<p>Keterampilan mengajar guru penting dalam proses pembelajaran karena salah satu cara guru dapat melakukannya sehingga proses pembelajaran di kelas menumbuhkan kegiatan belajar siswa yang efektif. Aktivitas adalah prinsip penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan siswa tidak cukup hanya dengan mendengarkan dan membuat catatan, tetapi lebih kompleks dari itu. Semakin tinggi kegiatan belajar siswa, semakin tinggi peluang keberhasilan pengajaran. Ini berarti keterampilan mengajar guru harus mampu membuat siswa merangsang berbagai kegiatan belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap aktivitas siswa di SD Negeri 04 Loning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif tepatnya desain penelitian <em>ex - post facto</em><em> </em>dengan menggunakan korelasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis penyuling data menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 16.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari data diperoleh nilai t = 7,408 dengan siginifakansi 0,000 <0,05 maka Ho ditolak artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa.<strong></strong></p>

The English Language Education Study Program of Sultan Agung Islamic University (Unissula) has formulated a vision to become a leading study program in building the generation of khaira ummah, developing science and technology on the basis of Islamic values, and building Islamic civilization towards a prosperous society blessed by Allah. The effort to realize this vision was carried out through the implementation of Islamic Academic Culture as an implementation of fostering students who gave birth to the best generation. This study aims to (1) find a student development management model based on Islamic Academic Culture at Sultan Agung Islamic University, (2) find a model of personality development competence in English Education Study Program students as prospective teachers. This research was conducted at Sultan Agung Islamic University. The study population was students of the English Language Study Program, Dean and Deputy Dean of Academic and Student Affairs. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data then were analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that (1) The factual model that has been carried out by Unissula in student development is based on three guidelines in its management, namely Unissula's vision, Unissula's Strategic Plan (Renstra), and Islamic Academic Culture values. The student development program is generally carried out through three stages, namely the initial stage when new students enter, coaching is done through the Pekan Taaruf program, the second stage, when becoming a student, guidance is carried out through tutorials, reasoning, leadership, entrepreneurship, and interest-sharing programs. talent. In the third stage of training before graduation students, it is conducted through a debriefing program; (2) the model of Islamic Academic Culture-based student development is effectively used in an effort to improve the personal competence of English Education Study Program students.
<em>This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Toys City Mall Summarecon Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research and survey research. The population of this study is the customer-owner owner of children's toys buyers Toy City Mall Mall Summarecon Bekasi. The number of samples is 60 respondents, while the sampling technique uses the saturated sample technique. The data of this research are primary data sourced from questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis, simple and multiple regression, hypothesis F test and hypothesis test t. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Toys City Mall Summarecon Bekasi. 2) The atmosphere of the store has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Toys City Mall Mall Summarecon Bekasi. 3) Service quality and store atmosphere together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Toys City Mall Summarecon Bekasi.</em>
Purpose to determine the motivation and work discipline on employee performance of Rumah Sakit St. Carolus Jakarta Pusat. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Rumah Sakit St. Carolus Jakarta Pusat. The sampling method in this research is by simple random sampling technique which is taken randomly. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that partially or simultaneous, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that motivation and work discipline contribute 85.9% to employee performance of Rumah Sakit St. Carolus Jakarta Pusat.
<em>Purpose</em> <em>To determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee performance of Kantor Kecamatan Kp. Makassar Jaktim. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The respondent in this study were employees of Kantor Kecamatan Kp. Makassar Jaktim, Satgas Sumber Daya Air. The sampling technique of this study used non-probability saturated sampling. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that simultaneous or partially, communication and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Kantor Kecamatan Kp. Makassar Jaktim.</em>
<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>
