The covid-19 pandemic has changed the learning paradigm from face-to-face to online. The learning that takes place online needs the application of creative learning media, such as Linktree. Linktree is a tool that can be used to unite lesson plans, materials, quizzes, and other learning tools in the from of links. Learning media such as linktree are urgently needed at SDN 018 Galung Lombok, Polewali Mandar as one of the schools that affected by the pandemic. The devotion method is carried out by providing socialization related to the use of the Linktree application which is an alternative media in learning during the pandemic. The result of this devotion is that SDN 018 Galung Lombok teachers have an awareness of the importance of using learning media and gain knowledge about Linktree learning media.

Safflower, were extracted using propanol solvent at different time intervals: 10, 20, and 30 min at a constant temperature of 40°C. The extracts were analyzed by GC/MS technique. The major compounds identified were tetrapentacontane, tetracontane, triacontanol, gamma sitosterol, myristic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid, and lauric acid. However, some levels of palmidrol, beta-amyrin, cubenol, and tocopherol were also found in safflower extracts. Most of the volatile compounds were detected between 10–30 min time of extraction. The 30 min time of extraction also showed the maximum content of polyphenols and antioxidants in safflower extracts. Thus, 30 min was suggested as the most suitable time for maximum extraction of bioactive volatiles, antioxidants, and polyphenols from Safflower using propanol solvent.
Mekai leaf (Pycnarrhena tumefacta Miers) is used by the Dayaks tribe as a glutamic acid substitute to enhance the umami flavor of traditional foods. A dried mekai leaf is applied directly to the pan during cooking. Mekai contains glutamate, but its amino acids and other properties such as antioxidant capacity and phenolic-related substances have not been quantified. This study aims to determine the moisture, ash, protein, polyphenolic, flavonoids, amino acid content, and the antioxidant capacity of Mekai, leaves were dried in the sun, gas, and electric ovens at various temperatures and times. The moisture content of dried Mekai leaves was 6.95-9.30% (w/w). The ash and protein contents of dried Mekai leaves were 4.22-5.47 % and 15.7-20.6 % (w/w), respectively. The optimal moisture and ash content conditions were obtained after 3.5 hours of electric oven drying at 60 °C. Different drying methods had no discernible effect on protein content; excepted for electric oven drying at 60 °C for 3.5 hours, which results in protein content of 16.90.0 percent (w/w). Sundried Mekai had the lowest TPC value, whereas samples dried in an electric oven had a higher TPC value than samples dried in a gas oven. Both electric and gas oven drying at 60 °C for 2.5 hours resulted in significantly higher levels of flavonoids and antioxidant activity than other drying conditions in the same group. Mekai leaves were identified by the presence of arginine, glutamate, aspartic acids, and leucine. After sun drying, arginine, leucine, and isoleucine concentrations increased more than other amino acids.
Newton's third law is a fundamental concept of Physics that is still not reached by students. The tendency of students who do not understand the concept well can be observed by measuring the ability of multi-representation and solutions when solving Physics problems. Therefore, this study aims to determine the concept of Newton's third law understood by students, the multi-representation students have, and the consistency of students' answers in answering physics questions. The participants numbered 28 students from the second semester of high school, selected using the purposive sampling technique, who had just completed discussions about Newton's Law and were willing to participate in this study. Participants were given 6 two-tier question items that managed the R-FCI questions. The results of the answers were analyzed quantitatively to determine the initial percentage description and then analyzed qualitatively to determine understanding, multi-representation ability, and consistency in depth. Most of the participants had low conceptual understanding and answered the questions consistent-wrong. However, based on the analysis of the answer choices and the reasons given, most students understand the meaning of the representation of the answers given
This study aims to determine and analyze students' understanding of the motion concept taught with video-based learning assisted by Tracker Software. The subjects of this descriptive qualitative research were 30 students from 10th grade at SMA Negeri 5 Palu. The instruments in this study were multiple-choice tests and interviewed guide. Multiple-choice tests are used with reasons and are equipped with a Specific Response Index (CRI). It was given before and after video-based learning assisted by Tracker Software applied. To add the information about students' understanding, the interview with a few respondents was done. Respondents were selected based on subjects' written test results in the high, medium, and low categories. They also were interviewed related to their conception and certainty of their answers. In learning by using video-assisted by tracker software, the student also employed the worksheet in experimenting. The results showed that a conceptual understanding of student motion on the initial test could be categorized as low. After using video media that is assisted by Tracker Software, students' conceptual understanding increases. Thus, the teacher can use video media and software to teach physics concepts that can be directly observed and displayed using mathematical and graphical representations.
This study aims to determine the effect of skipjack fish immersion in palm lontar vinegar solution with different storage times at the level of histamine produced. The research design used was Randomized Block Design (RBD). The parameters tested were histamine levels and total mesophyll bacteria. The concentration of vinegar solution at each storage time which had the lowest histamine and the lowest total bacteria was 10% with an average value of 17.34 mg / kg histamine and 4.3 log cfu / ml total bacteria, but a concentration of 6% could inhibit histamine formation. Total mesophyll bacteria were positively correlated with histamine levels in fish, so mesophyll bacteria affected the increase in histamine produced.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
