Electronic Documentation Methods in Improving the Quality of Nursing Services.Nursing documentation is one of the most important functions for nurses in providing nursing care. The nursing process in the modern era is now a demand from various aspects for nurses. The current development is that nurses must carry out nursing processes based on nursing care standards. The use of electronic nursing documentation can always evolve in line with technological developments, this can increase client life expectancy and reduce errors in intervening with clients. This IT-based documentation system will help in meeting documentation standards, can improve the quality of documentation, facilitate decision making and provide information that is easy to access, can minimize the potential for loss or damage to development records, improve information exchange and coordination between nurses or other health teams, documentation can be easily audited, help improve the accuracy of client data, can access the progress of client health development and reduce maintenance costs so that it can improve the quality of care services. Abstrak: Metode Pendokumentasian Elektronik dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas PelayananKeperawatan. Dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan salah satu fungsi yang paling penting bagi perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Proses keperawatan di era modern saat ini menjadi tuntutan dari berbagai aspek bagi para perawat. Perkembangan saat ini bahwa perawat harus melakukan proses keperawatan berdasarkan standar asuhan keperawatan. Penggunaan dokumentasi keperawatan secara elektronik dapat selalu berkembang sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi, ini dapat meningkatkan harapan hidup klien dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam melakukan tindakan intervensi pada klien. Sistem dokumentasi yang berbasis IT ini akan membantu dalam memenuhi standar dokumentasi, dapat meningkatkan kualitas dokumentasi, memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan serta menyediakan informasi yang mudah di akses, dapat meminimalkan potensi kehilangan atau kerusakan catatan perkembangan, meningkatkan pertukaran informasi dan koordinasi antara perawat atau tim kesehatan lain, dokumentasi dapat mudah diaudit, membantu meningkatkan akurasi data klien, dapat mengakses kemajuan perkembangan kesehatan klien serta mengurangi biaya perawatansehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan perawatan.
Background Early prodromal of psychosis starts in adolescent indicated by non specific symptoms which may result in the changes of behaviour, role, function, and social interaction. Cognitive behaviour therapy is a strategic intervention in reducing anxiety symptom. The purpose of this research is to find out the effects of cognitive behaviour therapy for anxiety in adolescent with early prodromal of psychosis. Method The design of this research was Quasi experimental design: pre-post test with control group. Samples were selected after the screening on adolescents in boarding school with the Prodromal Questionnaire (PQ16). Subjects were 78 respondents consisting of 39 each groups, obtained by random sampling technique. Nursing intervention was provided to intervention group 1, while cognitive behaviour therapy was provided to intervention group 2. The measurement of anxiety in adolescents is by using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale for Anxiety (HARS). The analysis was performed by Repeated Anova and Independent t-test. Result The result of the research shows that anxiety level decrease significantly on those two groups, whilst the decrease of anxiety and early prodromal of psychosis in the intervention group 2 indicates more decrease than intervention group 1. Conclusion Cognitive behaviour therapy is recommended to reduce anxiety in adolescent with early prodromal of psychosis.
Self-esteem tends to be stable throughout the lifespan. Yet, changes in the aging process cause multiple factors to affect problematic self-esteem, which later cause older adults to endure loss. Cinematherapybased reminiscence group therapy is a strategic intervention in increasing self-esteem. The purpose of this research was to identify the effects of cinematherapy-based reminiscence group therapy for self-esteem in older adults. The design of this research was quasi-experimental design including pre-posttest with the control group. Samples were selected with a total sampling technique that met the inclusion criteria. Subjects were 70 respondents consisting of 35 each group, obtained by a simple random sampling technique. The nursing intervention was provided to the control group, while cinematherapy-based reminiscence group therapy was provided to the treatment group. This research used reminiscence therapy workbook. The measurement of self-esteem in older adults was done by using Rosenberg's Self-Esteem. A paired t-test and independent t-test performed the analysis. The result of the research showed that self-esteem levels increased significantly in both control and treatment groups. In contrast, the treatment group's increase in self-esteem indicated a higher number than the control group. A combined cinematherapy-based reminiscence group therapy helps use a movie to bring positive feelings and reminisce memorable past stories. In addition, as a group program, cinematherapy-based reminiscence group therapy improves communications and builds a sense of belonging to the community. Cinematherapy-based reminiscence group therapy is recommended to increase self-esteem in older adults at nursing home.
<p><strong>Background: </strong>The COVID-19 pandemic has a physical impact and on the mental health condition of the community. The existence of psychological distress due to the Covid 19 pandemic will affect the body's physiological conditions, such as reduced immune system responses and increased risk of infection, and the impact on mental health. The COVID-19 pandemic demands a change in people's behavior. Mental health and psychosocial support training is very important for the community so that the community can actively maintain mental and physical health. The research objective is to identify the effect of DKJPS training on awareness of new adaptation readiness<strong>. Method:</strong> The research was conducted through a quasi-experimental pre-post-test without control on 44 participants in the DKJPS training. <strong>Result: </strong>there is a significant difference between awareness of adaptation new habits before and after training (p-value 0.001). <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Mental health and psychosocial support training conducted in the community can increase public awareness of new adaptation habits independently<strong>.</strong></p>
Cognitive behavioral therapy for bully‐victims among adolescents in Islamic school, IndonesiaBackground: Bullying is aggressive behavior, illegal, negative both physically and psychologically that is social environment and it was now are more prevalent in the education world. Sign of symptoms that by the bullying of them in the form of low self-esteem. On the sacrificial offering, health effort has never been bullying at the school health psychology as psychotherapy.Purpose: Effectiveness of cognitive behavior therapy to bully‐victims in adolescents.Methods: The method of this study used case studies, with the amount of 21 respondents.Results: The results of this study showed that teenagers bullying victims to the girl who the majority of the age of 14 years old, there was increased in self-esteem especially on aspects of cognitive and behavior after giving nursing intervention and cognitive behavior therapy.Conclusion: The handling of this is cognitive behavior therapy that can be used as one of the preventive efforts of teenagers the bullying of low self-esteem.Keywords: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Bully‐Victims; Adolescents; Islamic SchoolPendahuluan: Bullying merupakan suatu perilaku agresif, ilegal, negatif baik secara fisik maupun psikis yang ada dilingkungan sosial dan saat ini lebih banyak terjadi di dunia pendidikan. Tanda gejala yang muncul akibat bullying diantaranya berupa harga diri rendah. Upaya kesehatan pada korban bullying disekolah belum bersifat kesehatan psikologi seperti psikoterapi.Tujuan: Hasil penanganan kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan tanda gejala harga diri remaja santri korban bullying setelah diberikan intervensi Cognitive Behaviour Therapy menggunakan penerapan teori stres adaptasi Stuart.Metode: Penanganan kasus ini menggunakan metode case study, dengan jumlah responden 21 orang.Hasil: Hasil penanganan kasus menunjukan bahwa remaja santri korban bullying dengan jenis kelamin perempuan yang sebagian besar berusia 14 tahun, terjadi peningkatan harga diri terutama pada aspek kognitif dan perilaku setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners dan ners spesialis berupa Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Simpulan: Penanganan kasus ini berupa Cognitive Behavior Therapy dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu upaya preventif remaja santri remaja korban bullying terjadinya harga diri rendah.
