The aim of this research was to determine the variables of organizational commitment. The results of this study aim to analyze PT X is engaged in the field of airlines in Indonesia serving the eastern part of Indonesia. From the temporary observation it is seen that the employees of PT. X indicate attendance; work is low and employees feel less comfortable in work, then work commitment becomes one of the factors that should be examined. Based on a literature review and explanatory research, a conceptual model of organizational commitment. The questionnaires have been collected to 70 employees. The analysis data use multiple linier regression. Furthermore, the results showed that the variables transformational leadership have a linear and positive influence on organizational commitment, but job satisfaction does not have influence on organizational commitment organizational. It is recommended that the supervisor improves the leading employees to make increase loyalty in corporate.
Bandar Udara adalah salah satu tempat publik, sebagai tempat penerbangan , pendaratan, dan atau transit pesawat. Dalam banadara terdapat 2 (dua) sisi yaitu sisi udara dan sisi darat. Sisi udara meliputi runway, taxiway, apron. Sisi darat meliputi terminal, tempat parkir, dan crub. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat keadaan runway, karena cukup krusial diperhatikan perawatan. Runway berfungsi sebagai tempat mendarat, dan terbang pesawat. Keadaan runway yang terawat dengan landasan yang baik, maka akan tercipta kelancaran penerbangan. Salah satu faktor penyebab keterlambatan penerbangan yaitu faktor teknis operasional yang meliputi keadaan fasilitas bandar udara (runway) atau landas pacu yang tidak dapat digunakan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif karena dengan menggunakan metode ini lebih bersifat memberi gambaran secara jelas suatu permasalahan sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara pemeliharaan runway sangat berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan operasional keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan, oleh sebab itu kegiatan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan menjadi sangat penting.
Innovation in the transportation sector with the principle of sharing economy has created a new service industry sector, namely online ride-sharing services. Companies can display in a simple but comprehensive manner the nine essential components of a business. A business model is a method that helps companies tell stories about the internal conditions of the company. This study aims to analyze the business model of Noompang using the Business Model Canvas analysis. This research uses descriptive-exploratory method. Data collection using the ghost interview method to the selected driver. Data obtained from interviews with partners, both drivers and passengers Noompang in Bandung - Jakarta and the results of studies of supporting literature. The results obtained from this study are that Noompang benefits from profit sharing with partner companies, profit sharing with driver partners, benefits from the Ovo e-wallet, and benefits from Google / Apple on application downloads.
In the online era like today, Indonesians prefer to buy and sell products through social media. Instagram is widely used to promote products. Consumer purchasing decisions are very important to be reviewed by the company because it will have an impact on the survival of the company. One important aspect is the Instagram celebrity endorser. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using celebrity instagram endorser on purchasing decisions in online businesses in Bandung. The place of research was conducted at Mayoutfit Bandung. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with simple linear regression analysis. The data collection technique is through the distribution of questionnaires distributed to Mayoutfit consumers who use Instagram. The data analysis technique is done by validity and reliability test, descriptive test, classic assumption test, normality test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis test and test coefficient of determination. This study shows the influence of Instagram celebrity endorser on consumer purchasing decisions. Suggestions for future research and practical suggestions will be presented further.
