Setiap organisasi juga mengharapkan karyawan merasa puas bekerja di organisasi tersebut. Kepuasan kerja karyawan ditunjukkan lewat hasil pekerjaan, antusiasme, dan semangat mereka. Perusahaan perlu peka dan mampu memahami potensi (talenta) karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui High Performance Human Resource Management mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Obyek penelitian pada CV Putra Sala Group dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanConvinience Random Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan High Performance Human Resource Management terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, atau dengan kata lain berarti High Performance Human Resource Management mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawanCV Putra Sala Group.
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of the elements cafe atmosphere to Purchase Decision on Gen Y in Coffee & Dessert Cafe Old Bens Bandung. Trend adolescence and young adulthood era milinieum are critical thinking, and want freedom. Freedom in choosing which is considered comfort will have an impact on the purchase decision. Purchasing decisions are influenced by the atmosphere of the place, and here demanded creativity cafe owners to be able to turn the atmosphere through the concept Cafe Atmosphere. This research is a quantitative, approach to causal explanatory. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Samples obtained were 62 respondents with purposive random sampling technique. Results obtained state that element Store Layout and exterior of variables Cafe Atmosphere influence on purchase decision.
The aim of this research was to determine the variables of organizational commitment. The results of this study aim to analyze PT X is engaged in the field of airlines in Indonesia serving the eastern part of Indonesia. From the temporary observation it is seen that the employees of PT. X indicate attendance; work is low and employees feel less comfortable in work, then work commitment becomes one of the factors that should be examined. Based on a literature review and explanatory research, a conceptual model of organizational commitment. The questionnaires have been collected to 70 employees. The analysis data use multiple linier regression. Furthermore, the results showed that the variables transformational leadership have a linear and positive influence on organizational commitment, but job satisfaction does not have influence on organizational commitment organizational. It is recommended that the supervisor improves the leading employees to make increase loyalty in corporate.
