The challenge faced by Islamic higher education in the global era at this time is to improve the quality and competitiveness of higher education so that it is sought after by the education user community. The quality and competitiveness of higher education must be promoted and marketed to the wider community so that it can be known and sought after by the education user community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of experiential marketing factors on the competitiveness of Islamic higher education in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative research design with a survey technique of teaching staff. The survey was conducted on 200 educational staff of Islamic higher educations in East Java, Indonesia. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM AMOS. Hypothesis test results indicate that there is no effect between factor sense and feel marketing on the competitiveness of Islamic Higher Education in Indonesia and there is a significant effect between think, act, and relate marketing factors on the competitiveness of Islamic higher education in Indonesia. The better in implementing think, act, and related marketing can improve the competitiveness of Islamic Universities. These variable conditions need to be improved in implementing experiential marketing education so that universities are increasingly in demand by stakeholders.

This study examines the effect of bank age and bank performance on the profitability of Islamic banks. The dependent variable in this study is profitability, while the independent variables are bank age, and bank performance. In addition, profit distribution is treated as an intervening variable. The sampling method used was purposive sampling where samples were taken with the provisions of 12 Public Islamic banks that publish annual reports from 2015 to 2017. The results of the data analysis show that bank age does not have a significant effect on profit ability, but NPF (Non-Performing Financing) significant effect on profit sharing. Further, although FDR (Financing to Deposit), and CI (Cost to Income) have no significant effect on profit sharing. Finally, this study also reveals that profit sharing has a significant effect on banks profitability. The implication of theoretical and managerial practices is discussed. Building a competitive advantage to face industry 4.0, one of them with adopting technology is very important for Islamic banking to improve the performance of Islamic banks, improve efficiency and productivity, which will certainly support the performance of profitability.

<p>Tujuan penelitiannya untuk mendeskripsikan dampak pembelajaran daring  terhadap penguasaan konsep PAI siswa  dan karakter kedisiplinan siswa di MTs Darul Falah Sumbergempol Tulungagung. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket digunakan untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan siswa dan tes untuk mengetahui pengetahuan konsep IPA. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif Menggunakan kurva normal ideal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan konsep PAI siswa berada pada kategori sedang.  Kedisiplinan belajar siswa masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hal ini karena    siswa berada pada kategori tinggi disebabkan  siswa menaati tata tertib sekolah, mempunyai waktu belajar yang teratur dan menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu.</p>
