The purpose of this study is to produce a new learning model and find out the effectiveness of the learning model GAWI SABUMI to improve the critical thinking, creative thinking, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and logical thinking (high order thinking skills) and multiple intelligences of elementary school students in South Borneo. This study used the type of research and development consisted of three phases to find the effectiveness of the model on the dependent variable through the quasi-experimental research. The research data were analyzed using sequential data analysis to determine the feasibility of the model. The sample was 40 students of Sungai Miai 7 Elementary School Banjarmasin. The result of quality evaluation of the blended learning model GAWI SABUMI was at a high level (X= 4.57) (SD = 0.17). The characteristics of the Gawi Sabumi model included ten stages: Group, Analysis, Work together, Inform, Solve the problem on outdoor, Actualization of the solution, Battle games, Unity on role play, Manage conclusion and Invent the creation. Students had post-test on high order thinking skills average scores higher than pre-test at (X= 3.59) (SD = .78) and students who have highly skilled criteria at linguistic, musical, logical mathematic, visual-spatial, kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalist, and existentialist intelligence average scores higher than pre-test at (X= 3.55) (SD = .88). It means that the GAWI SABUMI model meets the criteria of being valid, reliable, and feasible to be implemented and potential to improve students' high order thinking skills and multiple intelligences.

The Cosmetic Warehouse in this research is located in Purwokerto, a one-effort trade that provides beauty products. Cosmetic Warehouse Purwokerto had stood up since 2013 when Navissatul Darojah Gusmiati was founded with ten employees. The study aimed to apply the weighted product method as a decision support system for determining employee bonuses in the Purwokerto cosmetic warehouse and giving less salary and bonuses following performance employees. The Weighted Product method is a decision-making method with specific criteria. The weighted Product method is used to decide with multiplication for link attribute rating. Rating each attribute must be promoted, especially formerly with weight attribute in question; in a study, this is the data used, i.e., result data interview in the form of a later questionnaire processed by Weighted method product (WP). This research can produce results in the form of calculations with the used algorithm WP company with clear and detailed about giving employee bonuses with existing criteria. Moreover, score preference was obtained by an employee named Indri with a value equal to 0.105670687. for the score, 2nd preference was obtained by Princess with a value equal to 0.10356631, and for 3rd, obtained by Gio with a value equal to 0.101039953.

Facility Layout Problem (FLP) is gaining increasing attention among researchers; it is a term relating to the poor layout of facilities as a significant contributing factor of poor performance. FLP is of paramount importance when determining inefficiencies in large room layouts, such as a library building, since the building’s layout closely influences air distribution and impacts on human comfort. Thus, this can lead to unnecessary high energy use to mitigate any inefficiencies. This problem is classified as an NP-hard problem (non-deterministic polynomial-time hardness), considering the various factors influencing thermal factors and layout design. However, previous research shows a lack of consideration of FLP for large rooms. It is identified that various types of constraints are considered in the layout problem literature, and penalty-based constraints are often being prioritised by mere human judgement and intuition. Hence, the accuracy of the objective decision-making is questionable. Therefore, this study proposes a multi-stage methodology to determine the weight of each constraint for FLP by using a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) method specific to a library building as a case study exemplar. This study’s main focus is to determine penalty based constraints in meta-heuristic approaches for the effective use of FLP. This study concludes by advocating that the proposed methodological approach can be used to identify the most significant constraints in FLP.
