This paper aims to analyze the principal's good strategy in improving the religious character of teachers and education personnel at SDN 2 Mimbaan Situbondo. This paper uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection technique was carried out with participatory observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. Data analysts follow the Huberman model. The findings of this article are: 1) Forms of exemplary principles in improving the religious character of teachers, namely; honest, disciplined, fond of worship, trust, and responsibility; 2) Implementation of exemplary principles in improving the Islamic character of educators with stages of value transformation, value transactions and value transinternalization. This research implies that the principal has a positive effect on all school members with the exemplary model that is exemplified.
Multiple Intelligence can be known through words, numbers, music, pictures, physical activity or motor skills in a social-emotional way. Multiple Intelligence is basically the development of brain intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ). Intelligence is the ability possessed by a person to see a problem, then solve the problem or make something that can be useful for others. Intelligence or intelligence can be viewed as the ability to understand the world, think rationally, and use resources effectively when faced with a challenge. Some argue that the notion of intelligence is the general human ability to perform actions that have goals and think in a rational way. In addition, intelligence can also be interpreted as a personal ability to understand, innovate, and provide solutions to various situations. Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) is used in making decision support systems using Weighted Product (WP) to define child Multiple Intelligence. 8 intelligences with 8 criteria with specified weights. The data tested based on the data of new students who have enrolled in SMP Negeri 3 Kepanjen with the amount of data 226 students who have registered and fill in the questionnaire (indicator) that has been provided through www.teskecerdasan.com. The results of these are graphs that have been ranked based on the Weighted Product (WP) method villages.
Learning outcomes are a reflection of the level of success or achievement of the objectives of the learning process that has been carried out and culminated with an evaluation which is then measured using a value or number. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and the full day school system on student learning outcomes in Integrated Social Sciences subjects in VII grade SMP Negeri 17 Malang both simultaneously (simultaneously) or individually (partially). This research is an ex-post facto type and uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 168 students of class VII of SMP Negeri 17 Malang with sampling using probability sampling techniques of 70 students. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive or significant simultaneous effect between the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and the full day school system on student learning outcomes in integrated social studies subjects in class VII SMP 17 Malang. There is a positive or partially significant effect between the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and the full day school system on the learning outcomes of Social Sciences Integrated Class VII SMP Negeri 17 Malang.
This study aims to determine the partial effect of service quality and price perceptions on customer buying decisions; and the simultaneous influence of service quality and price perception on customer buying decisions at Alfamart Tataaran II Minahasa. This research applied a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population comprised consumers who have made purchases at Alfamart Tataaran II Minahasa. The research sample consisted of 150 respondents selected by accidental sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by multiple regression. The findings reveal a significant effect of service quality on customer buying decisions, a positive and significant influence on price perceptions on customer buying decisions, and a collective positive influence and significant service quality and price perceptions on customer decisions.
Consumption patterns can be influenced by the external factors and internal students. Several factors such as economic literacy, social statues parents, and the peers. Assuming that someone who has economic literacy tend to patterned consumption by smart which is to pattern of behavior rational, but economic literacy, social statues parents are very significant impact on consumption patterns, but those two factors group their peers also influences pattern of behavior consumption. This research intend to know influence in a partial and simultaneous between economic literacy, social statues parents and group their peers against consumption patterns graders XI social class high school of National Malang .This research uses the quantitative sample with the national high school students poor were 61 students data collection in this research that is using the survey, tests, interviews and documentation.
The purpose of this paper was to study the effects of parental status and selected home possessions on student reading ability in Indonesian junior secondary schools. Data of the Program for International Student Assessment held in 2015 were used. There were data from 6513 Indonesian students. The causal factors were tested by stepwise regression analysis. Findings revealed that after controlling for language as used at home, home possessions and parental status were still significant. Limitations due to the characteristics of this quantitative approach, the sample could not represent the multicultural characteristics of the country that might be difficult to explain in a more detailed why and how such findings happened.
Associated with patterns of habituation, teachers can cultivate character through learning ethics, manners, and pronouncing words that are appropriate to the local context. One of the school's strategies can also get students used to saying the word "Good Morning" as an implementation of the 3S (smile, greeting, and greeting) policy at school. The attitude of students also did not go unnoticed. The teacher instills in students respect for elders, respect for teachers, for friends, a sense of belonging, including the habit of helping each other. For the purpose of assimilation, students from various religions are combined into study groups, so that awareness arises that they are Indonesians with one homeland and one bloodshed.
Potential students can be developed through learning activities at school so that what is the goal of learning can be achieved which is realized in learning achievement. Learning achievement can be used as an indicator of the success of a student in learning activities. This study aims to determine whether there is a simultaneous or partial influence between school location, gender and teacher effectiveness in teaching social studies learning achievement. The method used in this research is quantitative with a type of correlational research involving 55 male students and 67 female students taken using a proportional random sampling technique. The results showed a significant effect simultaneously between school location, gender and teacher effectiveness in teaching social studies learning achievement. Partially the location of the school has an effect on social studies learning achievement. Gender has no effect on social studies learning achievement. The effectiveness of the teacher in teaching influences social studies learning achievement.
