Covid-19 has changed the learning process from class attendance to distance learning using the Internet. Early childhood education is threatened to enter into the lost generation, due to distance learning, which causes confusion for teachers and parents to be able to provide the best stimulation for them. Therefore, the Indonesian government made a new policy on online learning. The objectives of this research are to find how effective at online learning policy formulation, how productive it is in policy implementation, and what are the obstacles of the implementation at Early-Childhood Education (ECE). This qualitative research uses a mixed method approach with an iterative analysis design, conducted in Central Java Province in 35 districts / cities with 1,899 respondents. Data collection techniques with open-closed questionnaires, study from 15 documentation, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis uses quantitative-qualitative software Nvivo12+, with Miles and Huberman models. The results showed the policy formulation of online learning at ECE has been effective. However, the implementation of online learning policy at ECE still takes a lot of effort to become more powerful in preventing a decline in learning. There are five obstacles in in applying this in the field, namely the ability of teachers, the ability of parents, economic capability, facility constraints, and pedagogical constraints. School-based Management (SBM) has been implemented in Indonesia since 2000, but after 16 years of implementation there are still many schools that have not succeeded in implementing it. This article aims to measure the impact of SBM implementation on school effectiveness. The objectives are to find out: (a) the impact of SBM implementation to the effectiveness of school management, and (b) the impact of SBM imlementation to the effectiveness of the learning process. The research was conducted descriptively in seven districts namely Semarang, Batang, Pekalongan, Purbalingga, Banjarnegara, Wonosobo, and Sragen in Central Java Province from 2012-2016. Selection of samples of districts was done purposively. The results show that the implementation of SBM has a positive impact on the effectiveness of school management and the effectiveness of the learning process. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that good and successful practices in SBM implementation can be disseminated to other schools and to other districts. The environmental issues that happened in the northern part of Central Java are getting worse. Human activity is believed as the main factor of environmental damage. The effort to change the young generation’s perception, awareness, and action about the environment through education will become the best way to fix these challenges. This research is aimed to develop environmental literacy-integrated learning in high schools and to improve student’s environmental literacy. This research use mix method with a qualitative approach to examine the quality of environmental literacy-integrated learning. Then, the quantitative approach also used with quasi-experimental with pre-test post-test Non-equivalent Control Group Design to measure the effect of environmental literacy-integrated learning. This study involved 34 students both in the experimental and control class. The instrument used in this study is Middle school environmental literacy surveys (MSELS) questionnaires and observation sheets. The qualitative data is also used to evaluate the implementation of environmental literacy-integrated learning. The result shows that environmental literacy-integrated learning gives a positive impact on student’s comprehension in all environmental literacy aspects. In addition, the statistical analysis also shows significant value as 0.000 (p< 0.05). This result indicates that environmental literacy-integrated learning can improve student’s environmental literacy.
This study was conducted from 6 to 12 November 2000 in Reproduction Laboratory of Animal Husbandry Faculty. The purpose of this study was to know difference of parakeet spermatozoa concentration in variation of collecting frequency level. The result is hoped useful in giving information about collecting frequency level hold for a week. The material use were 3 adult male parakeet took their semen during a week for three times collection by interval to days. The method was complete randomized design. The treatments were comparing spermatozoa concentration of the adult male parakeet in variation of collecting frequency level. The data obtained were analyzed by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The result of study showed that spermatozoa spermatozoa concentration rate of different level for the first, second, and third frequency was 81,33 ± 5,35 107/ml; 70,33 ± 7,32 107/ml; and 43,33 ± 5,35 107/ml respectively. There was significant different effect (P<0,01) in collection frequency level on the spermatozoa concentration. The result of DMRT showed that the fist and second collecting was similar but unsimilar to the third. The conclusion of this study was the collecting frequency gives significant effect (P<0,01) on the spermatozoa concentration of the parakeet. The first and second collecting has no significant effect on the spermatozoa concentration, so that it is considerable that the optimal number of collecting for the semen of the parakeet was twice a week.
The postgraduate programs in human resource management at PGRI University Semarang include only the teaching materials provided by the lecturer. No form of media is used to improve students’ learning interests. Thus, this study explores a mixed reality-based educational mobile application that enables students to see the real world based on virtual and augmented realities, displaying information in 3D to ultimately increase their motivation and learning outcomes. The current research uses the R&D model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Disseminate). In their first year of research, the authors have developed a mobile education product based on mixed reality for the postgraduate human resources management course. The product has been validated by a material expert with an average score of 93 and a media expert with an average score of 92. This shows that a mobile education product is effective in improving students’ learning interests and outcomes. Keywords: design, educational games, courses, education human resource management
