Bu çalışmada, hidrazon ve vic-dioksim grubu içeren; (1Z,2E)-N'-[(1Z)-(4-bromofenil)metilen]-2-(hidroksiimino)etanhidroksimhidrazid, L 1 H 2 , (1Z,2E)-N'-[(1Z)-(2-klorofenil)metilen]-2-(hidroksiimino) etanhidroksimhidrazid, L 2 H 2, (1Z,2E)-N'-[(1Z)-(3-klorofenil)metilen]-2-(hidroksiimino)etanhidroksimhidrazid, L 3 H 2 hidrazonoksim türevleri elde edilmiştir. Bu hidrazonoksim bileşikleri [(1Z,2E)-2-(hidroksiimino) etanhidroksimhidrazid]'in aldehit ve ketonlarla verdiği kondenzasyon reaksiyonu ile sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen hidrazonoksim türevlerinin nikel(II), bakır(II), kobalt(II) kompleksleri izole edildikten sonra hem ligandların hem de komplekslerin yapıları elementel analiz, manyetik süsseptibilite, erime noktası, 1 H-NMR, 13 C-NMR, UV-Vis, FT-IR, TGA-DTG ile karakterize edildi.

Abstract:In the present article, an attempt has been made for the study of thermo-mechanical properties of alloy sample (Al-1 wt%Si). The effect of this we find good results on the microstructure and hardness of our samples with an addition of 1-3 wt.% (Al-Si). The analyses by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) show that aging heat treatment promotes microstructural changes in morphology, size, and spatial distribution of precipitates.

An attempt has been made to find some direct or indirect uses of nano-composite polymers in various sectors such as; biomedical engineering, electronics, structural engineering and many more due new advancement of science and technology. In the present research work, we used the doping of nano-graphite in the natural coir fibre reinforced polymer composites. The used samples of composites were 45 % of natural coir fibre and 3.2 % of nano-graphite (N-G) in an epoxy resin matrix by weight fraction. We find that on doping the above % weight of nano-graphite in the natural coir fibre, the tensile strength roughly increased by 45-50 % and the rest of the mechanical properties by 2-3 times on the average. And finally, the SEM analysis revealed a good dispersion of nano-graphite in the present samples of composite of coir fibre.

e The present paper describes the chemical oxidative polymerization of pyrrole and methyl anthranilate, Ppy-MA, in different molar ratios in high yields. The polymerization takes place in the presence of H 2 O 2 and FeSO 4 . Subsequently, electrically conducting nanocomposites Ppy-MA/TiO 2 were obtained by in situ chemical oxidative polymerization using TiO 2 nanoparticles in different molar ratios. The structure and morphology of black powdered copolymers, Ppy-MA, and their nanocomposites, Ppy-MA/TiO 2 , were ascertained using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray differential, thermogravimetric analysis, and differential thermal analysis. These studies have shown that the nanocomposites, Ppy-MA/ TiO 2 , are thermally more stable, good electrical conductors as compared with their copolymers Ppy-MA.The copolymers Ppy-MA prepared from different monomer ratios and its nanocomposites Ppy-MA/TiO 2 have been screened for their possible in vitro antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 29213), Streptococcus mutans (ATCC 25175), Streptococcus pyogenes (MTCC 435), Staphylococcus epidermidis (MTCC 435), Bacillus cereus (MTCC 430), Corynebacterium xerosis (ATCC 373), Acetobacter bovis (Clinical isolate), Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), Klebsiella pneumoniae (MTCC 109), Proteus vulgaris (MTCC 426), and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (MTCC 424) using ciprofloxacin and gentamicin as standard drugs. Moreover, the anthelmintic activities of copolymers Ppy-MA and its nanocomposites Ppy-MA/TiO 2 have also been estimated against the standard drug, albendazole.

In this study, some 2-amino-4-substituted thiazole derivatives (TH1-TH5) and ligands (L1H and L2H) were synthesized from the reaction of TH1 and TH3 with 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde which were complexed with divalent nickel and cobalt chloride salts to yield complexes: Ni(L1H)2, Co(L1H)2, Ni(L2H)2 and Co(L2H)2. The structure of the compounds was established on the basis of analytical and spectral (1H NMR, 13C NMR and FTIR) data. Computational studies of the derivatives and molecular docking of the ligands were done to establish the potential of the ligands as µ-opioid receptor agonists. The derivatives were successfully synthesized and the total and relative total energies of the tautomeric forms indicated that the enol-imine form was the most stable, which was consistent with NMR results. Molecular docking showed that ligand L1H had the best binding energy (-6.81 Kcal/mol) with an inhibition constant of 10.25. The molecular docking results offer an insight on the structural basis for the comprehension of ligand-binding with µ-opioid receptor which can be harnessed for guiding analgesic drug design based on these derivatives.

In the title compound, C9H10N4O2·H2O, the oxime unit has an E configuration, and an intra­molecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bond results in the formation of a planar five-membered ring, which is oriented with respect to the aromatic ring at a dihedral angle of 74.82 (17)°. In the crystal structure, inter­molecular O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the mol­ecules and R 2 2(8) ring motifs are apparent.

A modest attempt has been made for the synthesis of hydrazoneoxime ligands bearing pyrazolone group (1-4) and their successive metal complexes such as: 1(a-c), 2(a-c), 3(a-c) and 4(a-c). The precursor (1Z,2E)-2-(hydroxyimino) ethanehydroximohydrazide (GH2) was obtained through coupling of (1Z,2E)-N-hydroxy-2-(hydroxyimino) ethanimidoyl chloride and hydrazinium hydroxideto generate hydrazonoxime compounds bearing the pyrazolone group. The ligands (1-4) were reacted with MX2.nH2O, where M = Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) to obtain the successive metal coordinated compounds into good yields. The ligands and their metal complexes were investigated by using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR, elemental analysis and magnetic susceptibility measurements.Tautomerism in the ligands is investigated spectroscopically and biological activities are evaluated as well. Finally, the findings of present study were found within good egreement with other workers.
