expert judgment was used as an instrument. Reliability was determined through a Pilot Test applied to 20 secondary school teachers, resulting in a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.976. SPSS v.26 software was used to process the final data. 58.1%. It is found that 50.5% of secondary school teachers in public and private education feel dissatisfied at work; Likewise, significant differences were found between the determining factors of job satisfaction in both types of management, obtaining a p-value = 0.200> 0.05 in the Student's t for independent samples. The work concludes that there are significant differences in job satisfaction factors in secondary school teachers from public and private educational institutions.

The purpose of this research was to determine the relevance of the media in the prevention, education and contextual management of COVID-19. Methodology: descriptive non-experimental transectional research. An international survey validated by experts was applied, surveying 1082 people during a month. The countries with the highest participation were Peru, Colombia, Mexico, the United States and Russia. The data was processed using SPSS version 25. 64.7% of the respondents affirmed that the means were decisive in preventing the pandemic; 59.1% recognized the importance of the media for awareness and prevention of the pandemic, and 64% valued the importance of the media for the contextual management of the pandemic; demonstrating a significant relationship between the variables. Contributions: the need for strategic, prudent, ethical and socially responsible communication that benefits citizens in a pandemic situation is highlighted.

This study aimed to study the influence of leadership on the performance of employers in the education ministry and higher education of Somaliland and to define four types, namely, autocratic, transformational, democratic and transactional leadership. This study analyzed the effects of leadership styles on employee efficiency. The final findings have shown that the autocratic leadership model has a detrimental effect on the department's efficiency,
Through the Ministries of Education and the Environment, Peru has been concerned with implementing educational policies to provide students with a solid environmental education, turning teachers into trainers of environmentally responsible people. The research using a case study allowed us to know the reflections and actions developed by primary education teachers to contribute to the environmental education of their students. For this reason, interviews were conducted with teachers from public schools in the Lima-metropolitan area (Peru). As a result of the analysis of the participants' speeches, the interest in planning and implementing learning experiences related to the environmental approach was evidenced. This was done to generate reflection and participation of students in the environmental problems of their school and local environment.
